Very very poor service from this company every buisness should stay well clear of xdp they should not be trading and should just leave it down to the experts out there, i will go to every length to report them to trading standards.

They delivered a bed which consisted of 3 parcels the first 2 came off no bother, 7 to 10 mins later the other parcel was brought out of the van covered in foot prints and torn.the driver apologised and blamed the polish who load the vans....they then left..5 minutes later there was a knock on the my neighbour informed me there van hit my gate post , I checked my cctv and confirmed this had happened.after watching the footage the driver reversed into my post dislodging it from its foundations he gets out checks the damage and then drives out of the culdesac parks up and comes back to pick up his rear light lens..he then drove off without knocking. .I contacted the company and I was put through to someone called Martin ..not interested. .finally after at least 2 weeks I spoke with him again..again not interested. I showed him the footage he tells me he can't see the van hit the post tells me he hit the letter box attached to the wall. .another witness so the incident and a police officer has viewed the footage and clearly sees the post move..he informed me the driver committed a crime by leaving the scene of an accident. .I was advised to take them to court but its to much hassle when you're dealing with a lying transport manager... I would strongly advise to stay well away. . If the tables were turned I'd hold my hands up

Order due to be delivered 19th June. Waited in all day. On Monday, contacted company with whom order placed who in turn contacted XDP. At the end of the day I was informed firstly that XDP had tried to deliver on Friday but there was no reply, then that there had "been an incident at the depot and all drivers had to return." Assured that XDP had my phone number and would definitely deliver on Tuesday. Waited in all day. At 4.30, still no delivery so again contacted company with whom order placed. They phoned back to say that XDP had just assured them that delivery would be between 5.06 and 7.06. I was not surprised when nothing arrived. On Wednesday, the company with whom the order was placed arranged for a replacement to be sent via a reliable courier and the order was received at 9.40 the next morning. They also recalled the original order from XDP. On Friday afternoon, XDP tried to deliver the original order and said that it was not their fault it had taken so long. The driver left, suitably chastised and with instructions as to where the original order should go. Unfortunately, it is the company with whom the order was originally placed that has been judged to be failing as they are judged by the overall performance. Companies beware - do not send goods with XDP. It is your reputation that is at stake.

Very slow have had two delivery date of this company,never turned up, phone numbers they give you go to mail box. Have had to get the company I bought items of to get involved would never want to use these ever again.

Ordered a bed from Worldstores Friday19th for delivery on Tue 23rd, on Wed XPD tracking showed it still at collection depot contacted worldstores got the reply XPD take 3 to 5 days to get a parcel to our local depot. This is the second late delivery from Worldstores. Will NOT be buying from them again or any other company that uses XPD for delivery.

So angry that I can't even explain the farcical fortnight we have had with these imbeciles. Just avoid. Avoid at all costs. Bad treatment of shipments, dreadful customer services, late deliveries, no apologies. Spend the money on a better courier.

Really bad communication, loads of 'track my parcel' flannel that means nothing. Nobody ever answers a phone, replies to emails or answer phone messages. 8 days to deliver a next day parcel which arrived too late for a family camping trip.....what the hell did I pay for. Absolute rubbish, would never ever recommend!

Oh dear! Having a day off for a parcel that didn't turn up seems the norm with this company. As I write the tracking info says its back out for delivery, and apparently they have emailed me! Really? I can't find any email from them. Like other customer reviews say there is poor communications - guess what - delivery just turned up!!! Not between 2.30 and 5.30 as shown on the tracking info but at 10.50. Are they working on GMT/BST or in another time zone, maybe that is why things are going wrong. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This delivery company is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with, with moving house I have ordered many things for delivery from various companies which have all been fine. This company delivered me the wrong product, I phone the guy two seconds after he leaves to pick it up as its wrong, he says he will check with the depot that it's okay to pick up and ring me back, he doesn't ring back, notwithstanding the fact that the delivery was timed at 6.45 pm at the latest and he turns up at 9.30pm! They don't communicate with you, call you out of common courtesy. The correct parcel was due for delivery on a Friday, nothing turns up and then suddenly on a Sunday afternoon they turn up with it, not email, phone call. Then I book another day off work for them to pick up the wrong parcel they delivered, it's now 8.00pm, no contact and I'm still waiting if someone will turn up. Absolute Cowboys! Very poor social/communication skills, never again

Broken promise after broken promise. Finally offered a Saturday deliver as compensation for failing to load the package onto their local delivery round. Quoted 'Route 50' which it stated would guarantee that it would come today (Saturday. Told that drivers on Saturday deliveries are normally back from their rounds by 2.30 pm so I would be certain to have it by then. No sign of any driver today. Avoid this company.

crap delivery company. you cannot talk to them on the phone. they dont reply to emails they dont deliver on time. they attempted to deliver after 7pm a parcel that that ETA 1pm-4.30 pm. 3 days in a row. avoid

Still having problems with XDP/World Stores after almost four weeks of waiting for an item to be collected for return.Numerous calls to World Stores who eventually advised me they would have a different courier company collect my package.Gave me a day and date for DX Couriers to collect item.Time not known.All day collection period.Waited as requested .No one attended.Contacted local DX Depot ,who were excellent.Reply 'No knowledge of request'.XDP then sent an e.mail providing three hour collection period.Waited.Did not attend.Contacted World Stores AGAIN who said someone !!!!! from company had cancelled DX and replaced courier with XDP.Staff contacted XDP and was informed driver had called.No one at home.It was a beautiful day yesterday and I sat outside of my home all day.'The invisible XDP driver????'World Stores state they will have DX collect parcel Friday.Another wasted day!!!!!!

Totally crap, left a bookcase in a neighbours hall , can you believe it, completely uncontactable. Their drivers know they cannot be contacted and just do what they want.

My bed should have arrived Tuesday. The slats were delivered and the driver told me that's all he had. After calling the Depo 4 times the lady checked out the back and said it was there. She told me it would be sent out 100% tomorrow (Thursday). Nothing was delivered on Thursday and when I called Friday morning they said it was still at the depo not even on a van. They said it would be delivered between 12-3. Still no delivery. Do not use them. It would be quicker to plant a tree in the garden, wait for it to grow, chop it down and make the bed yourself. I've been sleeping like a Shaolin monk the past week because of them. HORRENDOUS SERVICE.

Been waiting a month, 3rd time this parcel has been sent twice it was lost! Why the company I bought with continued to use same carrier I cant quite get my head round. Finally get an ETA and item out for delivery! Then it does not show. Cant contact anyone from XDP what a useless bunch of crap. No update on delivery today either, I suppose this one will be lost too. 5th of May I placed my bloody order... 4th of June today. Absolutely rubbish!

Ive just had a txt msg confirming estimated time of delivery for today & its from 11.55 - 2.55 they also left a tel no. For me to ring if this wasn't convenient so I tried to call it & the line went dead only then did I realise there's 12 digits so I dropped a digit at the end & tried again still line went dead. So I then went onto xpd website and tried thier tel no. On there it just wrang out! this is totally unprofessional.

Worst service ever! I had bought a bed from world stores, when they delivered it they were two hours late and brought me the wrong items (a double bed with a single mattress). Had arranged for them to pick up the items, however it has been three days since my scheduled 'pick up date' and I have yet to see them! I have called and emailed and have not been able to get in touch with anyone! I think this company and Worldstores are a scam! Will deliver you incorrect items, but will not pick them up so you can not receive a refund. Absolutely inexcusable and appalling
