“First time delivery and couldn’t fault them. I was REALLY worried the package wouldn’t arrive after reading all reviews. I called Motherwell on Thursday as app was saying bed was there. The lovely lady on the phone said it wasn’t even in the country yet which got me more worried. I changed delivery date to Monday and asked for it to be delivered ASAP. Received an update on Monday morning and text to say it would be delivered. Tracked the drivers and the tracking was spot on ! 3 packages delivered in perfect condition. The driver did say I was lucky to receive it all together as some stuff sits in the warehouse for 5-6 weeks ! I’m in Fife Scotland if that makes any difference but I couldn’t fault the service. Package ( a super kingsize bed) ordered from amazon.”

Their app and tracking give no helpful information and are not updated (still says package is out for delivery, last updated on the 13th of may). I have had absolutely no communication from them about if they have tried to deliver or even if they will ever try again. They don't answer emails and you can't get through to them via phone. Got in touch with the retailer several times, saying they have contacted XDP for any information but they haven't been able to give any updates.
The stress and hassle of having to have someone off work, staying at home for three weeks on the off-chance XDP might deliver is completely unacceptable.
I realise with the current situation, it will be hard for delivery companies. However, I've not had any trouble with any other companies and it really shouldn't take a lot for an update or at least some form of communication rather than false information. I will go out of my way to avoid engaging with any company using XDP as their delivery agent. Thank you.”

“Awful delivery split into 2 1 parcel delivered when was said the other still at the depot?? Its now 10 days and think my dining chairs Have made a home for themselves there, no update on when they will be delivered now having to try and get my money back and go elsewhere that doesnt deal with these thieving sh!ts. “Had items delivered 3 times by this company. Every single time it's been appalling. First time they left over £2k worth of items on our driveway - we weren't in at the time because they arrived 2hrs earlier than the window of delivery we were given. Second time they arrived 3hrs late and no one could contact the delivery drivers. Third time we had a call an hour after our delivery slot saying that the depot had damaged the goods so were undeliverably. Really poor.”
“This company delivered a garden patio set. The item was delivered at the end of April by 2 men. When it arrived I went outside and remained socially distanced. I was asked if there was 2 boxes and I said yes, shrugging my shoulders and then said I have no idea. This is despite one of the men standing in my drive with a clip board that would have clearly stated how many boxes. When I opened the boxes there was no table only the chairs. I followed the email trail that I had and saw that there should have been three boxes. I emailed the XDP and to this day I still have not received a reply. The company I bought the item from took 3 weeks to get any communication and then it came back as customer signed for 3 packages despite at that time not being allowed to or was ever offered the chance to sign. If I had I would have seen that there should have been 3 packages. Numerous phone calls and stress to get this sorted. Fraudsters and thieves. (I do think that in some areas you get good delivery drivers but main company is poor and drivers are not accountable for their behaviour)”

“XDP should of picked up a large parcel that was faulty it was scheduled for Friday 22nd May we waited all day / night they didn't turn up no courtesy phone call , I tried ringing the various phone numbers with no joy . Had an email today 26th May to say XDP would pick up the parcel between 2.24 -4.24 , again we waited in they didn't turn up they didn't ring , this company is a disgrace !!
The ebayseller /company is not interested either , they don't answer any messages & we can't get a refund till its returned back to them !!”
“tracked and traced my parcel after waiting over a month for it came up as delivered just after 5 in the morning but it states they don't start delivery untill 7.30 in the morning had a notification saying my parcel had been delivered to me after 6 at night makes no sense at all ! absolutely no way of getting in touch with them the buyer from eBay is just as bad as it takes 3 days each time to reply to an email and will not refund the £65 back to me ! an absolute disgrace !!!!”
“Cladding delivered from supplier to them immediately along with adhesive on Tuesday, I get note saying its on its way.Stayed in all day Wednesday nothing,thursday nothing.Tried contacting them,impossible,says there is a live chat on the bottom of their page,only there is no icon!Email supplier saying if my order is not here by Friday I want a full refund.Friday on the track and trace delivery due but it's in two deliveries!What good is cladding without adhesive and vice versa.Managed to phone supplier on Friday about this,whilst I was on the phone a van rolls up,bloke gets out with a package in his hand,i presume adhesive,but no bloody cladding!Told him to take it back I want a refund.Wasted a whole week of my time,not to mention the anger and frustration,honestly if a yellow three wheeler had rolled up I would not have batted an eyelid.Cowboys,you only have to look at other reviews.It would have been quicker by horse and cart.Pandemic has nothing to do with it,look at other reviews.Not the suppliers fault,who have promptly refunded me.”

“We waited in today as we were given an allotted time, and both XDP or my parcel were nowhere to be seen, and not for the first time! Each time we’ve had dealings with this company our items do not show up, or they deliver to a completely different address with no way of contacting the company directly! Just not acceptable! “Waiting for a delivery on 18th no show tracking is rubbish cant contact anyone emails you get are automated app says not collected ?so what's the point the company I purchased from said it was delivered on 11th may was in all day no delivery note through door so absolute rubbish it's a garden furniture set so would of seen the van said it's been left with a neighbour really I know its awkward times but if you've got Van's in operation there should be an open phone line for customers how do your van drivers contact you ? “XDP delivery driver delivered a parcel to a neighbour, reversed up the road while looking at his phone, mounted the pavement and into our boundary wall and knocked out part of the wall. The driver was obnoxious and flippant, wouldn't give any details, managed the find out it was XDP he was driving for but have contacted them several times but they are not interested. This company should not be allowed to operate”
