“I found Selectspecs first class from the purchase of my first pair that I stupidly broke (no fault of the product just my stupidity). Therefore, I ordered a further pair of the same glasses as a replacement. Despite all the Covid restrictions currently in place my order was processed swiftly and arrived a lot sooner than anticipated. In my experience I cannot commend them highly enough for they are fantastic and the value for money is just mindblowing!!! I say this as I used to purchase my glasses from the high street big boys so to speak. However, although their products are also good, they are massively more expensive. “Don't waste your money. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses but only one arrived. Gave my presciption for reading glasses but would be great if my arms were 4 metres long. Better off going to one of the well known shops on the high street. Hopefully can get a refund but wont hold my breath. Just another big rip off from a two bit company.”
“SelectSpecs have a easy to use web interface and a wide range of specs so it was great placing an order for a couple of pairs for such a low price. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. To begin with, almost two years since the emergence of a pandemic, no company should still be blaming it for delays. We've had months to respond accordingly. Neither should any business be promising 7-10 working days unless they can fulfil with little issue, and they certainly shouldn't be charging an extra £10 for express delivery, which is little use if your 7-10 days becomes 25 working days. My first pair took three weeks and arrived with a broken part on the frame. After reporting this, it was 5 days before I even got a response and returns number for a refund, which is pretty poor customer service in itself. My second pair arrived on 2nd July (after ordering on 30 May). They were nice, although they were a little smaller than expected - my fault - the perils of online shopping. So, in all, it was worth a shot - Selectspecs did sell me one pair of glasses and refunded my other faulty pair. However, I went to Vision Express the day after, tried on a few pairs for size and, although it cost a bit more, bought a prefect-fitting pair, which I collected four days later. As I said, you get what you pay for.”

“I ordered 4 pairs of glasses 2/6/2021 still waiting for one pair which is now expected the 15/7/21 and only had 2 pairs today 7/7/21. Surely this is not good. It is not the delivery that was the problem it was the delay in production.”
“Another happy customer. I ordered a pair of prescription Ray Ban sunglasses and was given a lead time of 7-10 days. It ended up being around 20 days which wasn't a major drama given the fact you can check the progress of your order via the website and Customer Services are pretty good too. The quality of the sunglasses was first class which is what you expect from Ray Ban anyway. However the same sunglasses direct from Ray Ban were just under £400 with polarised varifocal lenses. Through SelectSpecs the same sunglasses was just under £160 so its a no brainer for me. Not sure why anyone would get stressed if delivery takes a little longer. In the current climate you cant guarantee anything.”

“An absolute disaster ordered 8 weeks ago and still not received my glasses customer service is a joke with very little English spoken and no updates on what’s going on they really shouldn’t advertise frames they actually don’t have !!! Definitely wouldn’t use them again or recommend to anyone ps I’m still waiting”
