I have been going to Renault for servicing with for many years, and each and every single time, the process and results have been exemplary. This is largely due to the personalized and professional service extended by Dennis Ngan. Personable, helpful and always cheerful, Dennis is always on hand to help and give advice. Even on days when he is on leave, he makes it a point to return calls and help with enquiries. From start to finish, Dennis is always there to see things through. I would also like to give a shout out to the pantry auntie. Not only does she keep the pantry area clean, tidy and well stocked, her cheerfulness makes the waiting a bearable and even pleasant experience.

Serviced car from 2005 till now to receive good maintenance follow up from same service engineer, Mr Peh and the counter service receptionist, Ms Christin. Polite and cheerful service in the morning and during payment. Attentive to correct charging by checking my service vouchers each time. Make my experience pleasant even when components breakdown to require replacement. Ensures shortest and reliable turnaround as well as contact me where timely recommendations requires my approval. I am impressed by their consistently excellent service attitude. Thank you Mr Peh & Ms Christin

Service consultant, Dennis Ngan has always been conscientious and meticulous in ensuring that whenever my car is sent for repair/servicing, he would never fail to amaze me with the extent of effort and dedication put in, to have the condition of my car in almost immaculate condition upon delivery. He has always been very patience and approachable in providing advice even though he may be very busy attending to other customers during the peak hours period at time.

Renault Hayes Van Centre has always been great for all my needs...Courtney is consistantly going out of his way to keep my 'Traffic Business Class' running and looking perfect...he's also, good at keeping my costs to a minimum whilst throwing in loads of extras. Being an avid long term motorist, I can truly say that, the whole team here are very competent and friendly...worth travelling from the heart of central London to be served by them...no doubt, you'll see the difference if ever you end up going there yourselves. First of all i want to give full five star rating to Renault car.... because I was purchased New car TRIBER "7"seated car. Overall my experience is good. Its really amazing service from Renault. Looks awesome, little bit lag on engine but its ignorable if you use it as a family car, u can enjoy lots with your family with awesome price range from Renault & more precisely its a safest car in this segment range in India., and it has been over rule all competitors..... 1)features wise... 2)milage wise 3)Yearly maintenance wise 4)safety wise.... I am really satisfied with Renault car...

Very bad company. I am frustrated with there behavior. 1st with there tricky insurance which there personal finance made huge interest. 2nd they took time to give NOC. I had knocked a lot. Irresponsible behavior. 3rd They are charging NOC money. Where i haven't received the 1st copy. But they are charging for duplicate. Hell with this company. There car materials are so poor. Don't trust on this company.

Drop down for servicing last Wednesday and was greeted by Dennis Ngan, as usual, he always gives me advice on what to look out for in the near future when parts near its life cycle.

Recently purchased Nissan Qashqai from Renault liverpool.Dealt with Alan Mc Née who is a top bloke,he was very hepfull and knowledgeable about the product .He is very professional and makes the process of purchasing a new car a pleasurable one.. This is the second car I have purchased from Renault and would recommended Alan to anybody.

My Renault Clio needs a suspension part which no one in dealer or Renault knows when this will arrive already waited 3 weeks and car deemed unfit to drive.Don’t make the cars if you can’t have parts to fix them

I've had Renaults for since 2009 and they have proven to be sound and reliable cars. Proper maintenance is well taken care of by the Renault workshop. I have received 5 star service over the years - prompt completion of servicing, ease of dropping the car at the workshop even after office hours, issues are resolved satisfactorily, pleasant waiting environment with wifi and good coffee, and a dedicated, reliable, experienced and knowledgeable Service Advisor in Mr. Dennis Ngan, whose service and advice has helped make my experience with Renault Singapore a positive one.

i waited 1 hour for just to deliver my car after a service. they stood me up and there was only one sales person in billing and do the procedure. so rude from the company to wait a person like this. kaloor showroom, kerala, India
