“I have waited 7 days for my delivery, from XDP track and trace say for 2 days at collection depot then another 3 day at delivery depot still not delivered , no reply to my email and your phone number that you charge to use is a joke , Please do not use XDP avoid not communication”
“The worst company with who I need to contact. They should deliver my item from Amazon. After they are not made delivery tried to contact with them. Phone on the note what they left not working, finally I found the phone number I have to wait 45 min, someone, to answer /all the time I was 4th on the queue/. After all, this waiting someone just cut the call. Live chat is another headache - 30 min more, finally someone chats with me. After a chat, someone called me and promised that my item will be delivered the next day. Next day - nothing is happening. Found tel for the depot. A girl who sounds like ''just wake up'' explained to me that my item is still with the driver from yesterday. When I told that this story someone told me yesterday she check and update system - my item is in the deopt. No, until I writing this I waiting again on the phone from 30min and gues - I'm again 4th in the queue. If you VDP need to deliver something, just cancelled your order !!!”
“Informed by Aldi that collection would be on the following Tuesday. E-mailed by XPD that Wednesday would be the earliest. E-mailed again to inform that I would be given a 3 hour slot. E-mailed yet again to say that a 3 hour slot would not be given but I had to wait in all day. Despite staying in all day and waiting up until 11.00pm no-one turned up. 2nd. party courier turned up at random the following day and it was only luck that I had just arrived back home. A totally useless and inefficient company whose website doesn't even work.
To cap it all the parcel could be waiting in their depot for several days.”
“Utter garbage.
Was expecting a bed from Wayfair Yesterday between 3:30pm-5:30pm and it never arrived. Tracking update around 4am said "Service Fail".
At 8am this morning the tracking update said ETA would be Today between 9:30am-11:30am and it now nearly 4pm and still nothing.
Emailed them and got no reply and their so called 'Live Chat' on the bottom of their page is not even showing up.
I have a 13 year old without a bed since Friday and will be heading to IKEA for one if XDP are not here by 6pm latest.
We have a number of other items we were ordering from
Wayfair but not anymore, they have lost yet another customer because of XDP and their incompetence.
IF they actually made the effort to contact a customer regarding delays then maybe people would go easy on them. Many of us have other things to do do instead of waiting in for something that may or may not be delivered. I can certainly see why they have got so many negative reviews on here and other review sites.”
“Got an email and text to say my parcels were getting delivered between 8.12 10.12 on the 12th sept still not received them no update to say where they are trying getting a phone num to phone is an absolute joke been reading the reviews for this company and think it must be the worse one I have dealt with the phone num they give u to phone doesn’t exist I will be working all wk/end and by Monday I will be getting in touch with the supplier I bought my goods from to get a refund”
“Cant believe the service we have recieved from XDP we were meant to recieve our parcel more than a week ago, we keep getting told days when the parcel will come but it has still not shown we must have been given about 5 different days now when it was meant to come yet still hasnt, been told 3 times that this has been passed onto regional manager and keep getting told someone will be in contact but no one has, sent 2 emails with no response. SHOCKING SERVICE! looking like we may have to pick the parcel up from the depot ourselves as they are finding it so difficult to deliver.”
“Appalling service, no communication until yesterday where apparently they attempted delivery and put numerous cards through the door. Which is not true as there has not been one single card through our door. Called customer service 30 times, charged per minute for call, on hold for 15 minutes and then call disconnected every time. Eventually got through to someone who told me they could not help and got giving a phone number for depot. Called depot on every single one of my breaks at work kept on hold for duration of my break with no answer. Shocking service!!!!!!”
“The most awful company ever. 5 days off work waiting for a delivery. Still no sign. Have lost hours of my life trying to get through only to get palmed off with the stock excuses everyone else has given. Simply awful awful awful. I have no idea why this company is still in business...”
“D I S G R A C E!! AVOID at all costs! Been waiting 2 weeks on my new bed from wowcher. Emailed to say be here Saturday they updated tracking to say it would be delivered Friday. It’s now Monday and still nothing. They emailed to say it would be she today with out fail. Joke of a company! It should be shut down. I leave for holiday in 2 days and needed this bed before then! I will never deal with this delivery crowd again. Absolute bunch of idiots”
“I was expecting a delivery today and received a text and email to say the delivery would be between 8.08PM to 10.08PM. It's now 11.07PM and I've not heard a peep from the drivers. The least they could have done is to send a message that they are not delivering the bed. It's past 11PM, I've been in all afternoon and evening and clearly the driver's couldn't be bothered with their 'last' drop-off. I'm fuming !! I've tried calling and emailing the office. The answerphone is one and the email is 'undeliverable' to the address stated on their website”
“Received text thursday night claiming 2 items were on there way. It is now Saturday, received 1 item which the extremely rude driver refused to take up the stairs (it was a mattress). The other item did not arrive. The tracking numbers show that the item that was delivered is still stuck in the collection depot. The item which did not arrive is till out for delivery. Terrible company with unhelpful staff - as stated the driver left the mattress at the bottom of the stairs, I am a small person who currently has a knee injury so taking it up the stairs is impossible. Every other delivery company takes the items to your door, as they should. AVOID!!!”
“If I could give minus stars I would! I ordered with a seller on amazon who has sent my parcel with this company. The tracking information says it was delivered yesterday but there is no parcel and no delivery note and I have received nothing in the way of correspondence. They are impossible to contact, live chat doesn't work, email address pings back the emails. I waited for ages on the phone for no one to pick up. I have no idea where my parcel is or if it will ever arrive! AVOID!”

“This is the worst delivery company I have ever in my life dealt with!! I was given a guide of between 9am and 12pm I am sat here at 4pm with no delivery, if you call them you get charged and if you chat to someone online they havent got a clue what the hell is going on. The manager has just emailed me telling me it will be delivered between 9.50pm and 11.50pm this is outrageous!!!”
“This company are beyond useless and deserve a minus score. I was not provided with a delivery date and was therefore out when they first attempted delivery. The message I was sent advising of a missed delivery showed the wrong delivery day. Their website does not enable you to re-schedule. I emailed by depot as stated on their website and got no response. I called their number as stated on their website and sat in a never ending queue, never getting through or being cut off. I web chatted after being 22 in line and was told they had tried to make contact but my phone was off which was not the case and that I could not reschedule by web chat - I would need to wait for them to call me. No call came. I web chatted again this time 14th in line and was eventually told I could reschedule this way - I requested delivery for two days later when I would be off work only to find they had delivered that day probably whilst I was on web chat and left the item leaning up against my property. In all I probably spent 90 mins of my time chasing this company up to try to reschedule. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“Disgraceful Service. I have no words. Delivery guy has only 2 minutes to deliver and companyDOESN'T deliver to flat door. I was advised to hire somebody. Now, I am single, not that young anymore to carry "this" stuff and it was ordered from wayfair . It should be in the delivery contract that deliveries will be just "dumped" . I refused to sign till its at my door. AVOID !
P.S. And the excuse " If we enter a building and were to scratch a wall or damage a carpet, or even bring in mud we could be liable for the damage" ...is rubbish. I get every day deliveries from companies all over the country and I never had this in 50 years.”
“Shocking!! Never even attempted to deliver yet say they did. Can't get through on the phone and then when I did they hung up on me before speaking. They've rearranged delivery for today according to their tracking, yet I feel it's going to be the same and they're going to say they attempted delivery when they haven't. Emailed the depot - no answer, emailed the email given on the phones waiting message and it bounced back - email invalid! Shambles”
“Absolutely useless. No delivery. Tried to contact the customer service and I gave up after almost two and a half hours of waiting. Started as 25th in the queue and after an hour was 1 and it stayed like that for over an hour!!!!! Avoid”
“There is no way of contacting this organisation for customer service over the phone, and they will not respond to emails. They will not schedule delivery times. The track and trace service will schedule a 3 or 4 hour timeslot for delivery on the delivery day with very little warning. The drivers are rude. Worst shipping experience i've ever had.”
