Had a phone call to arrange delivery of some office furniture I had ordered from an online store. Great I thought, proactive, let's arrange a delivery date. Woman on the other end of the phone tells me they are going to delivery the package tomorrow (which happens to be a wednesday). Ah, I'm not in tomorrow as self employed but the wife is in Thursday or Friday and we are in the weekend. To which came the reply "We only deliver to your postcode on Wednesday" (I live in London by they way!). Now I'm a reasonable person, so pointed out that both my wife and I work on Wednesdays and are self employed so would lose a days wages waiting around for a package. The response, "I can't help you there, we only deliver to your area on Wednesdays" Right...."I guess I'll have to phone up the company I ordered from and cancel then?" "Yeah, you do that" End of conversation.... Worst customer service and (non) delivery from a so-called delivery company. If you read the other reviews you can see I'm not alone...before you buy something online, check if these jokers are supposed to be delivering it...if they are avoid at all costs and tell the company you are purchasing from why.

We were expecting two parcels ( a Christmas present from our family) the first parcel arrived at a neighbours damaged,luckily nothing was broken that was before Christmas .The second has been on its way ever since.?????

Missed first delivery because we was working all day. I phoned to arrange delivery for next day. Had a sms saying 8.08 until 11.08 delivery. Great I thought get my order. Nope, nothing. Called again and the guy says oh you should of had it, it is on the van. Checked website and it says back at depot again. I call back the same guy swore at me then hung up! Worst delivery firm ever. Avoid them at all cost. Will be calling the store I bought from and will be cancelling my order.

Given four different delivery dates and times, took time off work to be there to receive, nothing turned up on any of the promised dates / times. You can only contact via a premium number all of which demonstrates total content to its customers

Bought a book case from amazon 2 weeks ago on express delivery unfortunately the company uses XPD delivery, very bad after 5 emails to the company 6 phone calls to XPD still waiting will it ever turn up who knows sick of waiting in, the tracking system is rubbish and if you ever get through on the phone they fob you off. I have now put in a claim for a refund will I get that!!!!!!! Lets wait and see. Please who ever reads this do not use XPD.

Well, I feel like a broken record here, having read all of the other 1 star reviews but they are true in my experience. They don't deliver on time......I am on my 4th day waiting for next day delivery. They don't answer any form of communication, be it email or telephone message. They pass messages via the company I purchased from and guaranteed it would be here by 12:00........yet here I am at 13:00 and have no item or explanation. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I bought a TV online and opted to pay for next day delivery. I spoke to someone at a depo later that evening on the expected delivery day and was promised it would be with me the next day. 4 days later I'm still waiting and nobody has returned any calls or emails. I can accept that sometimes things happen and deliveries may be delayed, but I would never expect a company to simply ignore its customers. I'm self employed and live alone, I have lost out on two days work and pay because I was assured my TV would be delivered. XDP set themselves very poor standards and fail to achieve them. Never, ever again, appalling in the extreme, stay well away from these clowns.

so far have waited in for 3 days for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on first day,so far their website says it has been delivered twice,still waiting

Have waited in all day for a delivery. Tracking states that a card was put through the door at 14:19hrs yet at that time I was sat in the front room and had a perfect view of my front door and no-one approached my that door. Called Xdp and complained, delivery now Monday but no hint of an apology

My fish tank was not delivered on the day and NO massage as to why phoned them and got an answer machine saying they can't call me back to busy. Phoned the sender to be told the item would be here today before 11.48 now 1.30pm still no fish tank.

My mattress arrived earlier than the seller said,but I was kept well informed on your tracking system. I was given a 3 hour window and the delivery was made well with in it I was a little worried when I read the reviews on trust pilot but I need not have worried congratulations on a excellent service with a very pleasant young man.kind regard Chris

Wrong parcel delivered phoned straight away Richard from customer service wasn't helpful at all took my number and said he would ask the driver to come back but couldn't say if he would, I explained that it was my 2yr olds bed and that I had already got rid of her cot to make space so it was needed asap but he wasn't interested so 6 hours later still nothing so phoned again and spoke to sam who was just as bad!! Not helpful at all. Tried to phone back this morning only to find out they are closed and won't be opening again til the 3rd!!! Not happy is an understatement!!

I waited in from 8am until 6pm for these people. I had to take a day off, losing money as I am self-employed. There was some nonsense about checking my address on the tracking page and I got no answer from the call centre. I suppose the driver just couldn't be bothered to look for my house.

Despite all the nagative comments made regarding Xdp we found the delivery to be excellent and delivered on schedule, the delivery man even put it in the garage for us.

very large items worth approx. £ 800.00 that were supposed to be signed for left on my driveway of my property wedged between the underneath of my daughter's car and the pillars of my house causing damage to her car and items, without being signed for. within a hour some items were stolen courier entered my name as if i had signed for them. i have pictures of the theft the panels being left and damaged caused. the starring should enable a lot lower feed back

What went wrong ? Well I probably chose to place my order with a company selling on line who use the services of Xdp delivery. Its very close to Christmas and I purchased a large adjustable professional basketball stand , backboard and hoop from an on line selling company in Devonshire. This item cost £249.99 this would have been delivered free of charge as standard between 3 to 5 days. But as I like to be more organised as regards to my own time in waiting for the delivery, I chose to include the service offered of "Express Delivery" to ensure a delivery of the large item between 1 to 2 days with the item being tracked. This service cost was £14.99 The order was placed and paid for on Friday 9th of December before lunch time cut off time. Express delivery was for the purpose of freeing up my time and I expected to be able to receive the item on the Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning and be able to track the item on its way to me allowing us to be home to receive delivery. Monday 12th December passed ! No delivery ! No communication from XDP. Tracking page states : time 15 :33 at Collection location 533 Tuesday 13th December ! No delivery! No communication from XDP tracking page states : No Changes or update Wednesday 14th December No delivery ! No communication by phone tracking page states: time 08:35 at delivery depot location 119 then updated states: delivery location 119 on route 64 ETA between 11:45 and 14:45 scheduled. Time elapsed No delivery! no update! no phone call! Time of 16;40 we sourced the Scottish depot 8 miles away and called them to check its progress. No excuse or explanation give. but enquiry taken with a call back promised. Time 17:25 we received call back to say we should have had delivery but driver was held up but to expect delivery soon???? No time offered or estimated !!!!! How long is route 64? Time 18:25 time to take son to Rugby training , called depot to instruct delivery to be made to our garage under the house with a signature from our neighbour on our behalf . Instruction taken and ok d by depot. Time 18:35 tracking update carded message sent by e mail to me but not received even till now. location 120 marked exception ??? I wonder when or if I will receive it. I ve had enough time wasted and time off work to deal with this on line shopping! This is not the way to do business. This is not the company to make deliveries. I will be looking for a refund for the delivery cost on the broken promise on delivery service we paid for. MR Hawkins

A misunderstanding led to me not being home when a delivery was attempted, at which point I was contacted by the driver who, very aggressively, asked why I was not home when I said I would be. When I tried to arrange redelivery I was told I would have to collect from the depot, and when I asked for the driver's name he refused to give it. When I contacted the depot I advised that I found the driver very rude. The woman who took my call told me that there was no wonder he was 'aggravated' when I wasn't at home when I should have been. She then said that she had sent the item back to the seller so that I would have to contact them to arrange redelivery. I was then told that I had wasted their time and shouldn't have said I was going to be in when I wasn't. I tried to explain that there was a misunderstanding but after a few minutes of a very aggressive exchange I asked how I could make a complaint. At this point the woman hung up. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid if at all possible.

Absolutely unbelievable lack of professionalism. I'm trying to get my package over a week. Send them two emails, spoke to three different people from service. They cannot accept the fact that I'm working, and keep trying to deliver when I'm not at home. Today I was assured that the courier will be at later hours. To my surprise I found notice on my doors that he was early. After contracting office, they said that he return to me after finishing with the other deliveries, about 5/6pm. Nobody came, called, nothing. Ridiculous. I'm going to cancel the order.

I ordered bunk beds said they were coming 13th December it came today the 12th which I was pleased with but to my horror my daughter in law is 7 months pregnant and when asked to help her take the bunk beds and the mattresses inside the courier said your not pregnant and went I carnt believe he let her do it on her own and it was rainning too I hope you repremand him you don't won't people like that working for you your service

Worst courier company ever!!!!! DONT USE!!!!! No one answers the phone tracking system doesnt work and I have got no parcels!!! So I have lost nearly £200 of my money!!!
