“I purchased tickets for an event on 11/3/24. They were supposed to be sent to me electronically on 11/2/24 @ 5pm. I never received them. I made multiple calls but could never get a straight answer. I was told that Stubhub would get me new tickets but not until 1 hour before the event. I don't understand how that would be helpful. I had to scramble 4 hours before the game to buy new tickets. I finally got an email about 3 hours after the game saying my order was canceled and a refund would be sent. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again.”
“Worse experience ever buying tickets from anyone ..It cost me over $1000 for two Boston Celtics tickets from Stubhub and I never could receive the tickets. The Seller of these tickets put them in a ticketmaster account in which I had trouble getting them. I tried for over 3 weeks chatting with all the Support Teams and it was useless and I ended up losing all my money..NEVER EVER USE STUBHUB”
“Bait and switch. Wouldn't give me a full price with their $56 PER TICKET fee added on until the last screen...right before the payment confirmation. I redeemed a gift card to utilize and had I known they were going to add that big of a charge (1/2 the price of a ticket), I would never have purchased, but now I'm stuck as I can't unredeem a gift card.”

I listed my ticket for a sale, I was checking constantly for a notification on my account but did not get it. They sent an email saying it is sold on the same day of the concert. I did not see it.
So they charged me double the amount of the ticket I was supposed to sell!!!

“Do NOT purchase any tickets from Stubhub. After Aerosmith canceled their concert, and I requested a refund on August 1st and as of Nov. 4th I have not received it.
I have received 7 emailed stating I would get my refund in 5-8 business days. After waiting for 2 month and calling repeatedly and being assured to wait, I was now told on Oct 10th that my refund was processed on Aug 15th and that I'd have to prove with my bank that I did not get it.
On Oct 11th I emailed the bank statements to StubHub and they claim they did receive them on the 11th and would secalted my case. it's Now Nov. 4th and no refund. I called and I get the excuse it has been escalated and they are working on it. How long does it take an accounting dept to press a button and issue a refund.
So don't buy anything from them..their supervisors only tell you exactly what the customer service agent says and they have no clout to do much.
Guess I'll wait another 2 weeks and if not it time for a lawyer to get involved. I want my $1019 back. It's almost a mafia type deal, they tell you they don't know when you'll get your money..so pretty much they hold your money until they feel like it. Wonder if someone in accounting is committing fraud because it's very strange and

“I've tried to use StubHub twice. The first time, the my tickets never arrived, and despite calling the company multiple times over the course of 4 months before the event, they did nothing to ensure I got my tickets. Further, by they time they said I could pick comparable tickets, there were none left.
The second time was very recently. I purchased the ticket two weeks before the event. This time, the ticket arrived but I didn't find out until I showed up at the venue (3 hours from my home) that the ticket had been cancelled due to a fraudulent payment method. NOW, Stubhub refuses to honor their Fan Protection plan and reimburse me for my ticket.
StubHub is clearly not interested in honoring their agreements or ensuring that they work with reputable ticket sellers.”
“I purchased a parking pass from Stubhub for a concert at the Dos Equis pavilion in Dallas. The night of concert I found out the pass was for a closed lot at least 1.5 miles from the venue. I was told by stubhub it was my responsibility to check location. I am not familiar with Dallas I live in Oklahoma I trusted Stubhub to at least make an attempt to see where lot was my mistake. I will Never use Stubhub again they have Zero reliability and no customer service.”
“If John Lennon and George Harrison came back to life and The Beatles had a reunion concert and the only place I could buy tickets was StubHub, I would miss the concert. Sold tickets and it took me 84 days and about 12 very frustrating hours on the phone to finally get paid. I wish I were exaggerating. In the end I found a workaround and managed to get my money, the people who work there only know a few sentences which they keep repeating. Also they don’t listen to a word you are saying. Never again.”

“Purchased Sabrina Carpenter tickets, got them 20 minutes before the event. Listing said clear view, and the tickets said obstructed view when they were downloaded. Contacted customer service while I was there and they said that since the concert was in progress they couldn’t do anything. Contacted them after and the agent was an asshat and said that since I used the tickets, no matter how many times I contacted customer service I would be denied a refund. I explained several times that I literally got them at the event and I tried to call them then, but they didn’t care. Total scam.”
“After purchasing my ticket to the Army football game through Stub Hub, I received another offer for parking passes. I paid approximately $175 (including fees) for the parking pass. Upon arrival today, I discovered that all parking lots were free at the venue. Stub Hub said that they can do nothing to reimburse me. The gentleman sitting next to me at the game had a similar experience. There should be recourse from Stub Hub”
“Bought a parking pass for an event 3 months in advance the stadium changed their parking lot a month later so they got rid of the lot I purchased a ticket from I saw multiple people saying they already received updated passes so I contacted StubHub since I never received a new one told me to give seller time to transfer it so I wait until the month of my event and try again just for them to tell me the same thing so I wait until 2 weeks before just for them to tell me the same thing again I try again the week OF and they still tell me the same thing but this time adds that they have until the day of so I called the day of on the phone with them most of my 6 hour drive to the event I had arrangements to get their when they open the gates at 4 and I still didn’t receive it so I had to get dropped off there I didn’t receive it until 5:15 when I was already there so I didn’t use it so I called and asked for a refund the next day they processed one and said 5-8 business days I call on the 8th business day cause I still haven’t received it just for them to talk in circles so I call again the next day after still not receiving it for them again talk in circles so I talk to a manager just for him to say since I did receive it before the event I technically shouldn’t be getting a refund not caring that I explained I had arrangements months in advance to get there at a certain time so just because I “received it before the event started at 7” doesn’t mean I received it in time to use and he still didn’t think they were in the wrong I will never use them again I’ve never been treated so badly”
