“Just terrible allows people to be ripped off and then profits from it customer service is terrible they have a call center in India just to answer the phone and tell you there is nothing they can do about being charged more than double the ticket cost use anyone else and save yourself some money and a headache if I could review as zero stars I would”
“StubHub is a rip off. Beware, they are not customer friendly. They scammed me. I went to the event and found out my tickets were already scanned and giving away. When I called customer service, Henry said he couldn’t help me. This is a horrible company! Go through the actual event center and stay away from these scammers!”
“We ordered tickets that we didn't think would be via FEDEX. We then learned it needed a signature, and we weren't home but tried the FEDEX link to sign which didn't work. The tickets if paper wouldn't have been accepted at the venue. They were finally delivered 2 days after the event.. We are looking for a refund.”
“Do not use this company, several that are way better. Bought tickets last August to an NFL game. They never ever contacted us about the tickets as to when they will be delivered. We were worried and did not book we could have done all airlines and hotel one day prior. Received our tickets one (1) hour prior to kickoff. WTF who runs a business like that. NEVER received any tickets later than a couple of weeks prior, and we have bought about 50+ to NFl games And mainly concerts. Received our tickets to AC/DC in Vegas April 26th already. “Bought and then sold tickets on StubHub. Great business model. They keep all the money when you purchase the tickets AND KEEP the money whey you sell the tickets. They have not transferred my ticket sale money to me.”
“I bought 4 tickets to Wicked in September for January at the Pantages. In November I was sent 2 only tickets and the wrong seats. Stub hub required that I return the 2 tickets in order to get the correct seats. I called every 5 days for two months and 1 week before the event StubHub said they could not find me replace my tickets and refunded my money. The $100 seats are now going for $480. They strung me along until now it’s too late to get seats at a decent price. They lose nothing and I’m out of luck!”
“We bought 2 tickets for tonight's Ranger Game at MSG .
Stubhub took the $214 then sent us the tickets for another game.
Had we not checked the ticket date on the tkts sent , we would have traveled into Manhattan from Westchester, went to MSG and been denied admission.
This is not a random , isolated incitent with STUBHUB it happens often.
DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO BAIT AND SWITCH tactics they use.
AVOID STUBHUB at all costs. Truthfully, I think it is much safer buyinbg at the arena or from a ticket scalper .,”
“Ordered tickets. Sale went through. Got a hotel in town for show. Day of show still no tickets received. Went through all the channels to get the tickets. Finally called. Was told the tickets weren’t available but not to worry they guaranteed same or better tickets. Give them an hour. Called back after an hour and talked to a supervisor. On and off hold for 45 minutes to be told they had no other tickets and I’d be refunded. So paid for a hotel with no show to go to. Will never use them again. Fraud and scam.”
“But parking passes listed as VIP lot and was just a standard lot. When I called StubHub about this they just offered a voucher for future purchases. They did not say anything about banning the original lister from future listings.”

“Sold 4 tickets and i was charged what amounted to 47% of my funds in fees. Unable to get any real explanation for that high percentage (I honestly thought it was an error) I went to the Better Business Bureau to complain. After 3 different Stub Hub responses that amounted to a "cut and paste" response from each diffetent SH employee, they terminated contact. I simply asked for a line item breakdown as to where 47% of the money had been applied. I was told nobody can tell me that and, this is important, STUB HUB CAN CHANGE THE FEE STRUCTURE FOR YOUR SALE EVEN AFTER YOU POST YOUR TICKETS. WHAT???”
“Have purchased two tickets to the orange bowl and accidentally bought on the wrong side of the stadium. Tried to get them exchanged very early but cannot.. On top of that after $750 I still don’t have the tickets that were purchased in my possession but they have the funds .. I will never deal with this company again..”

“My show date was changed when I bought tickets and lost my money for a show I could not make. Then, the other two I bought was cancelled two hours before the show….and they are not refunding them. Make yourself a favor and don’t use StubHub, Viagogo, or any of those sights for tickets. Pure ripoff and even when you pay for security, they still don’t help you.”
