I was prepared for the worse, especially as I live on the 2nd floor with no lift, and XDP officially only delivers to the ground floor.
Delivery was scheduled from 1pm to 4pm today; two very nice guys (one Brasilian and one from Ukraine) knocked on my door at 1:40 with my bed. Service culdn't be any better than that! Well done guys!”
“I found a card left for me to contact their local depot. Tried the number constantly and no reply, read the reviews and feared the worst!! However I emailed the head office just before closing time and received an email reply stating that the local company woul be in contact. Barely 15 minutes later received a call from the local office apologizing for the phone problem and offering to deliver the same evening- an hour later(7pm) the van arrived. Can't fault them so 10/10.”
“Ordered an item on Tuesday dispatched on Wednesday on a three day delivery via XDP Express. Tracked item Wed night, on Thursday morning given a delivery slot item arrived bang in the middle of time slot. This heavy item travelled from the Midlands to Glasgow well done XDP Express.”

A wèek gone by and the delivery of Friday 29/04/16 has yet to materialise.
A week of waiting in all day.
Latest was yesterday, promised it would be with me today. Today called "driver not answering call, will ring you back". That was @1452... i called them at 1630, 1640, 1650 and no answer.
Suppliers and transport company blame each other.
This will no go further...

Great communication and when I got the delivery date and time and couldn't be at home, i contacted Dave at XDP who changed my delivery time straight away and replyed to my email instantly and politely. My delivery turned upon on time and I can honestly say i didn't have any problems with XDP. I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My experience with XDP has been a positive one”
“After reading lots of the reviews I was getting very worried that my item of furniture wouldn't turn up ,but the courier sent a text message at about 10 o'clock in the morning saying it would be delivered that day between 11-25 to 2 -25 was getting slightly worried when it got to 2 -15 and thought the same was going to happen to me as lots of others and it not turn up but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived dead on the dot at 2-25 by a very pleasant young man ,after all the bad reviews I thought it only fair to give credit where it's due .thank you XDPEXPRESS”
“My parcel was delivered in the time slot given. I could track it's progress from the time of arrival at the depot. I have no complaints at all with XDP. I must add that I am not an employee nor am I related to anyoone connected with the firm, I am an ordinary customer.
