“The first package I received was damaged (1 hole in the box), which caused damage to the goods inside. The company I placed the order with confirmed that it was damaged in transit and sent me a replacement. The replacement was delivered and had even more significant damage to the packaging (a total of 6 holes/tears in the box, some of which measured up to 6" and were all over the large box (ie. not in one place)). Again, this caused damage to the goods inside. When questioned, the driver said he had hit his head on the box. Once again, the supplier confirmed in writing that this was caused during transit.
All in all, not a good experience.”
“When i ordered my item it never came on time then was informed by the supplier that it was damaged in transit because of this i then had to wait 8 weeks after my order was placed for the replacement but had no issues with the 2nd delivery attempt”

“Our bed frame was delivered to the wrong house ( a complete stranger) the driver obviously didn't check the the name who signed or the address he was suppose to be delivering to, even though it was clearly labelled on the parcels (2 part parcel) luckily the honest stranger rang our doorbell 9pm that night and my husband went to collect it - when we tried to track it - it said we had it delivered 5pm that night - NO when I rang the office first thing in the morning the person who asked didn't seem surprised and made matters worse hence the score - sorry but you did ask”
