“The website is well set out making choice a lot easier, contact was always straight forward and assistance very helpful. I ordered a kickspace heater which arrived on time and was very easy to instal as a replacement for the old one. And the bonus is that it works a treat”

“Ordered a dehumidifier that was shipped with dpd, only gave 4 stars as it wasn't delivered when they said between 11.04 & 12.04 on a Tuesday. I got a message saying sorry we missed you, although no delivery van cam to my house. It arrived at 7.30 am the following day. I have found dpd to be a bit iffy in the past. I was talking to my postman about it and he said drivers who have too many parcels to deliver often just scan a quantity as not home so they are not late back to the depot. Food for thought? On the other hand product is brilliant and working well.”

“If i could give zero stars...or even minus stars that would be more appropriate...These guys are simple useles...They take your money ...never send products....you try to call....email...everything is simpley ignored...For your sanity STAY WELL CLEAR.....SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND USE SOMEONE MORE REPUTABLE”

“The price wasn't the best at first glance but it included delivery (others didn't) and that moved it to top of the list. The delivery was flexible and so we got the product on the day that we wanted it.”

“Worst plumbing supply experience I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could give them zero The overall experience dealing with plum nation was appalling They are disorganised , unreliable snd do not tell the truth They delivered a shower screen later than promised , on opening the trims were 3 different finishes It took 4 further attempts for them to deliver the correct ones over a period of 6 weeks where I asked them to compensate me and I would buy the trims locally. The paid £100 which didn’t come close to the time I spent on their cockups My client was extremely upset with the delays Their customer service department is useless and continually lies In 37 years of trading running a construction company , this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with I continually asked for a manager of director to call me , on every occasion I was ignored Will never use this company again and suggest to don’t either”

“I have used plumbnation on 2 different occasions. Both times the product was the cheapest I could find, i had free delivery and was constantly kept updated with regards to.the delivery”
