This company ripped me off!!! I When calling the hotel to make sure my reservation was set, the hotel said that my reservation could not be found. When I told them, they gave me another confirmation to change my dates. Called the hotel again. The hotel had the reservation, but not date change. He stated that nobody called them!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!!☹️☹️

Never use this website for booking. Very bad experience, stay away from them. They eat your money and not refund the money even when the hotel agreed!!! Ridiculous behaviour!!!

Prestigia is a thief company. The pictures of rooms they post on their website are all fake pictures. Not even close to the actual room. Dont surprize yourself. Stay away from this fake company. It looks u are paying less but actually u pay more. The pictures on their website are like 4 star hotel. Actual rooms were 1 star hotel type

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST AROUND!!! AVOID THEM AT ANY COST AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!! There are many 3rd party booking services, but Prestigia.com is a 4TH party booking service who simply rebooks your reservation through another larger company such as Agoda.com. When you need to change/cancel/get refunds, you get wonderful lip service from Prestigia that says they are working on the problem, but you die in the back and forth between them and the real booking agent and nothing ever happens. Forget the fact that you overpaid, because you could have booked for less by going directly to the 3rd party instead of through Prestigia in the first place. Personally I had misbooked the wrong day for a hotel a week out and realized this 2 hours after booking it. The hotel was more than willing to make the change, but between Prestigia and Agoda, my problem died for days and neither would talk to the other with me on the phone to resolve the problem.

They are thieves. Cancelled our booking that we paid for without our permission and then would not respond when trying to contact them about it. So we stood in a vegas hotel lobby for several hours trying to sort it out and ultimately had to book again and pay a second time. They should be jailed for theft.

I would strongly recommend to avoid booking with this company. I had a booking confirmed only to turn up to the hotel to find it had not been lodged and they had no record of my booking. As they were fully booked I ended up having to resolve other accommodation at my cost and took hours dur to being a holiday weekend. Weeks later no refund has been given. Very vague language is used like "escalating my concerns" and "looking into it". I have now given up on getting my money back and just put it down to a terrible experience. Stay away from Prestigia.

Hi there . I would like to infrom you . I booked the hotel and the said free cancelation before 10 of june 2024. I cancelled on 23 of may 2024. And they said the refund will effect to account by 3-5 days . Now 10 days . Did not get the refund yet . Bid love .

OMG.. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. PSE READ OTHER REVIEWS. THEY ARE SUCH A BAD COMPANY. I booked a room for our family of 4, that we had been saving up for for a year. Realised I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Within 24hrs I cancelled the room, and asked for a refund as it was over $5000 for a week holiday. They said it was non refundable, and have kept our money. I spoke to the hotel directly and they said that there are no restrictions on that room, and that we should be allowed a refund with no issues. I then contacted prestigia.com to inform them. They said they are keeping our $5000. This company is the biggest scam company with no morals or ethics. Stay away. Go with someone else.

The company uses words that are misleading and deceptive!! I booked a room through this company and it’s say price with taxes and fees. But to my surprise when I stayed at the hotel it had extra resort fees that was not included are mentioned in my booking. Extra $52. The booking company list their prices up front to appear cheaper. So I sent them a screenshot of the booking and this was Prestigia response. Achraf (Prestigia.com) May 9, 2024, 15:54 GMT+1 Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent hotel booking through Prestigia.com. “As indicated in the screenshot you provided, the "Nightly price with taxes + fees" specifies that additional fees, such as resort fees, are not incorporated into the nightly rate but will be payable directly to the hotel upon your stay. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.” My response “Unfortunately, the word “with” is being misused and implies that it is included. Synonyms for “with” are “included”. A more accurate word would be - “plus” if it were in addition to. Your verbiage is intentionally misleading. I went with your website based on the price listed and I’m sure it is labeled this way to appear cheaper, which they are actually not. The resort fee in this case is $52, more than half your rate. All of your competitors list this information plainly and obviously in their bookings to avoid surprises.” Well, they still won’t refund me!!

It’s a scam. I booked a hotel. They cancelled but refused to refund me. They have the same copy and paste response for every inquiry. It is a scam. I have to take it up to my credit card company.

Absolutely horrible or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. trying to change a reservation within the time limit and no one will answer the phone. Then found out it went through another third party and that third party can not do anything Getaroom.com. So not sure what to do besides report this to the credit card company and have them deny the charge and get a reimbursement back. Stay away from this Prestigia

If I could rate no stars I would. I booked with this company to a hotel to Las Vegas. I have a 10 hour flight and during this time they had sent me an email with a cancelled hotel booking (which I did not see as I was flying) I arrived at my hotel to check in and there was no booking ñ, due to roaming I had no access to emails to see that it had been cancelled by prestigia. However upon checking my account the booking was still showing as confirmed not cancelled until the following day. I have been told I will get a full refund - which I am still waiting for. I had to find alternative accommodation last minute and ended up paying over 200 dollars to stay somewhere for the night until I could figure something out

I have booked my family vacation through Trivago and Prostigia. It was a good price. I did follow up with the hotel itself a week later to make sure the reservation went through however it did not! Then I contacted Prostigia and I got the email they can’t confirm the reservation as well (after taking the money) and they will refund me the money back, but they never did! I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card and so far I did not get the money back!! I would NOT go through them again!

Avoid this scammers.i have book hotel to Marrakech today. Agree with price include taxes and fee and I have to pay city tax in property I was agree they charge my credit card in a minute and whe I received booking confirmation email they are add extra taxes and was blaming hotel error. I already inform my credit card bank and cancelling my booking. if anyone make a booking with them please avoid them and book with decent website.aviod scammers

Awful fraudulent company. We booked a cancellable hotel for 14 nights and the same day seen it cheaper somewhere else. I cancelled and received an email confirming the c £15k refund would be returned in 3-5 days. 23 days later and still nothing… - after 10 days I was told it was due to a delay but it was “processing” and would be refunded in 1-2 days. Nothing. After 14 days I was told they were pleased to inform me it was monitored closely and the “head of finance” said it would be released that week. Nothing. After 20 days I was told it was in the payment is reaching the “final stages of processing”. Nothing. Again. All lies. It’s been a terribly experience - stay away from this company if you don’t want to lose your money.
