“The only reason I didn’t give StubHub only 1 star is because I had great success all other times I’ve used them. THEN today happened. Our beyond $1K tickets never showed up! It took 2.5 hours to get them replaced. My biggest complaint is the difficulty I had in finding a simple phone number to speak to a person. After trying for 30 minutes to find a phone number, I gave in and used the chat-bot. After 10-15 minutes, the chat bot gave me the option to chat with a human….BUT the anticipated wait was 29 minutes. As I waited I clicked all around the app and somehow discovered a phone number to call for help.
The customer service rep was very nice and ultimately set us up with replacement tix …AN HOUR AFTER the game started.
Also, in the event your tix are not sent to you, and you opt to get replacement tickets, StubHub keeps the difference if new tix happen to be less than the old number.”
“Bought tickets 24 hours prior to an event.Come to find out the event was rescheduled a couple days prior to my purchase. The company wouldn't refund my money. The customer service rep just kept saying she was sorry, but never escalated the problem to a supervisor. If they would have just been honest with the reschedule I wouldn't be as mad.”
“I purchased 2 tickets for Hadestown for 107.51 each. By the time fees were added, my purchase was $322.19 for 2 tickets.
When the tickets came, a few days before the show, the actual ticket price for the tickets were $46.
I was shocked and stupefied that I paid $322.19 for 2 tickets that only cost $92 total. Shame on me for trusting Stubhub and shame on Stubhub for WAY overestimating the actual cost of the tickets.”

“There is no transparency to what the ultimate cost of the ticket ultimately is. This is inclusive pricing. I found tickets to the concert that I felt was affordable for me to entertain a group of friends. But the total ticket pricing was much higher with all the add on fees and taxes which made the tickets unaffordable but I ate the cost as I had already promised treating my friends to this event. Other than that, the concert itself was a great experience and mobile access to the tickets was convenient.”
“The prices I found for the rangers season opener were cheaper than the team ticket price. I also found the fees to be the cheapest in the market 50% below ther competition. Easy and no worry process, will definitely used StubHub for my ticket purchases”
“I went to Stub Hub to purchase last minute tickets for the St. Louis Cardinals home opener. I found great seats at a very reasonable price, given the game was supposedly sold out. The transaction was very easy. Although, I didn't realize I needed to then head over to my MLB account to find the tictkets over there. After that, everything was find and I was happy with my purchase.”
“The ticketing process was good. The only problem I had was we had floor seats and it was supposed to include parking. When we got to the venue, they said we had to pay for parking because the seller never sent the parking pass. We ended up paying $40 to park the car because I did not want the hold up.”
“Tried to sell tickets for a game that was rescheduled to a date I could not make it to. Spent two days on with customer service trying to repost them. They could never fix the problem and said sorry that’s all we can do. Then when I asked to speak to someone else to resolve this issue they told me to write a letter to their legal team. No email address, phone number….they only accept mail. Terrible service will never purchase anything from them again.”
