“Really like TK Maxx however I have just noticed I placed an order at 09:47 on a Saturday morning and paid a couple of quid extra for the next day delivery then received an email with tracking that said it will be delivered on Tuesday that's 3 days not next day, ok I will take into account the day after my order was placed was a Sunday so expected delivery to be Monday but no its Tuesday, it seems odd for next day as I have ordered from other companies on next day at a weekend and received it on a Sunday and I can't even blame useless Evri because it's Parcel Force. I'm not angry or anything I just find it strange that next day delivery if ordered on a Saturday morning actually means 3 day delivery even though they still charge you for it.”

“I wanted to update my last review where I had spent hours trying to resolve an online order. I contacted TKMaxx through FB and Ellis within minutes had sorted all the problems I had experienced with TKMaxx. I would give Ellis 5 stars.”

“The clothing in TKMaxx is usually quite good quality. However, the delivery experience is very poor. Firstly, you have to pay for your items to be delivered (shops usually do free delivery on items of over £50, but not TKMaxx), then you wait for your items to be delivered for a whole week. Secondly, if you want to return your items, no labels are provided. You have to physically get the return address typed up and printed, go to the post office (not great during the COVID-19 outbreak) and pay for your items to be posted back, in your own packaging. I personally paid £9, which made my delivery expense around £15 (there and back plus the packaging) in total, which is a lot. I wish TKMaxx could be more considerate and follow the examples of the other retailers by doing free delivery and returns, with pre-printed labels. This would leave a much better impression.”

“Tkmaxx have a new website and it is truly awful. There was nothing wrong with the old website, it was easy to find things and order. Whoever designed the new format should go back to the drawing board. It seems I am not the only critic of this.”
