“Shocking service. My bed arrived and I literally watched the driver drag out the first piece ripping the plastic wrapping and fabric. Second delivery I was given a time but no delivery, third delivery same again, but this time they said they tried to deliver but on checking my 3 security cameras that was a lie. So much of my time wasted. They don’t respond to emails and you can’t contact them. 0/10 truly the worst delivery service ever!!!!!”
“Received notification via an email that went into my spam at 10.30 to inform of a delivery happening between 10.05 and 12.05.
This is not enough notice... fortunately someone was home.
However at 12.00 received another email in junk to say delivery fail, and screen shot of the despatch note with NOV written in the box. (assume this means not on vehicle???) No phone call to confirm.
Tried to log into app, it says I do not exist, recreated user ... it says user already exists, selected send new password... put in user email.... user does not exist.
Tried live chat no-one gets back.

“Congratulations XDP, I didn't believe there was a poorer courier company than Hermes, but you've proved me wrong.
I was expecting a bulky delivery from Aldi towards the end of the month but a text received a few days ago advised it had been collected by XDP. I use a lot of couriers through my business, and generally have at least one collection or drop off every day. Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS, Yodel and DHL are usually rocking up at some point, but I've never head of XDP before. I downloaded the app, which is exceptionally clunky, and looked for when my delivery was due to be made. It wasn't immediately clear. In fact, it wasn't until this morning that I spotted that it was saying it would be delivered today. I got a further text from XPD to give me a two hour window of 10:54am to 12:54pm, and to look out for the "You're Next" text / email. It also mentioned presenting a QR code to the delivery driver, something I had not been given.
Anyway, I work from home in an office that is directly above the front door, and without moving I can see anybody that comes up my driveway, and any vehicles that have parked outside. I have a Ring video doorbell with motion detection that goes off when anybody comes within 5m of the front door, and two Swann CCTV specifically covering the front of the property. Imagine my surprise, then, when I got an email at 10:49am to say that delivery had been attempted. An image had been uploaded on to the app of some kind of delivery ticket with some unintelligible scribbles on it. The app is also now saying "This consignment is out for delivery and sould be with you between N/A", whatever that is meant to mean.
I've tried to contact XPD but their Live Chat states that it is closed. The app gives me two options only. To pick another delivery date (assuming the driver has the right address to attempt another delivery?) or to allow the driver to leave the item in a safe place and accept full responsibility (which given I'm not confident that XPD do have the correct delivery address would be be a foolish thing to do).
The app is very poor. Communication has been terrible (where was the "You're next" text / email. There's no map tracking even though you can see a map of my village in the background of the map, but you can't access it. The XPD website is minimal and customer support is closed.
When I downloaded the app and saw it had just over 1 star average I thought that was funny, but it really is that poor.”
“First we knew of delivery was a text saying you’re next. Around 3-15pm. Half an hour later I checked email to see one saying delivered, left safe. 3 different numbers later and all not in use I rang wayfair who confirmed delivery and showed a pic of delivery site. It wasn’t my house but an oap bubgalow in the next estate. Wayfair said they could get XDP to collect and re deliver but might be a few days. I went to the other address to find my goods outside and no one home. I had to struggle with a 37k package into my car , as a 70 year old it nearly killed me. No complaints about wayfair but I think they need to change their delivery company.”

“I was unable to take the first day they offered me, they were most unprofessional. They phoned back a week later and said they would be delivering the next day, I felt as though I was being backed into a corner I got I touch with Wayfair who rebooked delivery for the 15th March they turned up yesterday 9th I told them it had been rebooked for the 15th. I phoned XDP they stated they were not going to deliver on the 15th as they could only keep items for a certain amount of time whatever that is. They stated they were going to return my sofa to Wayfair, I told him that was fine just send it back to Wayfair. I will contact Wayfair about a refund. I noted on my account it states the sofa has been delivered which of course it hasn't. They just don't care about the customer it's all about what they want not about you the customer. Horrible lot.”

I have experienced poor service from this company on many occasions.
I would never choose to use them, however my recent purchase with an online company unfortunately uses them. The delivery was due 3rd march, its now the 5th and still shows in their depot.

First time 2 hour time slot was given made sure I stayed home to receive it then had notice that I was not home and could not deliver item, 2nd 2 hour time slot nothing arrived. Then morning of next day I had notification to say item had been delivered!!!. I would like to know whom they delivered to as it definitely was not me. I have cctv and have checked my footage for 3 days and guess what NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BY XDP !!! Need reporting to trading standards”
“This is the worst shipment/delivery company ever. And before you ask (then ignore) my reference number is ZDBPGM016015.
I ordered some made to measure shelves from the UK to be delivered to the UK (a 3 hour drive location). It took 4 days for the packages to arrive. The tracking system is rubbish, it only updates hours after the events and I was told I would be informed the day before, so I can make sure I am I am home to receive the packages, they sent me a text 2 hours before.
They have a premium phone number (7p charge per minute on top of network charge), I am assuming this is to avoid people calling them? I still did, but unfortunately you need a customer number, otherwise you have to call the supplier for updates (the only update the suppliers have are the same rubbish tracking system).
Now all of 'this is just life' one would say, get on with it. So I did, I waited patiently for my shelves. When they arrived, two of the 4 packages were so damaged that it was a mess of wet cardboard and broken wood chip. They had left the packages in the rain or somewhere wet for hours. The shelves were all swollen, chipped and scratched.
I hope the supplier will get their money back from XDP, as I will be getting a refund.
Reading these reviews, I realise that ALDI and WayFair use them too? I will certainly ask who the delivery company is, before ordering anything in the future and will avoid XDP like the plague!”
