“5 star customer service received by Staff in Tkmaxx Morfa Swansea. Very helpful and friendly. On return home after shopping in store realising one of my parcels had been left behind i spoke to staff on duty who kindly took the time to locate and keep it safe until i was able to collect it. Can't thank you all enough. Will definitely continue to visit this place. Excellent shop with fabulous staff.”

“I'm based in Dublin and recently ordered three dresses from TK Maxx online. Unfortunately none worked out and I sent them back within a couple of days. I wasn't sure how the refund process was going to be but I can honestly say I've had a very good experience. I mostly dealt with a lovely lady called Rehanna and she was excellent to deal with and so helpful. The final part of the refund has just been sorted today and based on this experience I would definitely use TK Maxx online again.”

“Great prices, just be careful to check items before buying.Great quality and plenty of choice.Fantastic deals.A brilliant shop for kids toys and books clothes and most everything.Look here first for a bargain before you look anywhere else, thats my advice to shoppers.Never had a problem with returns or refunds.People need to be fair not to abuse a good shop like this.Check items and return straightaway with a good reason for returning.Don't spoil it for others.Always had good service with staff.Never bought without seeing a item so can't voice a opinion for buying on line.”

“Ordered online a pair of Roberto Cavalier trainers, indeed I do wear size 3.5, this one was available only size 4, amazing quality, it’s 100/: authentic( the monogram tag was on it), also Tommy Hilfiger navy loafer size 3.5, leather, so grateful for it it just looks amazing and what a bargain, I saved 275 pound and in reality don’t know if I could afford! Kenneth Cole women jacket is fab as well! Thank you again! It is worth ordering it online and I recommend it to everyone!👍”

“I want to thank the staff of the Scarborough Store especially Linda,who was so very helpful in assisting me to buy a gift for my Grandaughter.She was very understanding and explained to me that if the gift was not suitable, I would have no problem in returning it.Iwent to the till and there it was also explained to me that I could have a receipt to show it was a gift,the assistant there was also very helpful in helping me to pack this rather large gift so that I could safely carry it home on the bus.”

“I cannot begin to say how grateful I am to young RORY, working at the SWANSEA MORFA BRANCH T.K.MAX He was different class👏👏 this evening helping me find the right item for my partners birthday (2moro), the time was @9.05pm we eventually found the perfect present, bearing in mind he must have already worked 8us hours as it was... he wasn't at all phased, & only wanting to do his job. He must have looked through most items on the L/XL aisle. NOT FORGETTING the lovely Paige at the checkout who also was STILL HAPPY TO HELP also. Ps thanks a lot guys. Just wanted to write this as I'd like others to see the sort of people they can :totally depend on in certain situations like mine. Thanks xx”

“The service I received today in hull 12a althorpe rd Was outstanding The assistant who served me was so helpful she made my day comunication with me at the same time scanning my items 5958 assistant trans 3678 14/7/19 The store managers was hands on too ‘I could see he was very productive with the team You could see the store was managed by a good manager they all worked together A true asset to tk max One happy shopper”

“Amazing service from Tracy at the jewellery counter In TKmax hedge end !! I was completely blown away by her outstanding customer service . She went above and beyond to help me with a bag and hat as I am going to a concert and really needed help . Tracy adviced me not to take a back pac but to take a long strapped small bag so no one can pinch anything , and then I asked her , Tracy be honest which hat suits me best . She made sure to tell me which did suit me and gave honest opinions , without Tracy I would have looked like a cow girl from Texas . Thank you so much Tracy for your customer service it was a breath of fresh air . You gave me good ideas and in the end I spent over an hour in the shop and spent £156.40 pence . I think you are an asset to the company . Kind regards Sam xx”
