Delivery not received and now I have received a email saying item returned to sender. Poor shoddy service, Have decided to report XDP to ombudsman so they can deal with you

I had a notification that my delivery would arrive on Monday. It didnt. I called on Tuesday and was told it would arrive on Wednesday. I explained I would be at work and gave a neighbours address and name. I got home to find they hadnt gone to the neighbour and just put a sorry we missed you card through the door. I tried calling for 24 hours and constantly got an ansamachine. After finally getting through I had no information than we will deliver tomorrow. Interesting that following my contact with these people today they are attempting some damage control by responding to some of the bad reviews which they have previously ignored. These were not their yesterday and were all put there approx 4 hours ago. I did eventually manage to get through to someone but they were extremely rude and unhelpful and then refused to send me the items as 'I had threatened the driver' which is untrue (i never met the driver. I never got my goods) so I have asked for my call records to prove this as this person has also told the supplier I said this so I have had to take legal advice about this defamation. I was then told they would not supply me with the record of my call as I was not the Customer and that I had to request this from the person I bought the items from. I then had a call from someone who claimed to be the Customer Services Manager who was incredibly rude and sarcastic and if she is that person she really needs some serious retraining as her tone was very unpleasant. After reading the hundreds of dreadful experiences I have read today there seems to be alot of people who have had a similar experience. And the worst part is the items were a Christmas present so back to the drawing board on that front.

Delivery split into two consignments, not delivered on time. Very rude customer service informed me they are 'dealing with 30 000 parcels and not all of them can be delivered on time'. Also, hung up on me during the phonecall. Appreciate mistakes happen, but there was no resolution offered and the person on the phone was simply rude.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review in my life but this company is an absolute disgrace. Two parcels went out from Blind company for next day delivery on the 11th December. Plenty of time to be fitted for Xmas. On tracking the order, these packages have been scheduled for delivery and returned to depot 6 times. I’ve emailed 6 times and phoned 3 times, twice holding for 45 minutes. The last straw was holding again tonight for over an hour and this time I got through only to have s girl at the other end of the phone saying she couldn’t hear me before hanging up! Only left one star rating to allow review to be submitted, definitely a zero

This company is the worst company a have ever delt with that told my wife are parcel would be delivered on the 13th of December then the 14th then the 15th then the 18th and then on the 18th it come out that my child's quad (the parcel) had been lost luckily the company​ we bought it off has stood on and meet me last night at 1030pm 2hours away from my house this is a absolute joke and a will never yous this company agen in my life

So XDP think it’s very useful to deliver a bed in separate deliveries. With numberous days in between. They also don’t seem to to think it’s nescessary for you to know when there going to deliver your item. They will just dump them on your doorstep if your not in! Delivered half of my bed on Saturday evening and it’s now Wednesday and the other half of my bed is still in a delivery depot!! I have spoke to too separate people to get XDP to actually deliver the other half of the bed and nope still waiting. Ridiculous just doesn’t quite cut it right now and annoyed just doesn’t quite sum up how I feel.

Also waiting for delivery. Received two notifications that it will be delivered but no show over the last two days. Local depot have had the consignment for over a week , but will not answer the phone , central number say call the local depot. Apparently you have to wait until the end of the day before they can check with the driver. Maybe someone should buy some mobile phones for Xmas. Don’t ask XDP to deliver them though!

Still waiting for my delivery nearly two weeks after it was sent from my supplier - it was on next day delivery. Its now almost Christmas, so expect the parcel is not going to arrive before then - if at all!! Very disappointing, but reading other reviews its par for the course. Do not use XDP is my opinion.

Xpd lost my sons Christmas present the tracking info is a load of s--t I've rang them 20 times they say they are struggling to locate my parcel ( more likely someone in the warehouse had pinched it) thanks xpd my son will be so exited on Christmas Day. Absolutely appalling delivery company. Waiting for a part to be delivered for a bed, still waiting....... Provide you with a tracking service, have had two windows for delivery now on consecutive days, still no parcel!!! Supposed to call you ahead of delivery, not a peep. Call 0843 number which puts you into a holding pattern and then gets you to leave a message which of course is never returned (I suspect this is just a ploy to earn from their premium number), Tracker gives you an email for the depot for your parcel. Emailed, and you guessed it, nothing. Avoid them like the plague.

Literally awful. No reply to emails or calls. Drivers late and then lie when they said they attempted delivery. Avoid at all costs

XDP Express - This is the most unreliable delivery … This is the most unreliable delivery company I have ever be unfortunate to come across. I was waiting for a collection on Monday, waited in all day - no collection. Tuesday I get an email stating that my item will be collected between 1pm and 3pm - no collection. Wednesday morning I get an email stating I will get a collection between 1pm and 3pm - no collection. At this point I am trying to contact customer services - answer machine, leave a message and we will contact you - guess what - I didn't get anyone contact me. In total I must have left over 10 messages and still no-one has ever come back to me. I did manage to find a local branch and when looking at the tracking record they agreed it was terrible and said they would look into it and get back to me - didn't get back to me... On Thursday morning I again get an email, collection will be made between 1pm and 3pm, the tracking record then showed it had been collected at 9.21am - it hadn't!!! I again leave umpteen messages at customer services - no-one got back to me, but on one occasion somebody (Richard) did answer the phone, he said it was terrible and it was because the computer kept glitching me out!!! He promised he would look into it and call me the following morning (Friday) he did at 10.20 and stated my item would be collected between 3.17 and 5.17pm - guess what - still no collection. I have tried and tried to call customer services again, and left many messages, but no-one has come back to me. Well I have now waited in the whole week waiting for this collection and still the item has not been collected. I must have wasted at least 5 hours this week, emailing and trying to call this company and still haven't achieved the simple task of collecting this huge item which is taking up all the free space in my living room. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU REQUIRE HIGH STRESS LEVELS, AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Appalling company. Still waiting for my item which was sent out for delivery nearly three weeks ago! As far as I know they haven't even attempted delivery as no calling cards have ever been left! After trying to contact XDP several times without success (no-one answers the phone!) I followed up with the retailer I purchased the item from, it was showing on their system the item was on the van and it was going to be delivered at 4:30pm that day...I waited and waited....nothing!!! So two weeks on I'm still waiting! I have now had to agree with the retailer (my suggestion) that XDP send my item back to their warehouse so it can be redelivered by another courier...three days on and XDP still haven't returned to the warehouse! This lot are a complete shower...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I will never again buy from a retailer that use these clowns.

Company tried to deliver on Monday when I was out - a text giving me advance warning would have been great, A card was left outside my front door ( lucky my husband found it as we don't normally use the front door) with no contact number and two different consignment numbers. The email given for customer services is wrong and I had to google the company to get to their home page for a customer service number and a valid email address. I emailed 'customer services' on Monday night asking that delivery be rearranged for the following Wednesday. and telephoned customer services on Tuesday morning to confirm that Wednesday had been arranged. Apparently they do not check emails and the goods were once again out for delivery. But no matter the girl booked me in for the Wednesday. I arrived home on the Tuesday to another delivery card ( this time posted through my letter box - so a big improvement there). On Wednesday morning I tried to track my goods via their website but to no avail. After many tries I finally got through to 'customer services' who informed me that the consignment number was obviously written badly and should have read 55 at the end instead of what looked like two letter 'S's. No matter I was now talking to customer services and asked if my goods had been scheduled for delivery. She said that she couldn't help me and would give me another number to phone???? I told her that I had I had managed to speak to someone on this number the previous day and she mumbled something about they can only help if its not busy that why she gave me another number to phone who were 'customer services'. I asked if she was customer services and I think she mumbled that they were but I should phone up this other number and they would help??? Well many tries later phoning this 'other number who would help' ( and selecting option 3) I can get no one to pick up. The whole process with this delivery company has been convoluted and frustrating. I really don't know why Mayfair would use them????

My order was to be delivered on the 7th December. Supplier shipped all on 6th December. Part of my order was delivered on the 8th December The other part of my order has not yet been delivered and it is now the 11th December XDP are real cowboys, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

XDP had an item 3 days without atte,pting delivery, then it was taking so long on the day that we rang, the depot rang the driver who informed he wouldnt be delivering as the item was damaged! do not use avoid avoid

Don't use XDP under any circumstances. I bought two pieces of furniture, with delivery offered between 1 to 2 working days. Today is the 6th working day my delivery slot was 3pm - 5pm and I'm still waiting at 6:30pm. I don't expect them to come. I've had to arrange to leave work early twice this week - the first day they gave me 40 minutes notice they were coming and never sent the delivery out. The second day they sent the guy out, but didn't inform me, so unsurprisingly I missed him. Today is the third attempt. Furthermore, they split the order and only tried to deliver one item. Customer service could not give me any explanation for this. Poor customer service, poor communication, and zero organizational skills.

Ordered a bed frame from supplier, it came on the correct day at about 12:30, in three boxes, (or should have done) XDP courier only had 1of3 and 2of3 so he just crossed the 3 out and wrote in 2, when asked he didn't know where the other box was, phoned my supplier and they phoned the couriers, other box to be delivered between 2 and 5pm same day, nothing turned up so I phoned the supplier again, they said the driver had been unwell and had returned to the depot, so it was rearranged to be delivered between 2 and 5pm the following day (Saturday), you've guessed it, nothing turned up and no phone call from anyone so had to leave it till the following Monday, my supplier phoned them at 9:15am to be told that they could not get in contact with that depot, this carried on until about 11:30am at which point my supplier informs me they appear to have "Misplaced" the package and I informed them that I wanted the content that I was missing to be shipped again via another courier for delivery BEFORE 12noon on Wednesday which is basically what happened sent via UPS, the people at XDP need to sort themselves out, they are a complete shambles, the owner should look at shutting them down and going into something simple! I suggest that you DONT deal with them now or in the future!
