Booked the hotel on their website that was actually closed down. Good I have contacted the hotel directly before hand and was able to made different arrangements for my family. I have cancelled the booking following day and informed them about the situation. It has been over a month since I was promised money to be refunded. They emailing back with the same excuse that the waiting for their accounts dept to clear the payment. Shocking experience with the agent with no Abta based in Morocco.

the company is a scam they take your money and don't return it. I ordered with free cancelation and cancelled a month before. they took 10% of the order and don't want to return the money to me they say it's because of COVID watch out!!!!

This company is a scam. I booked a trip for Vegas for June 2020 but because of the covid-19 my job shut down in march. I tried to contact someone in their office and ever number was disconnect. What company have ever number disconnected? You can only research via email, no problem. For the entire month of April I emailed prestiga about my refund a got the same answer, we working on it. Finally in the end of May I decided to dispute it with my bank. After 20 days my bank said there is no findings in my dispute because prestiga lied and told my bank they gave my a credit to use when I am ready. That was not the agreement when I booked the trip , I should receive a full refund but find. Credit would work. I reached out via email only, to prestiga and ask to use the credit for my trip September 2020 to LA and was told they can not book it because I dispute the transaction. Wait!!! What?!?! First off they never got back to me about a refund or credit until my bank got involved. Then now you telling me because I did what any smart person would do and dispute. I can't use my credit because I disputed the transaction? This company must be crazy and I will be getting an attorney involved.

Absolutely appalling service. Cannot even get to my booked hotel due to state borders being closed because of COVID and they are refusing to refund or offer any credit. DO NOT USE.

Like everyone else. Unable to travel due to COVID 19. Prestigia refuse any type of refund or credit even though the hotel we booked has a free refund policy. Absolutely appalling given the circumstances. Tough times for the travel industry this year. Hopefully the ones who have done the right thing by their customers survive and morally bankrupt parasites like Prestigia go out of business for good.

WORST COMPANY EVER Currently the world is going through a pandemic. I had a 5 month trip booked starting from 1st Aug with 26 accommodations booked. Thankfully only 1 through Prestigia. The rest are through Agoda and Wotif. All my accommodations were booked under ‘non-refundable’. Agoda and Wotif have contacted the hotels and they have agreed to waving that condition and refunding my money back. They have been great throughout the whole process. But here we have Prestigia who will do absolutely NOTHING to help you during this time but keep your money. They have nothing in place for the pandemic. I have now contacted the hotel requesting my money back and informing them how Prestigia is treating me and other customers during this time.

I booked hotel for 7/15 on 6/30. Reservation states free cancelation until 7/14. canceled reservation on 7/1. First response is "non refundable". After pointing out the "free cancelation", they REFUSE to to give credit back my card. Instead, future use credit. Complete bull, I disputed the charge. Screw them. Scam!!

Never use this company they are crooked thieves. I booked a hotel in Tampa, Fl but I mistakenly canceled it and was told that the amount would be credited to my account. The only way to use the credit is by going through customer service and they claim that they’re working from home due to the pandemic so you can only contact them by email. I immediately requested to book the same hotel using the credit. Long story short, it took a week before they finally rebooked the room and I received a confirmation email. A couple weeks later I find out that the hotel charged my credit card for the entire stay because Prestigia never paid them. We called the hotel the day before to confirm the booking with the reservation number that was given by Prestigia and everything was confirmed by the hotel so I know it was booked. I suggest you use another company unless you want the headache of preparing a lawsuit like I am.

This company is awful! I cancelled a 100% refundable reservation within 24 hours of booking and they will not provide a refund to my credit card. They will only "offer" a credit with their company but will not share any information on how to use the credit. I sent them screen shots of refund guarantee from my booking and still refuse to honor the refund. Complete scam!

Contacted Hotel by internet to schedule hotel room for a conference, Prestigia gets involved with schedule, charges me for the room and then COVID occurs and the conference is cancelled and the Hotel closes for the COVID and they will not refund my $1500+, but give a credit to use in the future. I do not think that is appropriate, I rarely travel and now this. Customer service does not exist, was treated poorly when I called. Why should I have to go through Prestigia when I was contacting the Hotel, just so I can be scammed out of my money? They refuse to give a refund.

We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.

Do not use Prestigia. Even though the hotel is closed due to Covid which they failed to tell me (shows as fully booked on their website) they refuse a refund. They have kept all my money even though the hotel was unavailable so they cancelled my booking.

Auwul. Real parasites. This are the companies profiting from COVID19 pandemia. Around the world, countries have closed their borders, cities under lockdowns, global health crisis... and they simply Don’t care, they are profiting from the customers, although its a sitúa completely out of the customers hands. This happened to me with a reservation in Istambul. They simply charge You the complete rate, although you canceling is entirely out of your hands, due to this pandemic and the measures countries are enforcing at this moment. Hope this are the kind of companies that Wont make it through the global economic crisis ahead.

I'm unable to get a refund after cancelling my hotel reservation. When I made the reservation, the terms were "Free cancellation" before the deadline. What is "Free cancellation" supposed to mean if I can't get my money back??!! They offered credit on Prestigia.com for a future reservation, but this was never mentioned when I made the booking - I would have booked somewhere else if I had known that I cannot get my money back. It's that simple. I'm very unhappy and angry with Prestigia. Please do not use them - book somewhere else, or directly with the hotel!! A friend who booked directly with the same hotel got a full refund.

Booked Pullman Danang Resort through Prestigia. On arrival found out no reservation had been made. I was able to get a room with my own effort but paid 150% fee for my stay. Prestigia 24/7 hotline was not accessible. When Prestigia responded at the end, they simply cancelled my booking and provided no further assistance. Beware - this company simply walk away when there is trouble.
