“Worst service ever!!! I had a parcel delivered was meant to be two boxes I only received one of those it wasn’t even delivered to my door but left at my close to find out one box was reported missing and the box I did receive was damaged to then almost 2 weeks letter having my second parcel delivered the courier did the same just left it at my close with a text saying it was there. I think if this service is being used then they should definitely deliver it to the door and not just left where anyone can take it.”
“Theives my order of a grey velour shell chair from Aldi was lost apparently at XPD reading othet reviews it beggars belief why Aldi use this delivery company as lots of items miraculously disappear when reaching the XPD warehouse. ..ought to be renamed Xpect ..dont..Pilfering Delivery Company”

“Didn't receive in time slot but order was delivered the following morning. Apparently the original van broke down. Driver was apologetic but said she worked from Stockbridge Depot where they prided themselves on being efficient. She admitted that other depots leave a lot to be desired.”

0 star! Worse company to have ever existed in the history of courier companies. This is a ghost company. You cant contact their customer service, and if you ring their number you get charge 7p! Per minute. And no one answers so thats another way for them to get money.
My item has been on their delivery depot for 4 weeks and not being shipped.
Got a message from the seller that XDP lost my parcel! How the F*** can you lose a 200kg crate!
Its been more than a month now and still waiting. Do not use this company and avoid at all cost!”
“Straight from the off the service was absolutely shocking. There is no clear way to contact XPD, they charge a premium rate to try and phone them (to which they don’t answer, conveniently) and their live chat/email is clearly just not monitored. The app is designed extremely poorly and the company overall seems absolutely abysmal. Save yourself the money and do not use this poorly run company. We purchased a bed through groupon and they use XPD for the delivery, to say I wish we hadn’t bought the bed in the first place could not be more of an understatement. We are still missing the second part of the delivery which has a majority of the parts and I assume the instructions... the parts we have received are damaged. I urge anyone reading to steer well clear of XPD and to use literally any other delivery company.”
“Two online messed up. Both items XDP sent emails giving time slot for delivery, both times it never turned up, or the next day or the easy after that. Both eventually had message saying failure but both items are still nowhere to be found (one last updated 1 week ago the other 2 weeks ago!). Customer services from aldi told me three times they chased the courier but they had to give them 2 or 3 days to reply and they would ring me back. XDP don’t answer at all. The was no notes or history kept with my order so it was going back to the beginning every time. Because items not returned to their warehouse I can’t even get a refund from ALDI. Both items are some of the harder to come by special buys from ALDI.... I see from other comments on social media and trust pilot that others are experiencing the same with the hard to come by items such as egg chair and BBQs. Where do these items end up I wonder? Are they actually real and how many actually are available? Are they say in the gardens of ALDI and/or XDP employees or their friends? ALDI not refunding so my money sat in their bank account earning interest and not in mine. Both times I stupidly bought other lower ticket items and I wonder if others do the same as me. Birthday ruined as presents never arrived. AVOID XDP and ALDI!”

“Twice this week I have been waiting in for a delivery only to be told both times that I was not in and the delivery has been "carded". The first time they arrived I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I had stepped into the garden for a few minutes (although the delivery was the morning after the scheduled time and I had no warning), although no card had been left. After complaining to Wayfair a new slot was arranged today, I am waiting in for a new kitchen worktop to be delivered as well so not a problem I thought. Then I get another message to say that delivery has been attempted and I am carded again, even though the electronic gates are left open and I am waiting inside the house! So this time I checked my CCTV at the time they say I was carded and there is no record of them being here. An extremely unsatisfactory experience, I have deliveries to my home all the time and this has never happened before. And my kitchen worktop has in the meantime been delivered without any problems. A very dissatisfied customer.”
“Awful company AVOID!!! XDP never collected my item when I arranged a collection from them. It’s been over a month now and they still not been to collected it. So I checked the tracking reference and to my surprise XDP said they left a card and have been to my address on the day of collections LIES!!! I was in all day and even the whole week due to covid. This company should cease trading they are AWFUL!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could, absolutely unprofessional company.”
“Awful- due to deliver an item last Thursday it’s now Monday and still waiting - attempting to contact them is near impossible - after emailing every email on their website I had a call on the Friday evening to advise that they were sorry but my item was missed and not put on the van for delivery but will be delivered on the Saturday!! Still waiting - tried to email and they advised it has been delivered - it has not and I’ve not left the house and no delivery / contact has been made!! Terrible service!! Still waiting..........”

“After reading the negative reviews I was really worried about my delivery. But I had a great experience with XDP. I received an email and a message several hours before the item arrived, so I didn’t have to cancel my work on the day. The item arrived on time and when the courier took a picture I asked him to put it inside the flat ( it was a bath screen from Amazon) as it was very heavy for me to carry it on the stairs. He kindly did and I’m very impressed with the company.”
“Checked my tracking number yesterday to see my parcel was apparently out for delivery and was given a 2hr morning time slot, waited around all day like a mug to see my parcel had been checked back in at my local depot. Checked my tracking number again today to see it's been "carded" as nobody was in to sign for the delivery. What a load of sh*t, nobody even turned up all day. I have the option to rebook but not for another 2 days so let's see if it turns up. I will 100% not buy from a company using these clowns ever again. Emailed and yet to get a reply.”
“My order arrived at the depot on the Saturday of the Easter weekend and was delivered on the Friday of the next week. The driver text me with delivery times the night before and everything was delivered on time and in a great order. Very pleased after reading such poor reviews.”
