“Received a text saying item would be delivered between 1:54 and 4:54, waited in the whole 3 hours, but didnt arrive at all. Total waste of time. Dont use them.”

Great communication and when I got the delivery date and time and couldn't be at home, i contacted Dave at XDP who changed my delivery time straight away and replyed to my email instantly and politely. My delivery turned upon on time and I can honestly say i didn't have any problems with XDP. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My experience with XDP has been a positive one”

Well after reading all the bad reviews and being very nervous about my bed coming i was right it did not arrive i called them twice for them to say the driver is not answering his phone and all she could say was emm emm emm very unprofessional so im left with no bed no idea when it will be here and if it does get here what state it will be in wish the bed comapny had not choosen this company as iv been trying to get this bed from friday so disappointed”
“Jokers! Got a text to say it was being delivered today, I phoned them explaining I wasn't going to be in. The man was rude, had a tv blasting in the background, cut me off mid sentence by asking for my postcode, told me.. Yea they'll deliver it tomorrow... got home from work.. and they had delivered it to a complete random house on my street! I wouldn't even give it 1* to be honest.”
“On five separate days I have been given a 3 hour slot for the collection of a sofa I want to return. Each day the courier has failed to arrive at all and I have had no reply to emails or phone calls. The phone number is now 'not recognised' and their website is continually 'down'. The company from where I bought the sofa will not refund my money until the sofa has been returned and they don't seem to be able to contact XDP either. WHAT is going on?”

WORSE THAN 'VERY POOR' paid for a service of next day got the relevant (late) text messages and checked tracking info online - both stated delivery between 4pm and 7pm 8th march - and guess what... IM STILL WAITING (at 9.30pm) all offices are closed, their voicemail boxes are full (guessing with lots of unhappy customers), website is unavailable! so i have wasted a whole day and arranged for someone to drop off and collect my daughter from school and yet it was all a waste of time!! i am soo pee'd off to say the least - so reading through all these reviews (and from other sites) im assuming i wont be receiving my deliveries anytime soon -- so much for you 'NEXT DAY SERVICE'”
“Do not use, I have waited in for a delivery with a time slot of 11.37AM - 2.37PM, I emailed XDP at 3.00PM to say I was still waiting for the delivery a 3 hour window is plenty, I checked the tracking site and "CHECK ADDRESS" showed up then followed shortly after with Parcel at DEPOT???? I have sent 2 emails and NO REPLY as to what is going on. NOT HAPPY. I HAVE WASTED A DAY”
“After reading lots of the reviews I was getting very worried that my item of furniture wouldn't turn up ,but the courier sent a text message at about 10 o'clock in the morning saying it would be delivered that day between 11-25 to 2 -25 was getting slightly worried when it got to 2 -15 and thought the same was going to happen to me as lots of others and it not turn up but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived dead on the dot at 2-25 by a very pleasant young man ,after all the bad reviews I thought it only fair to give credit where it's due .thank you XDPEXPRESS”
“The most distressing and upsetting experience I have had.
Firstly I rang depot to reschedule the delivery date from 28th Jan, as invited by their text as I was at work that day. I was told that the driver would be notified and my parcel would be delivered the next day, Next day, no text, so I called to inquire. I was told the parcel was out for delivery and would be delivered within a given 3 hour time slot. I waited in all day, no parcel. I called later to be told the driver would be contacted, Nothing, I called the next day, Nothing, I e-mailed, no reply. The next day I received an e-mail with a copy of a signed POD and basically stated that was that!!
I called the depot to find out what was going on and every day for over a week, I was fobbed off with feeble excuses
Over a week later the driver appears and It transpired that he didn't receive a message not to deliver and had just gone ahead and left the valuable rug I had ordered, outside a block of flats in the street ( A completely different address) and had not obtained a signature at all!!
Two weeks later there is still no sign of the rug. Whoever took it in has not had the decency to pass it onto me or to contact XPD, who have left cards, to have the delivery recovered.
This company have been negligent and I feel some what dishonest in their conduct. I am disgusted with them and I hasten to add, the person who has kept the rug knowing that it doesn't belong to them.
I have been offered a refund by the shopping site whoare not to blame but this really doesn't make up for the distress and upset this has caused, I am utterly disappointed with the whole situation and feel completely let down by the whole thing.”
“According to the tracking details my delivery should have arrived AM on the 21st January. I waited in all day and it did not arrive. Phoned customer Service 9 times and left messages which were not returned. Emailed the depot 3 times no reply. I am completely in the dark and very stressed. Terrible company.”
“The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune to experience, and I've dealt with many.
They do not deliver when they say (this has happened to me 4 times with them now and counting), they never answer their calls (I have made over 35, over the past few weeks), they do not respond to messages left or emails (I have left several).
When my first order finally turned up it was battered and torn to pieces, leaving the item inside damaged. The driver just shrugged his shoulders and said that it wasn't his usual route.
I hope company's stop using these people as they are just terrible.”
“Very bad, I mean this kind of services shouldn't be allowed to get to the public. Waiting for a delivery over a week, every day in the morning i can see it on their website that its on the way to me, after few hours shows that my item is still in delivery depot, I've even took a day off work to stay at home and wait for my package, it didn't show up, after a phone call to their office I've been told that they have been in my place but no one opened the door, which is a big lie. I've lost a day waiting for them. They should disappear from the market. Hate companies like that...”

It would appear my items whereabouts is top secret, not even they know where it is!
I was emailed with a delivery slot on the 23rd December, I waited in for it, nobody turned up.
I figured there is probably a lot of traffic and deliveries etc as its christmas, so i wasn't too bothered, I thought perhaps it will arrive tomorrow, nothing showed up the next day either.
contacted XDP on the 29th December, who may as well have said they don't give a s**t, not even an apology, they said they didn't know what had happened and why it was not delivered but deliveries would commence on the 4th January and they would request my parcel is delivered that day............. nothing arrived.
Contacted XDP on the 6th January thanking them for the very (non existent) sincere apology I received from them and that my item still hadn't arrived........ they didn't bother to reply.
Contacted XDP on the 9th January, I even asked them to confirm that my item had not gone missing. I got a reply on the Monday stating I would receive my parcel on the 12th....... nothing showed up.
Its now the 13th January and the tracking showed it would be delivered today between 3:51 and 6:51............... it never showed!
I feel its very misleading giving XDP one star but unfortunately this is the minimum you're allowed rate.
Avoid this company, unless you want to be super organised and send your Christmas gifts 11 months early to ensure they get there on time.”
“Waited over a week for my delivery, the company that used XDP to send my item have told me my item was signed for, so the driver probably left it outside and made a signature themself , no card through my door or anything.
Surely they will go out of business soon if they carry on like this, cowboy express!”
“As noted by other reviewers, the time slots are pointless - I have waited in all afternoon twice now with no shows. The tracking system no longer seems to be tracking my parcel, and I have no idea what has happened to it or when/if it will ever be delivered. The company does not reply to emails, and their phone-line is a premium rate, meaning you would be charged 59p a minute to find out about your delivery or complain. Incredibly poor service.”
