“tracked and traced my parcel after waiting over a month for it came up as delivered just after 5 in the morning but it states they don't start delivery untill 7.30 in the morning had a notification saying my parcel had been delivered to me after 6 at night makes no sense at all ! absolutely no way of getting in touch with them the buyer from eBay is just as bad as it takes 3 days each time to reply to an email and will not refund the £65 back to me ! an absolute disgrace !!!!”
“Cladding delivered from supplier to them immediately along with adhesive on Tuesday, I get note saying its on its way.Stayed in all day Wednesday nothing,thursday nothing.Tried contacting them,impossible,says there is a live chat on the bottom of their page,only there is no icon!Email supplier saying if my order is not here by Friday I want a full refund.Friday on the track and trace delivery due but it's in two deliveries!What good is cladding without adhesive and vice versa.Managed to phone supplier on Friday about this,whilst I was on the phone a van rolls up,bloke gets out with a package in his hand,i presume adhesive,but no bloody cladding!Told him to take it back I want a refund.Wasted a whole week of my time,not to mention the anger and frustration,honestly if a yellow three wheeler had rolled up I would not have batted an eyelid.Cowboys,you only have to look at other reviews.It would have been quicker by horse and cart.Pandemic has nothing to do with it,look at other reviews.Not the suppliers fault,who have promptly refunded me.”

“XDP delivery driver delivered a parcel to a neighbour, reversed up the road while looking at his phone, mounted the pavement and into our boundary wall and knocked out part of the wall. The driver was obnoxious and flippant, wouldn't give any details, managed the find out it was XDP he was driving for but have contacted them several times but they are not interested. This company should not be allowed to operate”

“Nightmare! Waste of space. Email 7th May they had mattress and 15th May still not received. Couldn’t get them to give delivery date. App not working. No response to phone calls and emails. Eventually made made progress got date and time - NO SHOW! NO DELIVERY! But advised it had been delivered 20 hours previously !?!?

The parcel was expected "Estimated Delivery: Monday 27th April" , due to the cover-19 the shop (HORRIBLE service themselves) THE RANGE wasn't unable to dispatch it as promised nor answered my calls. I received this email from XDP stating a delivery for the 5th MAY.
Driver called me pretending he couldn't find the address (we live street side, on one of my borough MAIN streets), I missed the call. I called him back and he told me he would have delivered the parcel on the same day: no delivery.
I rebooked for the 7th: no delivery.
I received the mail for a delivery on the 8th May 2020. I followed the drive on the app, delivery slot was 1.30pm to 3.30pm. NO DELIVERY was made.
The parcel has been carded as "delivery attempted unsuccessfully", despite we are obviously locked down and so at home all day long.
Now I'm not allowed anymore to book a new delivery date!!!
Driver refuses to answer the phone.
Another email stating a delivery slot 12:31pm to 2:31pm on the 11th May: NO DELIVERY.
Is that a joke?
The Range not answering either.
Luckily I bought from their shop using PayPal, so I'm sure I'm gonna have my money back.
