“Im really happy with the insurance. The only problem I have is that I received 3 times already the papers to be signed and I already went to the branch and signed them, and the second time I called. But for some reason they are keep sending me papers to sign. Im not sure if it's a mistake or they changed something to my insirance. But oterwise that. Everything is ok.”

“You were fine, but the finance company were a nightmare, I sent back the bank details three times before they set up the finance, at one point said they would cancel the policy even though it was there problem with administration.”

“I went on line out of desperation. I had asked my insurer of my current car for a price to change to a new car. Roughly the same size,only new. The cost was going to be HORRENDOUS. I didn't carry on with the conversation. Then my brain kicked in. the WEB. So I put 'car insurance' on to Google and got a wonderful surprise. I decided to sleep on it, as by now my poor brain was addled !! So today I went back on line, all my previous quotations were available,Spoke to a very exoerienced lady, she will be a treasure in your office. The deal was done with humour and expertise. Thank you, and thank the lady I spoke with.”
