Whilst still awaiting refund of £179 pounds I have been forced to authorise my bank to escalate to dispute resolution.

You cannot return items and if you try to contact Customer Service they give you a ticket number in an email and respond within 5 days if you are lucky with a page of frequent Q&A and still unable to return items as once you follow their instructions to return items the page is non existent!!! Be prepared that you will have missing items! They send you a couple and donāt send you the rest of your items!
You items show up missing and to reach out to secret sales is nearly impossible as their response time takes a very long time! So watch out for that when you order itās been over a week and update now almost 4 weeks and they have not turned up!
Because Iām missing items and I have reached out for help and they are dodging responsibility when I have provided evidence from the couriers who have proven my case.
I have now escalated this dispute with my payment providers (Clearpay) and my bank.ā”

“Really bad customer service, if you don't have an account with them you are referred to the guest portal and then the portal doesn't recognise your order number and postcode with the message saying all that + email address, which isn't even entered. You can't call them and then you have to use the chat function, which I never seem to get a response too, been waiting over 40 mins now. “Returning items is a pain. The live chat is not live and it takes around 40 mins for anyone to respond to you.
Arranging a return on their website is a nuisance, Ive spoken and emailed so many times about the technical issues that customers face. The screen just goes blank on selecting an item to return and it doesnt work. The only woek around the Secret Sales person said was to send it back to them and then they would refund anything over the cost of £3.50.

“Do not buy from Secret Sales. All items are despatched from different retailers and if you return you have to return each item to each retailer at your cost. And the process is very unclear and difficult, with multiple order numbers and no paperwork informing you of the different order numbers. Absolute nightmare!”

“I would give zero stars but that is not possible. Ordered a pair of UGG boots costing Ā£50.10 with P&P 18/12/22 and I've never received them! Been chasing them ever since but their customer service is shocking! I've tried the chat and been cut off several times then had an email to say Customer Services would be in touch....still waiting and I've chased them up numerous times by both chat and email. Awful service and will never order from them again. Cannot understand why Trustpilot shows them as 4* and will be challenging this!”
