“There were no surprises and everything went smoothly and correctly. My only issue was the lack of exact seat numbers (I knew the range) between ordering and receiving the tickets but that was pretty minor. In the past I've had less issues with Stubhub than from their competitors which is why they are my first choice.”

Stubhub has no refund policy, even weeks before the event, but you can sell your tickets to someone else. Put my listing up, and now after 2 days, found out my listing is "hidden" for anyone using the DEFAULT "recommended" option. Solution proposed by Stubhub? Competitively price my $338 tickets to $106...................

“We bought 6 tickets to a baseball game, several months in advance. About 1 month out my husband got an email saying that our tickets were being transferred. And then 3 minutes later he got another email saying that the transfer was successful and complete. We did not initiate this transfer and have no idea how it happened. When we contacted stub hub they kept telling us that we transferred our tickets. We did not and kept reiterating this. They said they would put in a complaint and escalate the claim since the game was a month away. They said we should receive an email in a couple days. We are now a week and half out we have not received any emails. My husband called them back and got the same run around. When looking at the stub hub website our tickets were again listed for sale! We still haven't heard from stub hub. It's been very disappointing and sadly I think we will be out over 200$. We will never use this website for tickets again.”
“Ridiculous customer service. Fees are very sneakily added to your tickets it says 23$ fees m.no.mention of per ticket! Tried calling them to cancel . They pointed me to crazy reselling process. As single mom have no time to follow up”
“I ordered concert tickets and a parking pass from Stubhub. Turns out the parking garage was more than a 1 mile walk from the concert in the worst of neighborhoods. Stubhub refused to refund my money for the parking pass claiming I was told where the garage was. That is false. The ticket only said "garage parking." It was not until I agreed to accept it that I was informed of the location. Stubhub states "100% guarantee" FALSE”
“The Stubhub guarantee is worthless. I bought two tickets for the Capital/Islander game for Sunday 4/6/25. The tickets were never delivered by Stubhub and replacements tickets that they say they guarantee were not offered. The run around and lack of follow through on the part of the customer service reps is maddening. The Stubhub guarantee is worthless.”
“The ratings for my seats vs. identical seats do not make sense. My seats are rated much lower, which means they are less likely to sell. I called their customer service, and they said they were unable to do anything about it. Terrible product and service.”
“I purchased a parking pass for a horse race that was to take place on a Saturday. Due to inclement weather, the race that day was canceled. However, the event referred to it as a "postponement" because you could still come on Monday. I live in another state and the only day I could attend was on the date that I purchased the ticket for. StubHub would not refund me my ticket. Additionally, the ticket that I purchased through them still had the original purchasers name on it. Their "Every order is 100% guaranteed" is false advertising. They are an unscrupulous company that I do not recommend doing business with because if you have the slightest issue, you will be out money.”
