“Driving along minding my own business near Occold in Suffolk at 11:49 on 18th June 2020 within the speed limit when an XDP delivery van behind me (Registration number BF69 FXE) flashes its lights and sounds its horn - then overtakes me on a bend - would have been a head on collision if there was anything coming. I caught up with the vehicle after a couple of miles anyway so pointless to overtake me. Tried to report to the company but you can't get hold of them! If I had dash Cam I would report to the Police - doesn't look like anybody has anything good to say about them - best avoid at all cost I think.”
“Awful experience, 17 days later still no sign of goods, no point of contact, no sign of delivery.
They lie about delivery attempts only to find the item is back at the depot 4 mins after delivery was attempted. More like can't be bothered to deliver. Aldi need to sort this out but emailed both parties 7 days ago and still no response.”
“XDP have had my order from Aldi since the 4th of June , it is now the 17th of June . You cannot contact them , they send out false delivery times , and have the worst tracking system I've ever encountered.
I'll check in future who is delivering my online goods , as this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with ,why are Aldi dealing with them ??”
“If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Non existent customer service. Don't reply to emails. Premium rate phone number, if you can get through. Left my parcel with my neighbour supposedly, even though I was in all day and can see their front door. No card left for said delivery. No photo taken of where parcel was left.
Their tracking app is useless.

Absolutely the worst courier in UK and should be ahut forever!
I paid extra to the shop for delivering ext working day and they confirmed that the parcel was successfully picked up the same day and left with them.
They super HORRIBLE website still show’s as never collected!!
If you call the it cost 7p per minute and they will never answer!!! They just steal your money.
They also never reply to the emails.
(What’s the point on the automated email saying 3to5 days to reply? Is this a joke?
Now im sitting here waiting for a parcel that will probably arrive late and damaged as they are a bad courier company.

“XDP have got to be the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. If XDP have a company motto, they should change it to: “better never than late”. We waited 2 months for a parcel to turn up and when it did it looked like it had been mauled by a pack of wild dogs... We then found that the item we had ordered was damaged (not surprisingly) and arranged for XDP to collect it. On the day of the collection we received a text to say what time we can expect XDPs finest to turn up, alas the time slot went with not as much as a phone call or text to explain the no-show. Looking at the reviews, we are not the only people to have had experienced the XDP Horror show. The same parcel that was due to be collected days ago will unfortunately be sent to the tip this weekend. The only thing worth chucking in a skip in this whole situation is XDP.”
“Order sat in their warehouse for 6 days. They also will not speak to anyone who’s expecting delivery only the sender so you can’t chase them on the order. The worst logistics company I have ever come across.”
“I sat online for two hours to get an Aldi egg chair managed to get one paid everything gone through Aldi sent me a despatch email 5 th June nothing has arrived as of 14 th June so rang another two hour Waite to be told XDP have either sent it to wrong address , or was smashed or LOST this item was a present for my daughter who’s had a conservatory built and the said item was a gift to go in it ,someone must have or know where this item is as I have an order number and a consignment number the guy at Aldi was half asleep sorry it’s lost what a joke £160 item no one knows anything”
“Trying to return 2 items to Aldi via this firm. They let me down TWICE in one week, saying there was 'no-one in' - absolute lies. 1) We are under total isolation, so in 24/7 2) There is a glass porch with signs on to leave items in porch. There is no way to contact them, only a 25p perminute phone line. I think Aldi (and anyone else) should drop this rubbish carrier and use a reputable one that cares about customers.”

Cannot give a zero, shame because that is the level of service I received. All they had to do was collect a parcel for return to Aldi. Aldi arranged it and all was going well and I received a reminder from XDP the day before the arranged collection date saying XDP would contact me with a three hour window on the day of collection.
That was the last I heard from them, they did not turn up (three people were at home all day) and repeated emails over the next two days have been ignored. The website says I missed my collection date and a new date cannot be arranged.

“What and absolute joke of a delivery company, i moved house a week before lockdown and have had a lot delivered, every other company bar xdp has been fine, whenever xdp are involved you can guarantee theres going to be problems, currently waiting on blinds which they apparently attempted on the 8th, and again today, i was in on the 8th but not today and the tracking number doesnt even work to redirect it, customer service is non existent And hear nothing back. How retailers are using this company is beyond me, shambles.”

The parcel was meant to arrive last week. Received a text this morning saying it was on its way saying it will be with me by 11.50. and I'm still waiting... When you try and call their automated service tells you to contact the seller... And that's all they can say is the order is with dxp.... Wow....just wow.... Any update...don't be silly.”
