I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about receiving my delivery after reading all these reviews but I’ve got to say there were brilliant, I received my order on the day it was expected, I wasn’t able to be home for the delivery but left a note on my front door asking them to deliver to my neighbour which they gladly did and the lad was very helpful with my neighbour and carried it inside to where she wanted it put!!! The only fault I can find with the company is a lack of contact number.

delivered my futon today right on time.
Texted me 2 days ago with a reference number and said when it would be delivered.
On day of delivery more great updates and live map of driver and was delivered just when they said.
A perfect experience. 5 stars.

I tracked my parcel through the day so was able to know when it would arrive and ensure I was home for delivery. The 2 guys who delivered it were brilliant carried it right into my living room no bother - very good service
