I made an order on the 10th of December. Today it is the 21st of December and it still hasn’t left the warehouse yet. They’re website help service is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, letting you only choose 3 options to ask about (even having a fake typing box that you can’t write in). I looked at their Twitter page which is their only other form of help and their messages aren’t even open for the public so I can’t message them. Worst online service I’ve ever experienced and I can’t even gift my brother his Christmas present in time.

I have been a long time customer of Size?'s Glasgow store, but have been let down big time by the online arm of the business. I placed an order on the 28/11, after two weeks I messaged them to ask about it. I was given a generic reply which had no relevance to my actual order. A week or so later I got in contact again, where I was told my order would arrive before Christmas. Woke up this morning and my order has been canclled. Absolutely shocking customer service. Needless to say Ive went elsewhere.

The fraudulent Launches Raffle and the Insta Raffle were the last straw for me, the exact same insta winners everytime (I can even upload proof of the same winners thanking thier local size for every release) this company needs their exclusivity to Adidas ripped away. They give adidas a bad name. Corrupt.

Disgraceful from size waited over two weeks for my clothes sent emails asking where it was but nothing back had to call first time got through to someone they just stayed silent and then just hung on me then second time got through to someone but all they could say it’s out of stock no apologies or and type of compensation. They sent me one item of clothing but wasnt even what I had ordered. Did buy from size before but this is the last I ever do that absolutely shocking experience. Would give zero stars if i could

DO NOT USE SIZE, cancelled order without informing me, had to chase up the order to be told it had been cancelled 10 days before Christmas so very little chance of finding and delivering same item, really poor service.

Sono un cliente da anni di Size? Avendo sempre comprando online e in store, a Milano e Londra, sempre ottimale, ma nel ultimo anno davvero non so cosa sta succedendo Da Ottobre avrò’ comprato 5 scarpe, e lo giuro su Dio neanche una e’ arrivata, c’è’ la disponibilità le compri, ti tolgono i soldi ti danno la conferma, e poi il nulla, per settimane non saprai se avrai le tue scarpe o no...poi sempre dal nulla ti verrà effettuato un rimborso dove ti verrà detto che la tua scarpa e’ fuori stock, quando in primo luogo era disponibile e accettato, io non so chi lavora e chi gestisce il sito o magazzino ma lo stanno facendo male, ed e’ un peccato perché hanno sempre avuto esclusive molto buone! Ma ora sono calati di brutto! Come fa un sito così importante ad non avere un numero per il customer service? Una stella e’ anche troppo per Size? In questo momento! Non avrai mai detto che un giorno mi sarei messo a scrivere una recensione negativa su qualcuno, ma Size? La merita veramente! Buona giornata e spero che non passiate la mia stessa situazione perché davvero non e’ bello!!!

I would really like to know what you have to do to win a pair of Adidas originals city series trainers constantly enter different raffles yet never win. They tell you only one household member can apply yet you go on eBay & the same person are listing 2 or 3 pairs in different sizes seriously this has got to be fixed

Fake Raffles! So why are we seeing pairs of “raffle” trainers on eBay before the raffle has been drawn? Real photos too not fakes. Been in a good few raffles now and nothing but the main thing is the hassle trying to get the money back!

Placed an order and received a confirmation email. Within seconds I received a second email telling me the order had been cancelled followed by a text thanking me for the order and promising another email when it shipped. They ignored the enquiry I sent so I called them. The automated response told me the item was due for delivery in three days but the cocky operator on the phone confirmed it had been cancelled. In the meantime they won’t refund me for a week. Complaints email is a JD Sports address, why am I not surprised that the service is so bad?

Worst customer service ever they haven’t got a clue what they are doing. They sell items they do not have in stock. When you speak to a member of their customer service team they state that they can not promise if the item will be sent out or a time scale to when it will be. It’s a joke they are happy to take your money and send a confirmation email saying when your purchase will be delivered but when it’s delayed they have no clue on a new delivery date it makes no sense. How are they not having any communication with their warehouse to find this information out these people are so incompetent to find a solution. Every person in their team has said a different excuse, they basically lie to get you off the phone. My understanding of a customer assitant is to give information and help solve customer problems, yeah fat chance of that with this company. I’m seeing bad reviews for this company everywhere on reviews sites on all of their social media.

So I ordered 3 pairs of trainers on Wednesday the 30th of November 2020, I have been waiting 5/7 days for the standard delivery at this point. I called up customer service letting them know I have an important occasion and I need to know whether I could have these either delivered sooner or changed to click and collect as I was willing to grab these from a store with stock and go out of my way, this company told me there’s nothing they could do even if I made a mistake on the billing address/personal details and that they would not be able to make any amends to this so I said never mind (bare in my mind my billing details are correct and personal ones too) I’ll just wait the full time of 7 days. I woke up at 6:30am the next morning (the 6/7 day) after the call (5/12/2020) and placed a new order for click and collect (so called premium click and collect) I called up ensuring I would be able to grab my item as I clicked the Camden branch which I thought was telling me in other words we have the stock because it popped up under my options, would you believe these people said you should expect to receive these by Thursday next week latest (10/12/12) and even though I clicked...click&collect I still had to wait the customer service lady even had the audacity to say I should have went to the store not even knowing whether I was able to even bloodlust walk, very inconsiderate if you ask me. I have also just looked at different reviews and I am also one who regrets not looking at the reviews first but considering the fact that this is supposed to be a well-established company which everyone in the UK has probably heard of I did not. Question: Why is this company still around I am sure there are plenty of new and up coming shoe business that would love the recognition they have and probably would offer more up standard customer service....they have no solutions for customers no alternatives it really baffles me and I still feel unsatisfied because even after I post this review it feels like nothing will be done.....Can we stop supporting businesses like this please they are just takers honestly they are not giving nothing back other than products. Shocking customer service ordered trainers 8 days ago 3 phone calls later being told they can’t promise I’ll get order. Why take my money if you can’t give me product!!!! Will avoid size in future total joke!!! Now can’t get trainers anywhere else as they’ve sold out but apparently size? are only company that will be getting more so I’m told. DO NOT USE you’ll definitely be disappointed

Order number-910362054 im beyond mad with this company!! I ordered some trainers on the 28/10/2020 for my daughters birthday now we are nearly in December!!!!my daughter never had them for her birthday which was in November which she was really disappointed as I couldn’t afford to buy another pair ... My order never came so I rang them up and they told me it was down to an I.t error which is not good enough!! I have been ringing them weekly as I just want my money back!!!! I need the money back so badly. I would NEVER EVER buy anything from size again and avoid at all costs!!! I will be reporting you guys to trading standards!!

This company is a disgrace took 2 orders from me for 6 pairs of trainers. Had to do a second order for a pair in different size as first order was refunded to paypal minutes later with no explanation. (Later found out they were out of stock, yet took my money and my size still on website) was told website is not realtime!!!!!!! Second order was accepted but now tokd that they also out of stock but i may get them if i wait up to 3 weeks!!!! Ha ha, what a joke. None of my trainers were delivered as per email promises. Rang customer services to be told that 5 of the 6 are either out of stock, low in stock (cant promise i will get), might get back in stock. These trainers are still being advertised in my sizes on website 3 days later even though you dont have them to sell. She managed to refund me for one order of one pair but the big order she couldnt cancel immediately but would send email to warehouse asking to cancel, but should be done later the same day. 3 days later ive received nothing and emails to you are being rejected or ignored. Aparantly they have 3 weeks to fulfill order! Please contact me to sort otherwise i will report you to trading standards.

I ordered clothes from size, they didn't fit so I sent them back with there own courier Hermes. Hermes sent me a confirmation order to say they had my order. After waiting a month I didn't have my refund, so I called customer service. Customer service have tried to help me but they have absolutely now power to make the decision to refund me. Sizes own courier has lost the parcel yet two months and 6 phone calls later I still don't have my £135.00. This is not customer service, this is a company who presumes all customers are untrustworthy.

If I could put no stars I would!! Should of read the reviews before I orderd as I am Having the same problem as everyone els. Orderd my trainers over 3 weeks ago and still not here I have emailed and tried to contact them and still getting fobbed off. I’m trying to get a refund,I would avoid at all costs!! Stick to jd all the way!!!
