Ordered a bed only one part as arrived… Ordered a bed only one part as arrived i rand XPD was on phone for 1hr 58mins just a message saying you are first and someone will be with you after this time I give up at a cost of £56 I rang the firm the bed was ordered from they informed me XPD split the load and will be with e the next day still not got it today Friday I have tried to get hold of then but still cannot this delivery firm are a joke I have now emailed them and still no reply

Worst courier ever. Ordered blinds through web blinds that were sent out via XDP after having them a few days they returned them to web blinds without attempting to deliver this happened twice more before they eventually arrived broken. They apparently had problems with our address but never once through to contact us by telephone to clarify the address. Sadly have just ordered some more blinds and the same thing has happened this time they had them for 6 days didnt contact us once and they are now making their way back to web blinds - terrible company and you cant contact them and to be fair web blinds/blinds 2 go are being pretty rubbish too and not sorting it out - been waiting for the blinds for 2.5 months now

Was told my items would be delivered on june 4th between 16:55 and 18:55 but nothing was delivered and still waiting. Disgusting customer service, company should be shut down.

Shame there isn't the option of zeros or minus stars. Item was due on or before the 2/6 with no show then yesterday received atext to say delivery would be later that day between 17.00 - 19.00. Did it show up, well I'll let you guess. Still no news text emails or otherwise. Fortunately my credit card company sais they will reimburse me if the goods don't show up within 30 days so only 2 more days to wait. Then it won't be my problem anymore.

Genuinely the most dishonest, unreliable and disorganised company I’ve ever dealt with. I will spare the details but after nearly a month of my item being delivered to XDP I still haven’t received my item. After multiple attempts to get my item they have still failed to deliver. Over 700 items were in their depot Friday last week that had no labels or identification. That’s 700 items customers are still waiting for that they may not receive for weeks !! I had to email the chairman of XDP directly to get any response at all. They did eventually try to resolve my issue but they appear to be in a real mess with their logistics and storage

Received text from XDP to advise order will be delivered Monday 1.6.20 3 days later still no sign .cant get hold of them .i have learn now next time order anything need to check which delivery service seller is using .I would just say stay away from this lot .they chat option which don’t even work .service well you can’t call service you can’t get hold of any of them .supplier trying to get hold of them .but they struggling to get through to them how anyone uses this lot beyond belief

I had a message saying my package would be delivered on the 2/06/20 between 2-4pm. Great, I thought, sadly it didn't turn up and the tracking app wasn't updated till after 7.30pm. Which incidentally was after I emailed yo see where my item was. The app then stated delivered and a hand written note saying "safe place". I was a little surprised at that as I hadn't left the house. Now ther is no way into my rear garden and my front door is directly on a public footpath. I looked around and could find nothing, so where the hell is this so called "safe place'? There is absolutely no way a package was delivered here and with no card left and no clue as to where they may have left a package (a rather large one too), what am I meant to do. Xdp don't answer emails and my retailer is at a loss too! Avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is non existent, how they are still trading is beyond me!

XDP Were due to collect a faulty rowing machine on May 8th. They sent me the labels and sent a reminder the day before. They didn't turn up and have made no contact whatsoever in the 4 weeks since then. Phonelines aren't working and they haven't responded to 5 emails so far. Needless to say I cant get a refund from the retailer until these idiots return it. Avoid this company and anyone who uses them at all costs.

It is difficult to put into words how bad this company is. How unreliable they are and the lies they tell. They always wheel out to old 'we tried to deliver, but you were not in, so we carded you'. I was working out the front of my house all day yesterday and strangely I received an Amazon delivery ok. I never left the front of my house for a moment, and my wife was also home all day, as we are, you know, in lockdown! This is the second time I have had the misfortunate of dealing with XDP, and this is the second time I have had issues. The App is a complete waste of time, unless you are unsure of your home address, as that is all it shows you. I will NEVER again purchase from a company that uses XDP as their courier. I will be writing to Powerhouse Fitness to tell them this and point out the nothing but negative reviews all over the web. XDP are a disgrace, and tarnish the names of good businesses. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use.

First off tried to get me to accept one package as the expected 2 based on the fact there were 2 boxes in the package! Then I was promised everyday the missing package would be delivered the next day up until they put it as delivered but even that’s a joke as the drive says he delivered it Saturday yet the paperwork says Monday! Following on from this the seller had a heated discussion with this company and suddenly they knew I didn’t have the package and would pick the item to and get it delivered to me. I’m still waiting Thanks to them I am stuck in a situation where the seller won’t refund me without the items but no one can say where the items are! Please avoid as you will end up out of pocket with a fight to get your money back

First time delivery and couldn’t fault them. I was REALLY worried the package wouldn’t arrive after reading all reviews. I called Motherwell on Thursday as app was saying bed was there. The lovely lady on the phone said it wasn’t even in the country yet which got me more worried. I changed delivery date to Monday and asked for it to be delivered ASAP. Received an update on Monday morning and text to say it would be delivered. Tracked the drivers and the tracking was spot on ! 3 packages delivered in perfect condition. The driver did say I was lucky to receive it all together as some stuff sits in the warehouse for 5-6 weeks ! I’m in Fife Scotland if that makes any difference but I couldn’t fault the service. Package ( a super kingsize bed) ordered from amazon.

Parcel has been with XDP for 5 weeks. Three weeks ago I received an email/text that delivery would be between 10:33 and 12:33 on the 13th of May. Nothing was delivered: I don't know why they give a precise time when it’s not correct. Their app and tracking give no helpful information and are not updated (still says package is out for delivery, last updated on the 13th of may). I have had absolutely no communication from them about if they have tried to deliver or even if they will ever try again. They don't answer emails and you can't get through to them via phone. Got in touch with the retailer several times, saying they have contacted XDP for any information but they haven't been able to give any updates. The stress and hassle of having to have someone off work, staying at home for three weeks on the off-chance XDP might deliver is completely unacceptable. I realise with the current situation, it will be hard for delivery companies. However, I've not had any trouble with any other companies and it really shouldn't take a lot for an update or at least some form of communication rather than false information. I will go out of my way to avoid engaging with any company using XDP as their delivery agent. Thank you.

Awful delivery split into 2 1 parcel delivered when was said the other still at the depot?? Its now 10 days and think my dining chairs Have made a home for themselves there, no update on when they will be delivered now having to try and get my money back and go elsewhere that doesnt deal with these thieving sh!ts. Worst experience ever!!

Had items delivered 3 times by this company. Every single time it's been appalling. First time they left over £2k worth of items on our driveway - we weren't in at the time because they arrived 2hrs earlier than the window of delivery we were given. Second time they arrived 3hrs late and no one could contact the delivery drivers. Third time we had a call an hour after our delivery slot saying that the depot had damaged the goods so were undeliverably. Really poor.

This company delivered a garden patio set. The item was delivered at the end of April by 2 men. When it arrived I went outside and remained socially distanced. I was asked if there was 2 boxes and I said yes, shrugging my shoulders and then said I have no idea. This is despite one of the men standing in my drive with a clip board that would have clearly stated how many boxes. When I opened the boxes there was no table only the chairs. I followed the email trail that I had and saw that there should have been three boxes. I emailed the XDP and to this day I still have not received a reply. The company I bought the item from took 3 weeks to get any communication and then it came back as customer signed for 3 packages despite at that time not being allowed to or was ever offered the chance to sign. If I had I would have seen that there should have been 3 packages. Numerous phone calls and stress to get this sorted. Fraudsters and thieves. (I do think that in some areas you get good delivery drivers but main company is poor and drivers are not accountable for their behaviour)

They received my parcel 2 weeks ago no sign of it when I track the parcel it says ‘exception’ return label created, have no clue what this means, tried phoning emailing and contacting the supplier still not heard anything back.

Would give a minus if I could. Tracking is useless doesnt update. You can not contact anyone and then they say they have delivered your item when they haven't. Thieves, liars and complete scammers. I have never dealt with such an awful company in my life STAY AWAY .

XDP should of picked up a large parcel that was faulty it was scheduled for Friday 22nd May we waited all day / night they didn't turn up no courtesy phone call , I tried ringing the various phone numbers with no joy . Had an email today 26th May to say XDP would pick up the parcel between 2.24 -4.24 , again we waited in they didn't turn up they didn't ring , this company is a disgrace !! The ebayseller /company is not interested either , they don't answer any messages & we can't get a refund till its returned back to them !!
