“I visited the sligo quiz Mullaneys yesterday looking for a wedding guest dress, as soon as I walked in the manager welcomed me, left me to look around for a minute or two and asked if I needed any help. I explained I have a wedding and she asked questions to help me find the perfect outfit! Not only did I find an amazing dress I would have never thought to fit on but I got my bag and headpiece to go along with it! I’ll be back closer to the wedding for the jewelry! This staff made my day and are so pleasant to deal with! I highly recommend!!”

“They always get it wrong with their order. There is always mixed up with their order, either its a wrong size or missing part. It has happened to me so many times”

“Returned 3 dresses to Quiz and they were received on 22nd Oct. I have proof of postage. I STILL haven’t received my refund. Just been told I’ll need to wait another 48 hours whilst they investigate !!!!”

“Quiz Clothing are a DISGRACE!! WHEN I placed my order online I chose a collection point in my city and they decided to deliver to a different collection point in another town 25 miles away. I do not drive so how am I supposed to get there? Unacceptable!! DO NOT BUY FROM QUIZ CLOTHING, it's not worth the hassle!!”

“Unfortunately the dress I had ordered was faulty as the stitching on the belt loop was was so close to completely coming off. I filled in a return form stating that the item is faulty, explained whereabouts and wrote a kind note by hand requesting a replacement to be sent to me ASAP (same dress/size everything!) I then got an email confirming a refund only to my account (postage was not refunded) with no apology or mention of another dress being sent to me. I needed this dress for a wedding so I am very disappointed with QUIZ clothing and I will not be ordering anything ever again.”

“I ordered and paid for a dress (nearly $90.00) that I never received. They made me jump through all kinds of hoops to get a refund, which I never received. They tracked the dress to NYC, then nothing after that. I live in upstate NY. They never made good on the dress or the refund. I felt scammed!”

“Worst service ever, I bought a dress for next day delivery, and it’s been a week, they took my money. When i called, they were rude and told me to send an email which they never responded to. Wouldn’t recommend them at all, they are terrible. Please refund me my money”

“Paid for next day delivery, it took 4 days to arrive and no one could give me any timescales other than to say it will be delivered ‘shortly’. Tried emailing and live chat and got nowhere. Contacted customer services by email, no response. Very unresponsive”

“Worst company EVER!!! Have ordered & had to send back 2 items. Have been waiting for a refund longer than the estimated time. The status is still saying it hasn't been delivered, yet it is confirmed receipt of my return!. Nobody answering my emails in customer service!! What a joke. Won't be ordering from here again!!!!!”

“The worst company ever. I ordered two dresses and I paid next day delivery. However, they brought it 10 days later when I didn’t need anymore and the most disappointed thing is that they only had put one dress in the bag. They never refunded me the money for the dress which it was missing. Totally fraud!”

“Y is no one working in customer support or complains my daughter ordered 4 dresses which have just came and 1 is filthy dirty 1 is all pulled at threads and other 1 is ripped at top this is a disgrace and there is no one to speak to on phone about this emails have been sent and not even a reply !!!!!”

“Collette in Sligo store was exremely helpful. I was staying in Sligo for a week and my luggage got lost by my airline. I went to a few stores to try and find clothes but all were very inpersonal and didn't really offer much help (I am not a great shopper on my own, I need help and opinions)!! Quiz was my last stop for the day as i was getting tired of shopping at this stage and Collette turned my day completely around!! She helped me find lovely outfits for everyday and even some evening wear for going to dinner each night. I went into Quiz each day for more things to wear. I explained what I liked and Collette was able to pick out things that suited my style and even introduced me to how I could mix and match them with things I already own in future. She even told me what shops to go to where I could get matching shoes as she said her store didn't sell shoes and I needed them the same day. I travel to sligo a lot for business so I will definitely be returning to Quiz. Collette made me feel very comfortable and I actually enjoyed shopping there, just as I was losing motivation Quiz and their amazing staff came to the rescue!! Great staff, great prices and my satisfaction was number 1 goal !!”

“I experienced awful customer service, from a racist Store Manager, called Jade. This was in the Westfield store, on a Wednesday afternoon. She was unfriendly and was giving me attitude as soon as I approached the till. Then she refused to do my refund but happily did so for other customers who weren't ethnic minorities. The unfair treatment I received was because I wasn't white. There was no reason for her to not process my refund, and she should not be a store manager if she is going to treat customers of ethnic minorities like this.”

“I took my wedding shoes back as they were faulty lost my receipt during lockdown went to the Norwich store to be told no receipt cannot do anything I said a credit note would be ok but assistant manager refused very rude . I asked to see the manager to be told she will say the same very unprofessional . £30 down the drain and I had to buy another pair for my wedding in July . Because of the pandemic you thought they would have been more sympathetic . Won’t shop there again one angry bride to be”
