“I'm only giving them a 1 because I couldn't give a zero. They attempted to deliver an order FOUR times but EVERY TIME THEY DAMAGED IT! Seriously, Wayfair, the company I ordered from gave up and cancelled the order in the end because their losses were just ridiculous and they're apparently tied into a contract with them.
Beyond the fact they destroyed 4 orders - they didn't actually bother telling anyone - so each of the 4 times, the only way either myself or Wayfair knew it was damaged was because it never arrived.
Also, the owner, Sean is a complete moron and shouldn't be allowed to talk to the public - I feel sorry for his staff (and wife!).”
“Worst company ever, they tried to deliver bed on Tuesday, we wasn't in so left a card,I rang Tuesday night and said deliver Thursday, came home Wednesday a card through the door, rang Thursday to see if it was still coming as my wife taken the a holiday day ,they said between 09.30 and 11.20, at 12.30 still no bed so I rang the company who said she would contact the driver, an hour later no response so I rang again, they said they couldn't get in touch with the driver, at 14.45 they rang to say that the driver had had a flat tyre and that his phone had ran out of battery but he would arrive between 15.00 and 16.30, but no one turned up. I rang the head office the Friday morning to say what had gone on, they promised the bed would arrive aroun 5 pm, so I left work early to get home, you guessed it no one turned up , Its now Saturday and still no bed, haven't got a clue if I will ever get it. !!”
“This company is a absolute joke. No organisation or communication. Waited for delivery for over 2 weeks when It was meant to be 2 days. When i tried to find out where it was they didnt even know. Time slots aren't correct when they send you a text. I recived 2 different texts on the same day with different times. they say they tried to deliver but know one was in when I've had to cancelled work several times to be there. Would never trust this company absolute shamble. Should be closed down.”

“Still haven't had the delivery that my son was told was 30 minutes away 5 hours ago. On a later call he was told they couldn't get hold of the driver and on the next one asked if a note had been put through the door (IT HADN'T). They then arranged a redelivery for 6 days time which I wanted to challenge but website says they are now closed and company the item was ordered from haven't been able to get hold of them either (or come back to me for that matter). Absolutely appalling non-service by a so-called logistics company!!!!!”
“My delivery of a mattress was supposed to take place between 2.14pm and 5.14pm today, I never left my house, so when it got to 5pm I rang to find out what was happening and was told the driver said no one was in, and that he had tried to phone the contact number for me and could get no reply, all of which was a complete nonsense. I'm told the delivery will take place tomorrow now, but I'm not confident it will.”
“Asked for a two man delivery, I was able to track the delivery on their web site. I had a phone call from the local depot Wednesday saying the delivery would be made Friday morning.
Checked web site Friday morning and my delivery slot was 10:15 to 13:15, the delivery was made at 12:45. So inspite of other negative reviews my delivery was spot on.”
“Ordered the item ( my husbands birthday present) on the 01/02. The supplier said, I will have my items on 5 max 7 days time.
They were aware how important is for me to arrive before the 11th.
Supplier made the item ready next day and informed xdp.
I checked the tracking link every day and started to be worried on the 5th as xdp still didn't collect the ordered item.
Called the supplier, called xdp, the supplier called xdp as well. They all said, I don't need to be worried, I will have the ordered item on time!
Next day still nothing... I e mailed xdp... Got e mail back with promise that i will receive a call within few hours to confirm my delivery which will be most late on the 10th.
No call, nothing. An other call, an other promise... E mailed them, no answer.
Called hem yesterday. The lady apologised for the lack of the communication but she said she spoken to the local depot and I will have my delivery on the 10th (which is today... Tomorrow is his birthday).
This morning I received a text (!!!) that I will have my item on the 15th!!!!!!!
The guy was only a delivery driver so he couldn't help, but I called xdp again and they said: sorry we can't do earlier!!!!!!!!
I rented a van and a man today, paid a lot of money and went with him to collect the item from the depot!!!!!!!
I lost all my day from the work, paid a lot of money and I had lots of stress because of this!

“If there was an option for minus score they would score highly. I purchased a bed from this company - bedstore, on 12/01/2017 unfortunately I purchased the wrong size and didn't realise until it had been delivered. I phoned the company to explain the situation and they said not a problem we will arrange collection of the product however it would be a £45 charge. I wanted to exchange the bed for the correct size however they didn't have the correct size and weren't willing to exchange when the size I wanted came back into stock as the bed needs to be returned within 7 days. I arranged for collection of the bed on my next day off which was 26/01/17 however the day before collection was due 25/01/2017 I had email to say the bed would be collected on that day. My partner had to miss a day's work to stay in to wait for collection, however they did not collect. My partner phoned the bedstore and spoke with a gentlemen called karl who told us we should of ignored the email and the bed would be collected on the 26/01. Again we stayed in all day and the bed was not collected. As you can imagine I was quiet annoyed at this point as I wasted my day off. We phoned and spoke with the bed store and was promised it would be collected on my partners next day off which was 01/02/2017, again he waited in all day and no bed was collected. This time he phoned the courier company (XPD Ltd) and again the bedstore, again they promised the bed would be collected on our next day off which is today 08/02/17, we received an email this morning informing us the bed would be collected between 8:17 am to 11:17 am. My partner has spoken with the courier service this morning as we wanted confirmation of the bed being collected they are unable to give us an eta at this point and to be quiet frank I don't have any faith this bed will be collected. Since 25/01 I have received an email every day detailing the bed will be collected that day which is now 24 emails in total in my inbox (as they have been sending two a day) and this bed is still waiting for collection. I am utterly disgusted by the service I have received. I have work in retail management for over 8 years and not once have I seen such bad service.”
“After two calls from the courier my delivery was left in the next street, the courier informed the boy in the house that they couldn't find my house. WHY couldn't they have rung me? I had waited in all morning. They passed my house to leave it elsewhere. I wonder if the long path put them off! I will not be placing an order to be delivered by this company again.”

“this is the most awful,dreadful company ever.My "next day" (hahahaahahaha) delivery finally arrived ten days late and four days after it had been cancelled.In the meantime I was told that it was coming on three separate occasions and to wait in accordingly.When it did arrive it was dumped outside my house without the required signature.The original seals and paperwork appeared to have been removed and replaced/repaired with other packaging.At no time was I offered any updates/information on the non-events I was waiting in for.Sadly my experience is quite common and I will seek to ensure that I dont buy stuff "delivered" by Xdp in the future.It really upset me that this company has such a negative approach to the truth and no respect whatsoever for the people they tread on.Go elsewhere!”
“I can't think of a worse company that I've encountered in 20 years. XPD are a shambles who couldn't deliver a letter from one side of a road to another. They lie and mislead and couldn'tt give less of a shit about their appalling service or the misery they will cause you. They claim that their drivers have been, when they haven't, they claim that they have emailed & carded you when they haven't, they take your mobile numbers to call you, but then don't, they claim that their own phones lines are down when they aren't. Avoid XPD like the plague.”
“Shocking service. Not used direct but courier for Noa and Noni Beds (also known as Jadebay). Delivered to wrong house, on wrong street, different name/address/postcode nearly half a mile away. Then had the nerve to say it had been delivered and signed for. It turned out it had been dumped on someone’s doorstep (who were not in at time) and a falsified a signature of mine in doing so. Courier accused us of stealing and pretending not to have received goods. Eventually found the bed through pure pure coincidence through friend of a friend of a neighbour. Still no apology or compensation and driver was very threatening to the old lady in which it was originally delivered. DO NOT USE. Nearly 8 weeks on and still nothing which demonstrates what views on customer service and commitment to safe and accurate delivery.”
