“Delivery was a couple of days late but the man who delivered my mirror was helpful and carried into my conservatory for me. mirror was broken but I think this is down to the supplier for not using enough protection while packing, waiting for another delivery from this courier 🤞🏽”
“Ordered through wayfair, item arrived on time and not damaged.I was terrified that it would not get delivered by the reviews on this site. I asked the driver why the bad reviews and he said, it’s been crazy busy and they have major staff issues since the pandemic and now there are only 2 couriers that can deliver this type of large freight all the others have gone bust in the UK! , hence why the company’s are using XDP.”

“Didn't receive in time slot but order was delivered the following morning. Apparently the original van broke down. Driver was apologetic but said she worked from Stockbridge Depot where they prided themselves on being efficient. She admitted that other depots leave a lot to be desired.”
“You know what, a lot of people put bad reviews and I was worried. The track and trace was working and I was getting scared the same would happen to me. My package came on time, yes it was a open back lorry and the box was a little wet as it was raining but that’s also my fault for not helping and getting excited. The bloke was lovely, there was no issues I can think of either. This was a bed delivered and I thank the driver for being lovely.”

However, have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Was kept informed of delivery date and time. Email I sent asking a question was answered quickly and tracking info was quickly updated. After reading all those reviews I’ve got quite anxious. 4stars instead of 5 I gave only because item arrived next day after it had to be delivered. I’ve contacted our local depot asking about my delivery date time and they replied within 2 hours confirming that item will be delivered “today” and it was!!!!
Package wasn’t damaged. Driver was ok. Depot replied quickly. I still feel happy and lucky!!!”
“Have had this courier deliver to us twice now. First time they were outside of the delivery window (late) but the driver was pleasant and friendly. On the second occasion the same driver came and was on time (early) and was again, happy and friendly. Can't fault driver but XDP's website is appalling, which is a shame.”

“After reading the reviews I am very surprised that I risked using XPD to send my bike, and have to admit I did so with my fingers firmly crossed. I was expecting, at the very least, a delay of some sort with the delivery, however they came up trumps and the bike wad delivered in one piece and within the 48 hours quoted. So for me I am happy with the service I received (was I just lucky?) and would consider using them again. They certainly saved me money.”
“In all fairness, when things go well it is what is expected and you dont get a lot of customers singing praises - however if things go wrong, which sometimes they do, then people are more likely to write a bad review - its frustration worming its way out. Completely understandable but I dont think it gives a true representation of the XDP Couriers as a whole.
We have been using these as our main delivery system (along with out own drivers) for over 2 years now - there HAVE been issues of course, with the amount we send out and the amount of consignments working there way through XDP theres bound to be, but nothing more than we've had using other companies - one dynamite! company ran over one of our expensive beds, and then STILL delivered to it the customer....like seriously....!
There are some 'bad' depots - I find certain ones tend to give me the issues time and again but on the other side our collection depot (Bradford - you guys rock!) are fab - might take a couple of calls to get through but when you do, helpful is an understatement.
Dont be put off by businesses using these guys - until you run a furniture company yourself you have no idea how hard it is to get reliable and responsible delivery options which dont end up costing us (read: customers) a small fortune and to their credit, over the at the moment, 2897 deliveries we've booked with these guys only a small percentage have ever had an issue....so XDP well done, we're happy(ish) bunnies! ;)”
