“I visited Rymans in Ipswich at Sailmakers Centre. They were very helpful, particularly Lee. They went above & beyond helpful in carrying my Really Useful Storage Tower back to my car. The store was really well stocked & presented. I would definitely go back. In this day when it’s all too easy to complain we forget to compliment. They did a brilliant job today!”

“We want to say a HUGE thank you to Sam at Ryman Merry Hill Dudley Branch. We had problems accessing the Ryman Rewards offer for two heated clothes airers. After several attempts I phoned the store and spoke to Sam. She explained to us how to proceed. We still were not sucessful and Sam took details over the phone and said she would contact their Customer Service for us to see what was the problem. She rang us back and explained that we needed to enter the code on the end of the offer on the email. Success! We are both elderly folk and not very savvy with all the tech. Sam was so patient and although we did express our thanks to her, we feel it appropriate to put it in a review on here. The airers arrived this morning. Fantastic service all round but especially Sam. We look forward to accessing more Ryman Rewards now we know how to do it!!”

“Went to Rymans, Wimbledon, to print new business cards. The assistant, Mo, was amazing. He redesigned my cards for me with a wonderful logo. He was very friendly and professional. Great asset to Rymans.”

“I went into Rymans in Salisbury looking for some specific pens. Zack helped me go through and test all the options until I found what I wanted. Excellent Customer Service! I was very impressed by Zack's encyclopaedic knowledge of pens and the shop contents as a whole. Need something in the stationary line? Pop in and see Zack, he'll save you time and money! “Yesterday, 16th March, I was sending money by Western Union at Rymans Worcester as I have frequently done but this time it was suspended. It took a lot of time, trouble and patience for Ms Kelly to resolve the matter during the day . I was very embarrassed at the time it was taking but she and her manager kept reassuring me that it was not my fault and she persisted until it was resolved Outstanding service and kindness.”

“We went into Rymans barons key Northwich today 6th march 2023 our 41st wedding anniversary we were treated so kindly by the staff most of all a young lady called Hannah thank you all so much for perfect customer service. They were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond helping me with downloading my documents so that they could be printed and binded . I would not hesitate to ask them again for anything. “Excellent customer service in Coventry store. Ordered 200 pages at the last minute on Sunday for a presentation on Monday. Both Vidya and Zoe were very helpful. They both managed to finish the job even though they had to stay late approx 30-45mins . All neatly organised . Can't thank them enough. Thank you ladies you saved my day.”

“I received outstanding service from Petrina Scanlon at the Kensington branch. After purchasing a Huawei sports watch I was having difficulty in trying to connect it. I returned to the store and Petrina took the time to help me set it up. She was polite and patient and exceptionally helpful. I really appreciated her help.”

“I am totally bowled over by how helpful, efficient and professional your staff at the Chiswick Ryman are. In particular I wish to single out Kelly, Abby and Sam. I am so impressed by this team. They treat everyone with courtesy and respect. Sadly a rare thing today. I go to Ryman for all my stationery and printing needs and to send DHL precisely because I know I will get top notch service. Your staff at Chiswick are a credit to you”
