“I received a failed delivery notification for my couch – no knock on the door, no card through the letter box to notify me. Later, once the XDP app had updated, I found that the drivers had taken a photo of a door across the street as proof of an attempt; it was on the balcony of a completely different address, which is part of an active building site.”
“I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by DP. My parcel, which was supposed to arrive on the 7th of May, is still nowhere in sight. Despite numerous assurances from XDP's leaders and supervisors, each day brings nothing but false promises and excuses.
After enduring days of waiting and being told my parcel would arrive the following day, I received a call from a staff member at the shipping depot on Friday afternoon, claiming that they would make a weekend delivery exception. Yet, here I am on Sunday, still without my order.
The lack of accountability and failure to meet delivery deadlines is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using XDP for any shipping needs, as their incompetence and unreliability has led to nothing but frustration and inconvenience for me.”
“I would say 0 stars if I could! They said they left a 300£ bunk bed on my front garden 2 days early.... Oh but didn't take a photo🙄 took me 3 months to get a refund now a £400 garden sofa set is 3 days late and no one will help they keep saying wait in its out for delivery! Terrible service

This company is absolute rubbish and should just close its doors or be investigated as fraudulent. Will never again buy any item that has been sent with this company. “I wanted to give a minus but not allowed. Purchased a mattress off eBay and XDP was the courier. I contacted the business to enquire when it would be delivered as I had no tracking number. The business then put a tracking number on their message and told me it had been delivered two days previous. It was never delivered although XDP says it was. I have Ring video evidence proving not only that it wasn't delivered but also that no one came to my door. The driver must have stolen my mattress. Do not use them. PayPal is now on the case.”
“(XDP Fraudulent) as delivery driver sent me a message asking asking me to sign when I haven’t received my package here's the message received “Your delivery from XDP is next, please use the following link for contactless signature ✍🏾” I was glad I didn’t sign ✍🏾 it otherwise either my delivery 📦 would’ve been left in space or driver taken it and says I signed for it.
Turns out the delivery company and driver used by the Merchant I ordered from Amazon was rogue.
Driver rang and said am leaving your delivery on the ground floor or back in my van if you do not come and get it as I won’t be delivering to your doorstep.
If you’re paying for an item over £100 you should get the service. I’ve got better services for purchase far less than £10 all delivered to my doorstep so the question is why would a merchant be using a fraudulent delivery company called XDP?
They don’t even have a customer service line can you imagine?
This is the UK in this age we are still subscribing these kinds of delivery companies called XDP really?
Please if you’re out there and your delivery will be made by XDP, please please cancel and ask for a refund immediately otherwise you’ll be in the wind for eternity… unless you’ve got a blank cheque.
NB: Do not ever subscribe to any merchants using XDP for deliveries of your products you will thank me later.”

Because I wouldn't allow him to drive over my lawn. And remove my property. To make a delivery down a narrow and Private road.
Driver swore, and pushed me. Told me several times he had just come out of PRISON after being inside for 10 years.
THREATENED ME, that he knows where I live and will be back. And laughed that I don't know where he lives.
He proceeded to make remarks about mine and my sons accent.
I have reported the incident to the police, after being threatened and pushed. I'm worried for my safety and my property.”
“An awful company…I was sent a message at 9am in the morning to say my items would be delivered between 1.18 & 3.18 that day, I had to cancel my work as there was no number to contact them to rearrange a convenient day and no one came onto their online chat. I couldn’t track them as that didn’t work. I had no contact all day to say they where delayed, eventually at 17.50 I had a text to say I was next for delivery and at that point I could track them…they where 10 miles from my house then but for whatever reason they bypassed my address by 20 Miles and did what looked like 3 further deliveries and turned up at my house at 19.50, there was no apologies or explanation as to why they where up to 6 hours late…I could have gone to work after all but lost a days work, also an evening at the cinema which had also been booked. The company who I had ordered to item from don’t want to know as they say it’s not their problem, so my advice is if you are buying anything and you find out that is going to be delivered by XDP think twice”
“Unable to contact them to arrange or discuss delivery. Chat kept closing down as they were busy no one answered then said customer inactivity. No communication possible at any point. Today, no warning, apparently package was being delivered. They then delivered 3 large boxes up the road to a shop on a different road, even though they had the right one, I checked, & I've had to make 2 journeys to retrieve them on my own, one of which was really heavy. Absolutely shockingly bad service!!!!!”

“I would never use this company I purchased some furniture from B&Q and was given two day window for delivery using the tracking system I could see my goods sat at the delivery depot on both dates I was given. I had booked a carpenter to build it on arrival I had to rebook at an extra expenses to me.”
“Worst delivery company. If you are a company or individual wishing you use DONT. They were due to deliver on Wednesday 10th April. Tracked driver to other end of village & waited. Checked after an hour & see they are near Lincoln. Carried on tracking until they closed tracking status said still out for delivery even now. Not able to call them so sent email, response rude said returned to sender as I wasn't in. This is not true as fave ring bell & can prove this. Sent email after they sailed again to justify why not delivered asking for proof that they tried to deliver. Guess what they were ignorant enough to avoid answering questions & fobbed me of again with go back to supplier. I should not have to do that, they were responsible to parcel when in transit & had no right to return without getting back to me first.
If you like wasting 3 days & many hours of sending emails continue using these cowboys. I know this is time I will never get back”

Customer service is absolutely useless and no help whatsoever. Avoid this company like the plague. All the bad reviews make me wonder how they are still trading. Absolutely shocking company”
