“I ordere a pair of shoes 8 days ago and they arrived in perfect conditions. The only thing that did not work was the tracking code. However I'm going to buy more shoes from these guys.”

“Over the years I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes and a heap of running gear from this company as they can offer great value. Very occasionally things do go wrong, but in my experience they have always rectified the problem by replacement or refund. Sometimes it can take a few weeks which can be frustrating but when asked they are quick to report on progress.”

“Very simple online shop, easy to browse and easy to order. It was a bit suspicious after not receiving tracking number but don't expect it if you paid for standard shipping (it is normal not to have tracking when shipping this way). I ordered sneakers at great price and waited for more then 3 weeks but I got them. All great, new shoes, correct number. I did freaked out when I saw all bad reviews but to be honest all representatives from customer service were more than polite when I called and asked why there is no tracking, why so long, etc. I am happy customer after all.”

“I did have some issues regarding returns of an item . However, after just one hour of submitting my review, I received back a reply from SportsShoes.com and offer for payment of postage I lost. Now that's what I call resolving an issue. Thank you all.”

“Best around. Always have a good range of stock and the prices are always cheaper than anywhere else. It's £4.99 for standard delivery regardless, which stings a little, but can't fault them anywhere else. Repeat customer.”

“I brought the Hoka oneone speed Goat 2's. They were literally half the price than anywhere else I searched, including Amazon. Quick delivery. Overall extremely happy with my purchase and customer experience. P.S I'm buying a second pair of speedgoats for when I'm filming because they are so dammed comfortable!”
