They attempted a late delivery on week 5. And emailed me while I was plastering a house to tell me they were outside. Should have phoned. Haven't updated my reprinted home address label since 16th Dec. 7th Dec I asked for a refund. While on the review pages for the past 2 months. However I was wrong and for the last 5 days now potentially more there is no further information about when it will come or where it is.”

bought a bed from happy beds due to be delivered 20th-22nd dec ready for family staying at xmas. On 16th in the evening while out shopping and with no notification at all I get a call to say the driver is outside waiting to deliver my item. I rush back to get this as dont want to wait for a re-delivery only to find he only had part of the bed and has no idea where the 2nd part of my order is. His response "well it could still be sitting in the depot". I sign to say only 1 part recieved and the next day the tracking shows that both items have been delivered when they havnt. I contact happy beds who tell me it was re-scanned at the depot on 17th and will be with me on the 20th - well today is the 20th and again no notification and no idea if or when the rest of my bed will arrive or if this sham of a company have lost it - so waiting to hear back from happy beds to see if they can track it. If not here by 22nd I then have no choice but to cancel my family coming for christmas and thats my holidays are ruined
my advice read the other feedback before using and the AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - nothing but a cowboy outfit that should be shut down!!! Their phone line is also just a money making scam as is a premium number that puts you on hold for ages without answering so quickly gave up on that! Thanks for ruining my christmas XDP!!”

Failed deliveries, turned up yesterday with one of two parcels in consignment, good job I caught the driver as he was leaving someone else's parcel as my second! Promised other one would be here today, its not! Impossible to contact them and their app is useless!”
