I ordered a pair of boots (isabel marant) for £229.99 and they came in horrible, awful conditions, like they were used for more than one year! I took them back to store and explain that I received them one day ago, impossible to be worn by me and look so disgusting and they told me canno't receive them for refund in this conditions and will investigate, I just have to wait for their call. Of course, no one called me. I've also send an email with pictures...and nothing! This is a nightmare!

Fix your website having problems for a week now trying to place an order, and saying error with the card Sam card that is registered with my account on the site and been using for years. Apparently I’m not the only one shut it down and fix it. Awful

Discusting customer service !!! Items arrived broken. Response from CS taking weeks to reply! No apology. No CS. Then they expected me to post it back when I paid for delivery and will only refund on return even though I have sent photos!

It never works!!! Web is always having work done and best buys are always out of stock or sold out!!! Take listing off when sold out how hard is that

Basingstoke - TKMaxx I have been a regular customer for awhile, buying their clothing, items and many other things. However today (12/08/2021) I have never felt so uncomfortable and yet so badly treated by staffing. First a lady who worked in the changing rooms who I would like to name but have respect, for saw me and assumed that I wasn’t going to buy the shoes. I would like to try shoes on before buying as I do not see any problem in that. Then she stood at the end of shoe areas and stared at me while trying the shoes on. Grabbed both pair of shoes to see if I can get an input from my friend. She then kept looking at me and following me with a horrible stare. Went upstairs to the home section to do a bit more of shopping, had seen a young staff guy coming and down looked at me suspiciously and said something in his ear piece. At reaching to the tills I felt all eyes on me as I was buying the shoes. I would just like to say, everyone who works in retail understands how hard it can be. However do not look at someone and judge by their appearance or the length of time I spend in store and assume they’re not going to pay. It’s rude and not right. Please be mindful of how the staffing in the shop can treat people. It’s not acceptable and it’s disgusting how I was treated. I felt I had to rush out of the store. The length of time I spend in the store deciding on the shoes or what to get is no one business apart from mine. The looks are unacceptable and not appropriate. I have not once ever thought of writing a comment. However I am a lady with a morals and respect, I do not steal nor do I ever think about stealing. I have worked in retail before and I understand how it can get, but not once not once would I automatically assume someone is stealing for wanting to look around and try shoes on. I am so disappointed and never felt so uncomfortable. Please fix this, I can grantee I am not the only one who has felt like this. Never again.

The manager in Greenford Tk maxx is a thief. I went to return a dress I had bought 2 days ago as I couldn’t try it due to covid restrictions. The dress was too big. When they scanned it they said that the dress had not been paid for and had another bar code! I asked to see the cctv as they said that the dress was put in the bag after scanning the original barcode by mistake - they didn’t want to show me the cctv - the manager was abusive and aggressive - then they said they saw that I had bought 29 items and they put 30 in the bag!!!! An absolute lie!!! I counted the items I bought they were 29!!! The manager sent another worker to tell me that they were keeping the dress and I would not get a refund!!!! She didn’t want to face me- THIEVES- AVOID - I asked to see the security manager and he didn’t come. I Complained to customer services and no call yet with any resolution

Abusive store staff aggressively mis-sold a product to my elderly mother, charged her delivery fee despite tracking showing it had never been delivered, put this on an e-gift card despite her not wanting this and became overtly threatening and defensive when asked for details of where to make a complaint. The online failures and frequent unfair trading practices associated with this, as well as shocking customer service, are becoming notorious on Trust Pilot and have actually stopped me from shopping there - just not worth the insults and complete, total inconvenience and loss of money.

Click and collect items are late. Emailed customer service and no response. They even charge for Click and Collect but break the promised delivery times on their web site. Avoid online shopping with them... systems not as good as other retailers Sorry there was no option to give it no stars!!!

Tk Max is not prepared to sell on line. I was charged twice, requested refund which was promissed within 3 days. Its been 15 days and nothing. Called again and now i have to send a copy of my bank statement to prove I was charged twice. Never again

Tkmaxx online shopping is an absolute ripoff!! I ordered some items a couple of weeks ago and 2 of the items sent to me was completely wrong! not even close to what I ordered! I tried to email them and there was no response, I called the costumer service number and it says we’re currently closed!!! And you know what is the funniest part? I have to pay for posting the wrong items back! Shame on you tkmaxx!

The worst service I’ve had ! Was waiting for order over 3 weeks and still didn’t get it. Received message that the order was canceled and I have to pay for this cancellation! They never respond to my emails and messages during this 3 weeks!!! Avoid and save your money!

Never order anything from them online, come to think of it a lot of the stuff there is poor quality too. An error on their website meant a package was sent to the wrong address and they just wasted my time and didn't do anything about it. Plus they take over a week to deliver.

I love TKMaxx I order online and usually arrange to collect from local store due to COVID obviously unable to do this so it was being delivered by Hermes courier, absolutely disgusted i recived and email stating delivery be between 5pm and 7pm not arrived by 7.15pm I checked my email for tracker update to see that it was down as deliverd successfully and signed for at my prooerty, NOT TRUE what a time of it trying to phone the courier eventually just made complaint to TKMaxx so I am awaiting outcome of this wont be shopping there on line for home delivery. What is the matter with peopleI am actually still in 2 minds whether to get police involved (Very expensive parcel I am waiting to hear what TKMaxx say Monday but so disgusted

tk maxx use worst UK courier. driver couldn't find my address( how ever I belive they didn't try to find) I orderd on 10th of may on 15th they said couldn't find the address( on the main rd) after 4 times call to tk maxx customer service. on 29th they sent email we will refund your money in 10 working days.!!!!! how do you feel if that happen to you. mr/ms manager?

After a dress I bought for a wedding fell apart... I was expecting a refund even though I didn’t have my receipt... I had the TXMaxx labels which I had only just removed the day before... I had only wore it an afternoon..... what I WASNT expecting was the attitude of the assistant on Tuesday at your Oldham branch who made me scroll through my on line banking statements on my phone ( in front of other shoppers) at the counter... to prove my purchase!!!!!..... she also checked on her computer..... eventually she offered me a credit note.... and I left feeling quite traumatised..... I usually love my frequent TXMaxx shopping experience...

They use Worst uk courier .. they are not professional first experience they delivered my order to wrong address... second experience they gave me Two hours time slot 5 to 7pm at 7:15 i received email saying they rescheduled delivery from 7 to 9 pm means i had to cancel my Saturday evening plans and wait for them.. i eneded up waiting at home for nothing as they didnt show up i had to call sender on monday and cancel my order .. make sure dont make an order if its hemes if you wanna save your self a stress. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TK MAXX (UK)... I should have known better, after buying two pairs of shoes on-line in July (for delivery to store) and waiting two weeks for them to arrive! This time I ordered Xmas presents and having witnessed great customer service from other on-line retailers (Amazon, John Lewis, Currys etc), thought my previous debacle with TK Maxx, was a flash in the pan. How wrong I was! Having clicked for free (5 day) delivery, I'm sat here after 5 days, with my order still showing as 'in progress'. Don't bother using their on-line 'contact us' form, as they don't reply! I've even emailed Customer Services, following advice from TK Maxx (Nessa) on this forum, receiving an automated email, saying it usually takes them 3 days to reply!!! If I was sat on the Board of TK Maxx, I'd hang my head in shame and dismiss myself. Then call for the sacking of the entire Management team. They are a prime example of a business blinkered on raising its share price and pleasing institutions through growth, whilst neglecting back-office and customer services. What a woeful excuse for a retailer, whose on-line experience, customer service and fulfilment, falls well well behind its compatriots (who incidentally are growing at a faster rate). Step back in to the dark ages at your peril!
