“The tracking is a joke, it doesn’t work!
You can’t speak to them even if you decide to stay on hold with the 7p a min charge and parcels don’t arrive!
Wish big companies wouldn’t use this company as a delivery service, if I had any options of who to use I would never choose these!”
“A very bad experience should have a delivery between 9-10 to11-10PM never turned up.had a message the following morning at 8AMto say they came this morning at 7-20 but no one in, but was in and no knocked on the door and they said they had left a card, they did not leave a card,so I rang phoned number which was on a email which was not recognised, could not make any sense of the app to try to get another delivery time.
And then at1215 iget another text and email to say we would get delivery between 1-40 and 3-40. Eventually delivery came at 2pm.

“XPD claimed they attempted delivery. Except I have been sat in the flat waiting for it. Didn't press buzzer, doorbell or phone my number. Instead sent a photo of missed delivery card. Completely blurry and unreadable. Thanks a lot.”
“Ordered something from eBay. It was meant to be delivered by xdp and was meant to arrive within a few days. At this point my parcel is almost 2 weeks late and xdp was very unhelpful so in the end I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund from the seller. According to xdp's tracking my parcel has been in the collection depot for almost 2 weeks at this point. They didn't answer the phone and in the email replies they basically said they have no idea what's going on with my parcel. Worst delivery company ever.”
“I have waiting in for 2 days in a row because they said my item would be delivered that day but no one has showed up. Last night they lied that they tried to deliver my item at 945pm. I was home they did not arrive.”

I thought Hermes was bad but this company is even worse. 3 days of 'we will be delivering to you today' and 3 days of waiting in and following the tracking to within 2 delivery stops before me and then no show. Its either an 'unexpected event' or just don't turn up. How can they run a business like this it is an absolute disgrace.”

“They told the supplier they had lost my parcel for over a week. I cancelled the order. An hour later they delivered it, but told another supplier they had delivered their product. Total shambles, make Hermes look like geniuses. I will never buy from any company who use these people. Sellers should give a choice of delivery companies so we do not get messed around by these cowboys.”

“Do NOT use this company… ever. I ordered a parcel 8 days ago on a 2-6 day delivery. It took XDP 4 days to collect it and when it arrived at my local delivery depot it has sat there for 3 days. Their phone system goes to an automated queue system saying you are No1 in the queue but it never gets picked up and then you get cut off. 5 calls yesterday and 11 today with same result. Their online chat is not monitored and nobody replies to your emails.”

“Incredibly unreliable. Have let me down 3 times out of 4 with delivery and collection. Tracking system is clunky. No responses to direct emails. Will avoid completely in future. You should too.”
