“Decided last minute we could go and didn’t have tickets but found some on StubHub for Jelly Roll. It was really simple and I purchased the tickets. The show was fantastic and I will definitely use StubHub in the future.”
“Nothing to complain about. I bought tickets for a college basketball game and sold on StubHub that I was unable too attend. I spoke to customer service a couple of times and gave me correct information. Buyer accepted the tickets and I was paid six days after the event. No problems!”
“So, the fees are 50% of the ticket price and are casually hidden when you purchase. Had I know my $200 concert would end up costing $350 plus $50 parking, I would have stayed home. Fool me once.”
“My buddy contacted me less than 48 hours before the Burton Cummings concert and I looked in a few places for decent tickets with no luck. Then I went to my Stub Hub app and sure enough, 2 tickets in the front row of the second section (tons of leg room and no worries about having to stand to let people get out)! Oh, and the price was SOOO reasonable!”
“They changed me an extra $100.00 fee and I have NO clue why. DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. The tickets were only $170.00 each for 2 people. I’m done with this company”
“The seats were in the right location. However, there was water dripping from right above us. We got drops of water on ourselves periodically throughout the game.
We sat at row 19 behind home plate. Seats , 8, 9,10, and 11. Section ibx1. Lecom park.”
“I listed concert tickets I had purchased on Ticketmaster for sale on STUBHUB.
STUBHUB did sell the tickets and I was given the email address of the purchaser so that I could transfer the tickets.
Ticketmaster informed me that the transfer went through and was waiting for acceptance from the buyer. After not getting a confirmation from STUBHUB I called customer service 2 days before the event. The agent I spoke to could find no record of the transaction even though I gave her the number and my email address, so I had Ticketmaster cancel the transfer. The day of the concert I got an email from STUBHUB that the tickets still had not been transferred. This was several hours before the concert. I called customer service again and the agent informed me that I had a digit wrong on the email address of their customer. If the agent I had spoken to on the day before had found the record and informed me that the email was wrong, or if STUBHUB informed that the email was wrong, I could have corrected it. Now it was too late. STUBHUB then charged my debit card $150 because the tickets were not delivered. I wanted to sell the tickets and feel that the STUBHUB agent that I spoke to the day before caused the problem. Of course, speaking to customer service after the fact did no good, and now I am out $150, plus the $135 that I would have gotten had the tickets sold.”
“I was stressing yesterday as I have not used StubHub in a long time and I was confused on trying to get my tickets, especially since I have a different Email address then I had back then. I called Customer Service and was completely Blown away by the exceptional service that I received from a young lady named Sarah. It was such a relief. Then to get a follow up call from her the next day to make sure that Everything came through as requested. I will not only use StubHub again soon but I will brag about the amazing service that is just not common these days. Thank you StubHub and Thank you Sarah. You service was exceptional.”
