ABSOLUTE RUBBISH SERVICE - PRINTED MY GIFT VOUCHERS IN PORTRAIT INSTEAD OF LANDSCAPE - still trying to get this corrected - appalling customer service - nobody gets back to you - waste of time AVOID AVOID AVOID

Spend nearly 2 hours collating my calander for it to loose it on no less than 4 occasions…please don’t bother.

Bought business cards and personalised note pads. The quality is very poor. The business cards are slightly thicker than ur normal A4 paper. It's all going in the bin. Waste of money.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered 3 window stickers with the adhesive on the image side but they came with the adhesive on the back. They were reordered by Vistaprint five times and I ended up with 18 stickers in total, all with the adhesive on the wrong side. Vistaprint said they were investigating but then I didn't hear anything from them. I kept asking for updates and got no response. I last heard from them on 21/08/24. I then contacted them on 23/08/24 and said I wanted to make a formal complaint to get all of my money back.After me repeatedly contacting them by email, they keep ignoring me. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again.

Do not trust this company. After using them for over 12 years for my website they decide to transfer me over to another company. They shut down my domain name and now access using my website address I’ve had all this time is impossible. This is causing loss to my business, not just losing potential new customers but also all my promotional material is now obsolete. 9 days discussing with “support” just to find out what the problem was as no one had a clue. They sent me to 4 different companies claiming the problem didn’t lie with them. The complaints department couldn’t care less about your business.

UTTERLY APPALING SERVICE! Vistaprint you are the worst company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with, and people need to be warned of your bad business practice. We have not been able to make any changes to our website for months as you sold us on to Wix without our prior knowledge or consent. We have wasted hours calling you just to be told that a ticket has been raised and someone will call back. Nobody ever did! We cancelled our website with you as it we could not update it. You were supposed to give us an authorisation code to transfer this and again nothing from you. Now we have lost our emails and have no website as they are refusing to transfer the domain! Please anyone reading this think twice before you use such a terrible company!

We are a very small charity in Scotland who has spent a lot of money on merchandise but never again after the service manager, Hamza, refused to give us due compensation for goods that are beyond late and the problems it caused us. Hamza needs to attend a basic customer care course and get basic common sense knowledge. The man is beyond useless!

I think this is a bad taste joke! Those cards are unusable. all 1000 cards are scratched or unprinted on the back. Photos in attachment. Extremely poor quality overall. So disappointed how you can sent that kind of product to customer. My cheap printer will do a better job. So I want a full refund as I was use your service lat time as I can see. 1. Scratched 1000 cards, bad print, dull Check the photos pleas. Thank you.

I have placed and order at the beginning of February, paid extra 12£ for the fastest shipping (should have received it all 2 days later). Well a month later, today i can say i have wasted all my money, and have to get all printed else where. They sent me THREE times wrong stickers and business cards, i have spent hours on the phone or chat try to fix it.. but they just keep sending me the wrong product. Waste of money and time. Unreliable, liers, unprofessional, lowest quality possible.

Do not order any masks stated delivery within 10days which then changes to 21 days once you pay !! Mine did not even turn up !!

Vistaprint Ireland: couldn't complete my order as they didn't accept my address (ordered before and haven't moved house). They advised me to use the UK page for ordering. Completed my order without problem BUT it never arrived. It was ordered a 2nd time (for free). Also no sign of the order. Looking for a reliable service now.

Just spent 3 hours on creating wall calendar their website is absolutely useless go and use your time more efficiently elsewhere. Photos not uploading, when about done afyer hours of worthless trying the calendar did not get saved, absolute nightmare. Waste of time!!! Poor poor website!! Get your act right Vistaprint and dont waste peoples time if you cant get your website work.

Selling these masks as a symbol of freedom is very wrong and dangerous! They do not protect and are simply a money making exercise.

If you're ordering face masks don't bother. After waiting for a month they all of a sudden decided to cancel my order with no explanation, no offer of an alternative or anything, even though they are still selling the masks online, even the one I bought is still showing as available to buy. The auto response emails are vague and lacking info. Apparently refund has been issued, will believe it when I see it.

Ordered mask and paid for 10 days ago. Contacted today to find out when delivery would be to be told out of stock and another 5 days for refund - ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE I ASKED!!

I used Vistaprint a couple of years back. I had no real issues with them, one package was late but they rectified it immediately. Overall, I found the service was good and as a result, I returned to make a purchase almost three weeks ago. What an absolute nightmare it has been this time around. I placed an order for return address labels on the 20th of May. Everything went as normal and I received a confirmation email that they would arrive by the 27th of May. This date passed with no sign of my labels. I contacted Vistaprint and they apologised and reissued the labels from their end, claiming they would arrive by express post on the 2nd of June. AGAIN, this date passed with no sign of my labels. Throughout the entire ordeal, the excuses from Vistaprint were extremely inconsistent. I was told that the issue was due to technical issues with the website and then I was told that the issue was down to the shipping company, that they had lost both parcels. Most recently, the representative I dealt with Mohamed claimed that he could not reprocess the order from his end, even though he had already claimed to have done so for the second batch of labels to arrive on the 2nd of June. I was issued a full refund but encouraged to go back onto the website myself and make another order. I pointed two issues with this to Mohamed: firstly, I would not be out of pocket for a new order while waiting for my refund to be processed and secondly; why would he expect me to have a shred of faith in their website and systems after two failed attempts of the labels being sent to me? I then received A THIRD confirmation email out of nowhere from Vistaprint stating that my labels had been dispatched and would arrive on the 6th of June. A couple of hours after receiving this confirmation email, Mohamed contacted me to once again claim that he could not reprocess the order from his end and to again insist I make a new order! You could not make this stuff up!!! Whatever the issue is with Vistaprint's system, they need to get it sorted as a mater of urgency. I am removing all of my personal details from their website as a result, god knows what other automated disasters are happening within their company. They have lost me as customer because of this, it is the worst level of customer service I have experienced in some time.

Im with vistaprint for more than 5 years on website hosting, they made some changes and now my website simply disappeared from Google ranking, after work for 5 years on website, I have to start again working with the website to grow again. Don't buy theirs websites.

Placed an order on 14/5/17, when they arrived, one side was upside down. Called vista print who said they will send another order out, received the second order and they were still upside down. Rang vista print, said they will send a third order out. order arrived and it was only envelopes, rang vista print and they said they would send them out a fourth time. I gave up and went elsewhere. Joke company. Avoid!

Totally waste of time Totally waste of time. Customer service representatives do not listen to anything you have to say and just try and exert their authority upon you by talking down to you. They are very rude and are not able to comprehend customers requests. Managers are never available despite the fact you have been told by supervisors that there are more managers then workers. Representatives are argumentative and although you are told that the conversation is recorded, managers do not take any action against dealing with unruly behaviour or discussing issues with customers but instead they try and close your account. Head office details are never given despite repeated requests. If you do write to head office, your complaint is ignored.
