I ordered 4 dresses to go on a cruise and only 2 were delivered they were late in arriving I kept one and sent the other one back Which I got a refund for There was no invoice with the package I have been charged for the other 2 dresses that have never arrived a total of £89 .98 to which I’m still waiting on a refund I have emailed several times and not received anything back terrible after sales service I have just sent an other email fingers crossed I get my refund

I bought a dress for my night out n when I tried it on the dress didnt fit, a week later I took it back to the store with all tags still left on and I had the receipt I asked them if I could exchange for a size bigger but I got refused 😔 this was my first purchase with quiz and its sure as hell gonna be my last

If I could give it zero I would. First time customer and order didn't arrive, had to figure out why myself as I had no updates when I managed to get to the bottom of it apparently it had been damaged in transit so sent back (again without letting me know) then was offered a refund or new items to be sent out. I went for new items as I wanted to give them another chance then they start telling me that certain items are no longer in stock and person I was dealing with was pushing for me to opt for a refund for some reason. Too much hassle for me. Got my refund and my lesson to stay away from them!

Returned 3 x dresses 3rd December. Still waiting for refund !!! Unable call this company. Shocking customer service !!!

Returned 5 dresses which were bought for my Daughter, but they only refunded three leaving me £230 out of pocket! All five were in the same parcel, so they've obviously received it and they've signed for it undamaged so the two missing dresses must have been in there! Non-existent customer service, totally un-helpful. Going to a Solicitor today to take them to the Small Claims Court. I've NEVER had such shockingly poor service from any company before !!!

Quiz saying they never received my return even though they say the postal service they used is tracked. No tracking number provided. Very disappointed I’ve lost my money. Not easy to speak to customer service either and very unhelpful when I finally did get in contact

Very poor! Returned items taking up to three weeks to receive money back! Shockingly poor customer service and always by email never any number to call to discuss and just keep referring to returns policy ignoring the fact the time scales are over a week over! Never ordering again from quiz online

Awful service - email address had an error in it when ordering - contacted them to let them know and to ask if they could update records so I had order confirmation and delivery updates. All customer service did twice was say they'd resent the order confirmation twice to the email address they knew was already wrong!!?? Took days to sort and never got any response to request for help from Social Media team. Avoid this shambles like the plague.

I ordered online and the shoes didn't turn up so i contacted quiz customer service who would not speak to me over the phone only email contact was made, they said they would speak to their courier, i told them i no longer needed the shoes as it had been 10 days since ordering so i bought elswhere, no reply to my emails for a few more days then i went away for the weekend, i came home to a note from hermes saying they had put a parcel from quiz in my green bin, the same bin that was emptied that morning so again i contacted quiz only to be told again that they need to speak with the courier i have sent 4 emails since this and no reply, to this day i still have not been refunded and i am unsure on how to take it further as there is no way of ringing them! Please avoid

I’ll never order again from Quiz!!! Absolutely awful experience in exiting for a refund with no contact number for customer services and direct contact message saying having trouble with accounts limited to the iCloud!!

next day delivery to a shop front. The items did not get delivered on time, nor does the shop accept deliveries from the courier user ( Hermes). The shop was given as an option on the quiz website so somebody has not done their job properly to ensure the information is accurate. The next day my item was delivered to a completely different address, not one that i selected or have used previously.  On emailing quiz( no contact number provided) i was advised i may only get my delivery fee refunded though i have not received my item as it was clearly delivered to the wrong address. I am fuming. Should i risk my life and knock on the door it was delivered too? Why should I. I won't be purchasing from them again and I'd advise you not to either.

Firstly they have no telephone number to speak directly to customer services which is very frustrating. All correspondence is via email which causes significant delays. I was sent a damaged dress that due to time constraints I had to keep and wear for an event. When I informed Quiz they did not even apologise for sending out a damaged item and simply told me to go to a shop and see if I could find the same dress and exchange. I explained that I ordered online for convenience and going to store was not an option. I was only then offered an apology and a very meagre 15% off And I was still charged delivery despite the item being damaged. I will avoid shopping with Quiz in future and would advise others to only shop in store if you must. Quiz do not prioritise customer satisfaction. I have since read a lot of complaints on their social media pages.

Ordered a sequin dress which had a whole row of sequins missing. The customer service rep said to send back and they would issue a replacement immediately as it was urgently required for my husbands 40th. I then receive an email saying they've refunded me as its out of stock but when I looked onine it was in stock but for more money!! I complained and they basically said tough! Very poor customer service. I've now bought a better dress elsewhere.

This so called company, should be investigated as they take your money and give you nothing, on line at least. Please shoppers don’t give these people your money. You won’t see your orders again. Rotten company. I’ve advice for getting my money back using ‘ charge back’. I suggest you all do the same. I’ve read on line that their profits aren’t as high as they’d like. Could that be the reason they are stealing from the customer? That’s what it adds up to ‘M

They told my mum she has 28 days for a refund as she asked when she bought the item and today when she went to return it after 21 days they have said to her they only refund within 14 days and refused to refund her item.

Terrible company. Should be investigated for theft. As soon as you order and pay, you hear no more from them. Please don’t get robbed from this company. Do not order in line. Disgusting. I’d rather have handed my money to some one homeless and deserving than lining the pockets of this disgusting company. At lease I would have a choice as to what happens with my money.
