“I lost an earring in the changing room at the store in Hanley stoke on Trent. I rang the store and the next day when I rang again was really pleased that it had been found by 2 of their staff. One was a gentleman the other a lady whose name au think was Ness. A Big Thank You”

“In all the years i have been traded with TKMAXX i have found their staff very helpfull and eager to assist.Customer service have also been 100%.Recently I had a problem regard a gift card and the problem was solved by staff membersEmily and Karni.My thanks again.Long live TK.”

“called into Hartlepool to look for a bargain, and I bought a biscuit kit to make with my grandsons, it had a price on of £4 when I got to the till a Lovely lady called Marie said that was the wrong ticket and it was £3, she is a credit to the store.”

“Hello, always been happy with pleasant cashiers in Culverhouse Cross Cardiff, Pontyclun Mid Glam, TkMax Swansea, and all if my items ever purchased. Wanted to leave my review to thank Stacey at Culverhouse Cross Cardiff Tues 3rd October...very helpful finding correct price for my super large memory dog bed ...then offering to take it up to the cashier desk for me on her works trolley as it was so heavy...I didn't have a trolley, so she kindly requested a staff member nearby the trolley area to the cash desk for me to use to car. Much appreciated Stacey! Quality item, and my gentle Xlarge labrador is loving it!”

“Called in at T K Maxx in Coleraine on Saturday for a little bit of retail therapy. During my visit I tried on several items in their changing room and the shop assistant Caria was most helpful. I couldn’t get a garment on because of the security tag which she kindly removed and then replaced after I was finished. Caira was also kind enough to look after several items for me whilst I did some additional shopping. A great experience with helpful, pleasant staff.”

“I dont often have the time to leave a review but today I made time for the excellent customer service I have received from TK Max Mansfield, Notts. I was assisted by a lady called Jill for who nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a pair of bed side tables but the store only had one of each design I liked. Jill helped me with the options I had, she checked the stock room for me and between us we decided that I should take a couple and try and match them in another store. A young lady (sorry didnt get her name) helped me out with them to my car and together we got them loaded in. The staff at this store are always super helpful and try very hardy to meet your needs. Not sure I will get a matching table but non the less I wish to thank the staff at TK Max Mansfield.”

“I often shop in TKmaxx and am pleased with quality and choice. I recently shopped in the Livingston store and bought a hanging garden chair which was on display. I’d like to compliment both the young lady who served me and also Dan who I’ve talked to in the phone. I used AnyVan for delivery and when the hair arrived the hook which chair hangs from was missing. This was no problem to Dan who located it and I received this morning. He apologised but actually was easy thing to happen with display item. Thank you so much and I hope TKmaxx recognise such hood customer service. Fiona”

“Just wanted to say big thanks you to Lewis and Dan .. I brought large mirror .. Lewis was so helpful when I was unsure which one I wanted .. he was so good and than carry down to check out .. with that Dan and Lewis ensure I get this home safely.. the only negative point of the store in hedge end was ,, I was with my friend who has allergies to dogs and was so surprised to see dogs in the stores … really think you should re-think this policy ..”
