“Kept updated and delivered within time slot. Parcel was very heavy and driver couldn't have been nicer I could never have lifted it myself and he helped me through doorway with it.”
“`Excellent chap delivered my large parcel on the second time of trying as we were out the first delivery attempt. He didn't just take it back to depot as it was a 55" television and was concerned it may get damaged loading and unloading etc. Amazing.....needs to have a pat on his back!”
“mixed feelings about this company .had a bad service in the past non delivery on day of comfirmation.had email saying driver claiming nobody in ..in fact there all day. phoned there contact number.recorded message saying office closed giving an alternative number .no answer delivery was made next day driver said the 1st delivery was not delivered due to van breaking down so 2 different excuses.now having purchased something online was annoyed to find retailer using this courier .suprised. to say at the least when my parcel turned up a little early of delivery window. driver was professional and polite.what can I say. hopefully this company may be getting their act together”
“The original supplier did not tell us when our package would arrive and as a consequence we were out when XDP called. Despite little help from the supplier, XDP Crawley made every effort to help us and as a result we were able to pick up the package at a time suitable to us. All of the staff were most helpful and cheerful.

“By the time I went to open my back door to give access to my garden; the man was leaving the boxes outside the door on my neighbour's property; when I ask to leave inside my property; he went to the van and his wife wants me to sign the delivery; I try to make they understand that is not my property, and I refuse to sing while the boxes are outside my property; they gone.”
