“I do not normally do reviews, but A Plan are a company that were so helpful and professional that I am very happy to recommend their service. I was worried about our circumstances of being insured throught the process of buying a new car/swapping between family members and scrapping the old car but A Plan made the process very straightforward. A rare example of an insurance company that was a pleasure to approach. Keep up the good work.”

“James at Salisbury branch was my first contact with A-Plan in 2011. We were moving to UK from Australia and needed some advice whilst our house purchase was going through and before leaving Aus. James was extremely helpful and as well as household and contents insurance we also took out motor vehicle insurance through A-Plan. We moved back to Australia for 1 year and are now in Warwickshire and A-Plan have found us a great household policy with Legal & General. We are about to have our car registered and will also insure it through A-Plan. Unfortunately, we recently had a fire in our back yard close to the house, and again A-Plan have been there for us each time we rang for help with the claim.”

“Well you promised me and my friend who recommenned you a £25 am& S voucher each Well two months down the line and a visit to Witney branch NO vouchers so not to impressed”

“I phoned A plan in desperation because my daughters renewal for her young drivers policy had gone up not down. A plan was cheaper by £400 and they were £100 cheaper for my own insurance. They phoned back when they said and was totally efficient”

“My vehicle was stolen in November, but nobody has informed DVLA or Close Brothers. A-plan are blaming Ageus and Ageus are saying it's A-plans responsibility. I am having money deducted from my account for road tax for a vehicle I no longer posess”
