“I recently used my public liability insurance for a small claims court claim The legal team DWF used were very slow in dealing with my case The court specified all documents should be with the court 2 weeks before the hearing date DWF legal team did not do so until 3 days before the hearing date dispite me chasing them 2 weeks before the hearing. The result of this was the the judge was not impressed and almost refused the case and took a dim view of our case I was told by DWFI had a very strong case but due to the slackness the case did not go well and I am left £3,000.00 out of pocket. My legal representative was also a wet weekend.”

“My car insurance needs were very complex with 4 drivers and 3 cars. A Plan took the time to look at all the different options available to us and provide 3 different insurance plans explaining the benefits of each. Great service.”

“I was recommended to you by Ickenham Motors for car insurance when I had to buy another car and my previous insurer then more than doubled my premium even though it was a similar car. Since then I have changed my home contents to you with nearly similar results. Your office is within convenient walking distance from home and I have had friendly and attentive help from your staff.”

“lack of communication. When photos were sent no acknowledgement sent. No reply to my e-mail. Still no news regarding the other driver / vehicle.... who was 100% to blame. No news regarding the return of my excess.”
