“We waited in today as we were given an allotted time, and both XDP or my parcel were nowhere to be seen, and not for the first time! Each time we’ve had dealings with this company our items do not show up, or they deliver to a completely different address with no way of contacting the company directly! Just not acceptable! Aldi should definitely consider using a different company.”
“Waiting for a delivery on 18th no show tracking is rubbish cant contact anyone emails you get are automated app says not collected ?so what's the point the company I purchased from said it was delivered on 11th may was in all day no delivery note through door so absolute rubbish it's a garden furniture set so would of seen the van said it's been left with a neighbour really I know its awkward times but if you've got Van's in operation there should be an open phone line for customers how do your van drivers contact you ? “Said carded and tried to deliver both me and my husband home total lie .tried to phone but not able to get through emailed to ask what went wrong sent me email saying 2 an job not able to do because of social distancing it's an arm chair bought from eBay .now emailed seller as if this is case not paying for something I can't use.thinkingof contacting trading standards as surely with this many bad reviews it's not a one off”
“XDP delivery driver delivered a parcel to a neighbour, reversed up the road while looking at his phone, mounted the pavement and into our boundary wall and knocked out part of the wall. The driver was obnoxious and flippant, wouldn't give any details, managed the find out it was XDP he was driving for but have contacted them several times but they are not interested. This company should not be allowed to operate”
“Worse courier on the planet! Waited a whole week before being given date/time. Then sat waiting only to receive message from supplier to say it had been delivered. ABSOLUTELY NOT DELIVERED.

Cannot get hold of anybody. App a waste of space. No response to phone calls and emails.

“Nightmare! Waste of space. Email 7th May they had mattress and 15th May still not received. Couldn’t get them to give delivery date. App not working. No response to phone calls and emails. Eventually made made progress got date and time - NO SHOW! NO DELIVERY! But advised it had been delivered 20 hours previously !?!?
Can’t get hold of anyone. What a shambles. Still don’t know where mattress is so advised supplier. In process have let two vulnerable people down with their weekly shop as unable to go out. Will NEVER use again. You are a disgrace”

The parcel was expected "Estimated Delivery: Monday 27th April" , due to the cover-19 the shop (HORRIBLE service themselves) THE RANGE wasn't unable to dispatch it as promised nor answered my calls. I received this email from XDP stating a delivery for the 5th MAY.
Driver called me pretending he couldn't find the address (we live street side, on one of my borough MAIN streets), I missed the call. I called him back and he told me he would have delivered the parcel on the same day: no delivery.
I rebooked for the 7th: no delivery.
I received the mail for a delivery on the 8th May 2020. I followed the drive on the app, delivery slot was 1.30pm to 3.30pm. NO DELIVERY was made.
The parcel has been carded as "delivery attempted unsuccessfully", despite we are obviously locked down and so at home all day long.
Now I'm not allowed anymore to book a new delivery date!!!
Driver refuses to answer the phone.
Another email stating a delivery slot 12:31pm to 2:31pm on the 11th May: NO DELIVERY.
Is that a joke?
The Range not answering either.
Luckily I bought from their shop using PayPal, so I'm sure I'm gonna have my money back.

“Not sure how this company gets away with this dreadful service. I've been waiting for a small tree for the last 15 days from the moment of dispatch. Finally contacted the company I bought it from (Ornamental Trees) who managed to contact XDP. Apparently they couldn't locate my tree in their system. Basically they don't have a clue where it is! I am lost for words really. Wish there was an option for no stars!”
“Deliver drivers are thiefs. Ordered a Gazebo from Aldi delivery due at 2.45-4.45pm said delivered on 5th but picture of darkness was posted on 6th with time stamp saying 5am. Delivery driver has stolen it really wouldn't use this dodgy company but unfortunately Aldi do”
“Ordered a bed via groupon on the 7th April 2020 didn’t realise they used this shocking company had i of I would have bought the bed elsewhere was told 5-7days but possibly a delay due to covid-19 we are now on the 10th May still no delivery the app is stating consignment not collected contacted grouping who seem to be as confused with this as myself I have sent 4 emails to this company with no response back and currently £320 out of pocket
I do t even know where to start with attempting to get my money back

“I've been waiting for a Gazebo delivery since April 15th, according to their tracking they have the parcel. No contact whatsoever from them ,the seller hasn't responded. Like previous comments i have tried to be sympathetic due to Covid but really? Seller refuses a refund through eBay.

“I am astounded that a company can get away with this level of incompetency over and over. Allegedly a delivery attempt was made (at 7.15 am on a Saturday of the app is to be believed). I was here. Obviously. We’re in lockdown. There was no attempt. No card through the door. We had zero contact telling us to expect a delivery. Now the phone lines are down and there has been no reply to emails.
As with most reviewers I’ve had to deal with XDP through an online purchase. Just dreadful.”
