“Apparently my 4 parcels with a total weight of over 100kg, a multi gym, which has been sat at the depot for a week, is now “ lost in transit”!!
Avoid this company like the plague! Unfortunately for me I had no say in which delivery company was used!”

“If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My package was left when there was nobody home (dumped in my porch) and was damaged to the point that the furniture was unusable. The retailer has been amazingly helpful, but XDP could not give less of a toss. They have arranged collections - twice - and not turned up and then lied about it. They are not willing to take any responsibility and now are refusing to engage completely. They told me that had GPS and photograph proof that delivery was attempted - both proven to be untruths. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A MASSIVE HEADACHE AND TO WASTE HOURS OF TIME SORTING IT. We have had to get another courier to collect and will be taking legal action against them.”
“Inappropriate delivery driver, i am a 19 year old girl, i was home alone and a family member ordered 4 parcels which the delivery driver asked if i could get in his van and help him bring it into my house due to the weight, he started asking if i live alone and he was asking how old i was. he continued asking who do i live with and where are they, he then took photos of the parcels and as he was leaving he took a photo of me, it couldn’t have been for the parcels as they were in the house before he took this photo. he then asked if he could have my name and number which to my response was “no have a good day”.”

“Abdolute joke. They tell you it's a 2 man delivery and 1 old chap turns up by himself. Could not deliver to garden and dumped on drive in rain. Package bashed to pieces. The staff on the chat and email help are useless. They just lie. Won't ever order anything if delivered by this company. 1.4 rating from 200p reviews tells you all you need”

“Didn’t need the parts so I called and emailed them. I was responsible for the cost of shipping items back. It was going to be over $1000 for a radiator and inter cooler. That’s more than I paid for them. I will tell all my friends to never use this company again!!!!”

Gives a 2 hour slot about 2 hours before.
Told me they would deliver the next day when after I told them I would be in all day that day.
Had to contact them that day to ask what was happening and they told me it would be the next day when I wouldn't be there. You can't make it up!!!”
“Horrible experience. First it took more than a month to deliver my parcel, I couldn’t track it or know anything about it, there was no updates from them or on amazon whatsoever.
They sent me moments before delivering the packages and the worst part is they left big heavy packages leaning on my front door which were found later by my husband when he was coming home. If I have opened the door from the inside the packages would have fell on me and caused me serious damages ! Most unprofessional thing I have ever seen”
“Totally useless delivery company, the chat function is just there as a box ticking event to satisfy auditors, it doesn’t actually work,
Greenhouse should have been delivered yesterday but not loaded at warehouse, then told it would be delivered today….nope!
I will let you know if it arrives but will ask TJHughes to send again using a normal carrier like DHL UPD or Mickey Mouse’s push bike”

Ordered a mattress never turned up for over 2 weeks as they could not find it, ordered a new mattress - if I knew they would use this company again I wouldn’t have ordered! Said it would come on a certain day which it did not so wanted to cancel was assured it would not be delivered and they did and let my little brother accept it!! Tried to arrange a return so far FIVE times! Still no sign of them on all the days arranged - they have sent an email link to book for a pick up, the link sends you to a website that is not mobile friendly and only shows you half the screen - you cannot move the screen at all so therefore cannot book a return, never again.”
“The app is rubbish. It's all dark and the writing is dark as well which made me overlook my estimated delivery time (it was literally in very dark grey on black background) and move my delivery date by accident. The customer service doesn't exist, the courier phone number they give you with tracking code doesn't work at all, the other one you can find online is premium and nobody picks up - you can only leave a voice mail. The company promises its clients live chat that is nowhere to be found but I don't think it matters as other reviews say it doesn't work like other forms of contact. Terrible experience so far.”
“Had my goods since 23rd January. No updated on the App and no one ever seems to be available on the chat function.
i left a review on Trust pilot, they replied saying they were sorry for the delay and that my parcel would arrive the next day (1st Feb)...Absolute lies as they still haven't delivered and its the 6th Feb!! So disappointing that suppliers are using this courier. USELESS.”
“Absolutely disgusting service completely useless, no customer service at all, not interested in seeing a job through no matter how much extra information you provide them with they just send an email saying, "can't find you" switch the tracking map off and go home early. Don't know how they survive, hopefully not for much longer. Cowboy's !!!”
