“Horrible experience. First it took more than a month to deliver my parcel, I couldn’t track it or know anything about it, there was no updates from them or on amazon whatsoever.
They sent me moments before delivering the packages and the worst part is they left big heavy packages leaning on my front door which were found later by my husband when he was coming home. If I have opened the door from the inside the packages would have fell on me and caused me serious damages ! Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen”
“Totally useless delivery company, the chat function is just there as a box ticking event to satisfy auditors, it doesn’t actually work,
Greenhouse should have been delivered yesterday but not loaded at warehouse, then told it would be delivered today….nope!
I will let you know if it arrives but will ask TJHughes to send again using a normal carrier like DHL UPD or Mickey Mouse’s push bike”

Ordered a mattress never turned up for over 2 weeks as they could not find it, ordered a new mattress - if I knew they would use this company again I wouldn’t have ordered! Said it would come on a certain day which it did not so wanted to cancel was assured it would not be delivered and they did and let my little brother accept it!! Tried to arrange a return so far FIVE times! Still no sign of them on all the days arranged - they have sent an email link to book for a pick up, the link sends you to a website that is not mobile friendly and only shows you half the screen - you cannot move the screen at all so therefore cannot book a return, never again.”
“The app is rubbish. It's all dark and the writing is dark as well which made me overlook my estimated delivery time (it was literally in very dark grey on black background) and move my delivery date by accident. The customer service doesn't exist, the courier phone number they give you with tracking code doesn't work at all, the other one you can find online is premium and nobody picks up - you can only leave a voice mail. The company promises its clients live chat that is nowhere to be found but I don't think it matters as other reviews say it doesn't work like other forms of contact. Terrible experience so far.”
“Had my goods since 23rd January. No updated on the App and no one ever seems to be available on the chat function.
i left a review on Trust pilot, they replied saying they were sorry for the delay and that my parcel would arrive the next day (1st Feb)...Absolute lies as they still haven't delivered and its the 6th Feb!! So disappointing that suppliers are using this courier. USELESS.”

“This would not allow me to put 0 stars otherwise I would. This is a terrible delivery service. Why any company would choose to use XDP is beyond me. They have apparently attempted to deliver my parcel 3 times. This was in fact once with no prior notification. The other times, according to the app, we were home and there is no evidence of an attempted delivery on our video doorbell. You can't call them, there is no option to leave notes of where to leave the parcel if not home. They have had my parcel for over a week now and it is something we needed asap. An email was sent to which we were informed could be up to 72 hours for a response. 4 days later, nothing. DO NOT USE XDP!”
“I had two deliveries the week by XPD neither time did the drive bother to knock or ring the door bell. The first package had some damage but the contents were okay. The second delivery contained sheets of glass which was left directly outside the front door where I could have tripped over it. Instructions had been given that someone would be in but may be slow to answer the door”
“Still waiting since they last updated me to state driver an hour away. That was at 3.45pm. I am old and cold and due to the reviews I am curtain twitching and still waiting. Time now is 18.44. Trust pilot do you actually do anything else other than ask us to rate by stars. Would be interesting to know...as all your site seems to do is ask us to rate. Basically we are reporting and your site profits from frustrated customers where nothing seems to happen. Do you write to these companies or the companies that do use them and ask them to take action immediately.”
“Absolutely useless is an understatement! Do NOTTTT buy from any company that use XDP! I ordered chest of drawers and they have made about 8 attempts to deliver it on dates and times I've stated no one will be home. I keep asking the company I purchased from to tell XDP to leave it in the porch or with a neighbour which they won't do for some reason?! Also out of the 8 times - FOUR times they have gone to the wrong address, all different addresses! I emailed them about three weeks ago and never heard anything back and they have no contact number. They are absolutely useless which is a shame as the drawers were lovely but lord knows I won't be ordering from that company again as they're for some reason using XDP! Terrible, awful, unprofessional and pointless delivery company. Absolute shambles.”

“WHY COME TO THE HOUSE AND NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR ! date of first delivery missed by them, Bed not put on the van. Second delivery, got the test to say on way. I was sat in the house, in silence waiting for the door to go. Next thing, we get an email with a photo of our door saying "sorry we missed you" . no phone call, they had our number as they text it to say on way!
The company we ordered our item off seem lovely, they are totally being let down by this bunch of mugs”

Order from Wickes waiting at depot since 3 days after designated delivery date. Unable to contact their customer service and no response to emails.”

Gave me a 2hr window slot and did not show. Gave another 2hr slot 2 days later and did not show again. The following g day they sent a message saying the driver could not find my address so they were returning the item then delivered it an hour later”
“Diabolical service, the worst I have ever encountered. My trees arrived at their depot on 8.December from Ornamental Trees Ltd. After much phoning by Ornamental trees, delivery was promised today. I was given a 2 hour time slot, I stayed in, there was no communication from them and certainly no trees. Don’t touch this service, in fact there is no service. Shocking.”

1st delivery missed... No notification of intended delivery, Says 'Sms and email sent' then card left... LIES! I had absolutely NOTHING!!
2nd 'attempted delivery' says card left and emailed... Again LIES!! I have cameras watching the whole property including the road, no body even attempted to come
Since then the website tracking won't update (still saying it's being delivered 2 days ago) the app is useless - doesn't work, I've emailed - no reply, live chat is always 'unavailable'
This company is without doubt the WORST out there (and that's saying something) clearly just another flyby night company that will just screw as much money out of everyone they can before liquidating then opening another under a different name...
PLEASE PLEASE avoid these cowboys! You WILL regret using them!!! I'm waiting for my parcel to be sent back then claiming a refund as clearly it'll never arrive”
