Terrible company supposed to have a delivery today nothing . I also had a delivery from them back in April package damaged needless to say couldn't use so sent back after a lot of trouble with company had to fight for a pick up and a refund don't use them

XDP was supposed to collect an item from me today they should have e-mailed with a time slot this morning and nothing. This is the second time that they have failed to collect this item they should have come on 12th June. I’ve been so stressed since 27th March trying to send this item back and when XDP got in touch first time I thought great a light at the end of a tunnel but as I said they didn’t turn up. So I knew second time I would probably be let down again.

This company is a joke, they stated a specific time that they would deliver. Great I thought, but it was a no show and no one will answer any phones or reply to emails. I then received an email Saying they attempted delivery and left a card, a blatant lie. I have now cancelled my order from the consigner as they have obviously made a bad decision to use this company. The only way companies like this will be held to account is with customers voting with their feet, I would advice to check with the consigner who they use and not order if it’s XPD.

Worst delivery/collection service I had a seller use for my purchases. Took so long to collect a return that the seller has arranged. Now over a week since they collected and still not returned to seller. eBay now tells me I took too long to return that I am not entitled to a refund. Fuming is an under statement as the seller sent out wrong size and seller also arranged collection and return with this courier. You can't even contact XPD via telephone and they do not reply to emails. Attached is a screenshot taken at 01:52 on Saturday June 27.... Useless but shows how long I have been waiting for return to be collected and returned!!

Absolutely terrible company they haven’t trained there drivers or to tell them don’t leave the heavy box outside without waiting to open the door they are useless

This is the worst delivery company ever i was waiting on a delivery the driver did not chap the door to le me know he was there with my delivery he called my mobile and his language left little to be desired i dont know where this delivery company hire their staff from the driver took my item away and said very abruptly i will be back to deliver it tomorrow needless to say he did not re deliver today

Furniture ( a 5 piece conservatory set) took 6 weeks to arrive - first 2 tables, then a week later the sofa and one chair. The labels on the chair packaging had been cut off, and the chair leg was broken. The second chair has yet to arrive - XDP are looking for it! The supplier has been very helpful, but I have told them I won`t be buying anything else from them unless they change their appalling delivery company.

Sorry I have to give one star, none would be better. I suggest this company do kids parties, because they clearly can't run a delivery company. Given slots with no delivery, claimed delivery but had no slot to warn me (and I was in). One so called attempted delivery was over 2 hours before my slot (and you guessed it, I was in). I dreaded seeing the word "carded" on their delivery app, which I can only assume means the driver had left a card. No cards were ever left. Contacted 3 times and got a great response each time... only joking, not a single response. I'll leave the jokes to these guys from now on. They are clowns after all. Before you think COVID is an excuse, the item I ordered came in 4 packages, 3 of which were delivered by 3 different companies with not a single issue.

Worse company ever!! I purchased 2 parasols from Aldi’s and received an email and text regarding delivery of these 2 items. The driver arrived around 10.30am on 11th June and only delivered 1 parcel. The driver explained that you only have one parcel and the other parcel will be delivered on 12th June. The driver was aware that I was expecting 2 items. I tracked the item and he recorded 2 parasols delivered and 8.55am on the 11th. I never received the other parasol, probably in the drivers garden!!! 0 RATING Aldi’s should find another courier!!!

Worst Company ever, lie about delivery attempts, ignore emails, website just takes you round in circles, have re arranged delivery of my parcel 4 times still no luck, turn up apparently when we are closed and the seller who used them is just as bad with no response, wish I hadn't bothered ordering now

This company sent me an email saying my parcel would be delivered yesterday in a time slot. The parcel did not arrive. It looks as though it is not going to arrive today. They indicate I will receive a response to my email in 5 days. Terrible company.

AVOID any firms that use this company. Lied about delivery, they just didn’t turn up, no answer to emails. The worst company I have ever encountered. Website is a joke. Micky mouse firm.

Worst delivery service I have ever come across. You cannot get hold of them. Don't turn up when say. Turn up when they like when no one is in with a parcel (that had been cancelled and marked return to sender by Aldi) that looks like it been used as a goal post. Make arrangements to collect after order was cancelled and do not turn up again after waiting in. Avoid like the plague

Driving along minding my own business near Occold in Suffolk at 11:49 on 18th June 2020 within the speed limit when an XDP delivery van behind me (Registration number BF69 FXE) flashes its lights and sounds its horn - then overtakes me on a bend - would have been a head on collision if there was anything coming. I caught up with the vehicle after a couple of miles anyway so pointless to overtake me. Tried to report to the company but you can't get hold of them! If I had dash Cam I would report to the Police - doesn't look like anybody has anything good to say about them - best avoid at all cost I think.

Awful experience, 17 days later still no sign of goods, no point of contact, no sign of delivery. They lie about delivery attempts only to find the item is back at the depot 4 mins after delivery was attempted. More like can't be bothered to deliver. Aldi need to sort this out but emailed both parties 7 days ago and still no response.

XDP have had my order from Aldi since the 4th of June , it is now the 17th of June . You cannot contact them , they send out false delivery times , and have the worst tracking system I've ever encountered. I'll check in future who is delivering my online goods , as this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with ,why are Aldi dealing with them ??

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Non existent customer service. Don't reply to emails. Premium rate phone number, if you can get through. Left my parcel with my neighbour supposedly, even though I was in all day and can see their front door. No card left for said delivery. No photo taken of where parcel was left. Their tracking app is useless. Company should be shut down in my opinion 🤬

This company should be CLOSED! Absolutely the worst courier in UK and should be ahut forever! I paid extra to the shop for delivering ext working day and they confirmed that the parcel was successfully picked up the same day and left with them. They super HORRIBLE website still show’s as never collected!! If you call the it cost 7p per minute and they will never answer!!! They just steal your money. They also never reply to the emails. (What’s the point on the automated email saying 3to5 days to reply? Is this a joke? Now im sitting here waiting for a parcel that will probably arrive late and damaged as they are a bad courier company. I will update my review once they will respond or deliver the actual parcel.

XDP have got to be the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. If XDP have a company motto, they should change it to: “better never than late”. We waited 2 months for a parcel to turn up and when it did it looked like it had been mauled by a pack of wild dogs... We then found that the item we had ordered was damaged (not surprisingly) and arranged for XDP to collect it. On the day of the collection we received a text to say what time we can expect XDPs finest to turn up, alas the time slot went with not as much as a phone call or text to explain the no-show. Looking at the reviews, we are not the only people to have had experienced the XDP Horror show. The same parcel that was due to be collected days ago will unfortunately be sent to the tip this weekend. The only thing worth chucking in a skip in this whole situation is XDP.
