We used Prestigia.com to booked Orka Royal Hotel & Spa in Istanbul and fully paid for our booking in February of 2023 for our October 2023 trip (24th Wedding Anniversary). Upon arriving at the Hotel in Istanbul, we were told by Hotel Staff that this booking was non-existing and that they were fully booked! Upon hearing from Prestigia.com the following day (after 24 hours), Prestigia.com admitted that their local Turkish partner made a mistake by not completing the booking even though they have charged our credit card 8 months earlier!. They promised us a full refund within 2-5 business days which it has never happened and we are still awaiting our Full Refund after 25 Days. Do yourself a favor by not Using Prestigia.com when booking.

I will never do business with this entity again. A month after booking this room and 2 weeks before my arrival they canceled my Reservation due to what they called "a technical error".. I have never in my life been more angry with a travel reservation. They didn't even give me a new reservation at the hotel I had booked even though there was plenty of availability. They didn't do this because the price of the rooms had gone up and I had to pay it. These guys are frauds. Stay away.

FLEE! DO NOT BOOK WITH PRESTIGIA! Prestigia is just one of many Russian frauds designed to testabilize the Western economy. Their former name is ZenHotels and they tried and rip me off thousands of dollars with a false reservation. Fortunately, I always pay with MasterCard, so I was able to get my money back. I repeat : FLEE! THIS IS PART OF THE RUSSIAN ATTACKS TO DESTABILIZE WESTERN ECONOMIES. Very sincerely, Luc Laporte

this company is a scam, they sent me confirmation on email and i am at the hotel with 2 children to found out there was not booking whatsoever. terrible terrible situation and trash company

This company is a rip off and scam!! The trips are wayyy over priced. They will literally still your money, the reps are rude and do no care! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would give a negative star if there was one offered. They changed total cost, when I caught it they said was a clerical error, but continued to overcharge. Delivery time at this point unknown!!! They won’t give honest answers, credit card company said not to pay! Do not do business with them!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. Took my money for over 2 weeks and before the travel by 1 day, I call the hotel by coincidence to find out that there is no booking or confirmation. Calling Prestigia customer service they told me there was a technical error and there’s nothing they can do

Don't ever use this website! Scammers!! I booked a hotel in Honolulu (Hilton) but the reservation hasn't gone to the hotel. Prestigia charged me full fee when I made the reservation. I contacted the hotel and they have never heard of Prestigia and no reservation under my name. I contacted Prestigia couple of times and they simply lie. Two representative who answered my call said two contradicting things.

So my friend made me panic having never heard of Prestigia. I booked hotel in Kauai for 7 nights at the Grand Hyatt. I called the Hyatt this morning to confirm. The person in reservation's had never heard of Prestigia however to my surprise the room was booked! All is well. Prestigia saved me almost $1000 off my weeks stay. Very satisfied. One more note. I had also called Prestigia directly to check on the total cost and any additional fees. They answered promptly and provided the information in a courteous manner.

it was a very bad, stressful & frustrating experience. It was my first time to deal with paid bookings that had to be cancelled. We travel almost every month and stay in a hotel with no issues. Your company stated the hotel can't accommodate the 9 rooms due to pricing, but that's your issue w/them shouldn't be ours because that's your contract rate which you advertised online, which means your company is doing a false advertising. What do you gain from false advertising. You sent me an email confirmation on 5 rooms yet it they were still cancelled. From the start your company has not fulfilled your customer's commitment. It's a very bad business practice. I could have made a complaint against your company but it's not worth of my time because everything you have done to my reservations were false. You have provided such a bad customer service and experience. You should need to review your policies & procedures again and your contract pricing with vendors so that you don't put customers hanging or in bad/stressful situation. I was told even on my call to your customer service not to worry as we do have guaranteed reservation and will have rooms to stay. What a joke!!!! Your company have waisted my time.

we booked an 11 night stay in pkuket grand mercure patong, pool access room and everything was a dream. Prestigia were very easy to deal with, great prices and would not hesitate to book again

Unfortunately, I am in agreement with the number of customers who have been deceived and disappointed by Prestigia. They sometimes offer lower hotel rates than other more reputable sites but don't deliver. Me and my family booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in our trip to the United Arab Emirates and the day before our arrival at the hotel notified us that 2 of the rooms were not booked. We attempted to contact Prestigia by telephone but only received promises of return calls that were not made. We ended up having to book the 2 additional rooms at the Fairmont Fujairah Resort at a significantly higher cost than we booked and arranged with Prestigia. Prestigia refused to honour its booking with us and when we spoke to the manager at the Fairmont Fujairah, we were advised that Prestigia simply booked one room and not 3. As many reviewers have indicated, they use third party agents or individuals that are only concerned in making commission if they can arrange for a hotel room at the price booked. If they can't, they will let you know (not even in a timely fashion) that they could not book your hotel room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!! I will be submitting a review to Google as well criticizing them for including such a disreputable company on their travel sites.

WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.

You are a fool if you use this awful travel service. They canceled my reservation at a five star resort and didn't bother to inform me. When I arrived at the resort I was told that I didn't have a reservation. When I tried to call Prestigia I got a recorded message. I tried emailing. No response until the next day (when they told me that I had a reservation at the resort that they canceled!). The manager at the five star resort was able to get through to Prestigia with an emergency number and found out that Prestigia had rebooked me at a four star all-inclusive! A week later I received an email from Prestigia asking me to rate the five star resort! This company sucks!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Look, the customer service is non-existent over the phone. The representative I DID get sent me a response over email after I reached out to them that way. The email representative sent me a email then tried calling me from an international number at 4:30am local time. What??? Reviews online about Prestigia are everywhere saying they don’t respond or answer phones when reservations or changes occur the day of their vacation. So what did I do? I booked with Prestigia via Kayak, and I decided to try it myself BEFORE I was on my trip. I called two numbers for the US (201-830-1902 and 844-265-4736). Imagine that, no one answered. After their 4:30 am callback and the poor English on the email, I decided that rather than risk it with Prestigia, I’d rather pay $300 more with Expedia who DOES provide support should something go wrong. Definitely a thumbs down from me, you guys. Would NOT recommend. Cheaper? Yes. But at what cost?

I think that Prestigia website is a fraud, or the website has too much problems with the contents and they must search for a better programmer. Why? I looked for a Hotel in Argentina, the "San Isidro Plaza Hotel". I found the Hotel and the price offered per night, compared to other options, was very cheap. I almost checked into the Hotel, but I was lucky enough to see the comments. There I found one that talked about a problem with the room because they asked for "sea view" and the Hotel booked them "sea side". I know the Hotel... and the Hotel is not facing the sea, in fact, it is not facing any river, lake or lagoon, only facing the street and the pool. And there are more wrong comments. After that I checked the address: it was wrong... It says "Mendoza", but the Hotel is located in "San Isidro, Provincia de Buenos Aires", 1000 miles away from Mendoza. This made me give up, fortunately. Please check well before doing anything.

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRETIGIA.COM! they are a scam and a fraud. They are only good if your booking runs smoothly but if you encounter problems or any type of emergency they will not refund you of your money. We booked a hotel for family Christmas vacation through PRESTIGIA. First our booking reservation took a month or more before it was confirmed by the hotel. Second our flight from Charlotte NC to NYC was cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel was glad to cancel it without any charges at all. Prestigia on the other hand told us that our request of refund was declined by hotel and that Prestigia Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control as their policy. BEWARE OF THIS everyone and DON'T BE THE NEXT VICITM. PASS THIS ON so we can stop this kind of unfair practice by PRESTIGIA
