“I ordered a personalised silver train with my first tooth and my first curl carriages but when it came the front wheel was broken and the name spelt wrong. I emailed A1 and they said no problem, they would send me out a replacement that very day and not to send the other one back, which saved me having to pay postage. It arrived the next day. It was disappointing that it was wrong in the first instance but it was rectified immediately, quickly and efficiently.”

HI, Thank you for your review. The personalised item you have ordered can take up to 72 hours in production. It is dispatched yesterday from another warehouse of ours. “I made a first order via the telephone as I was experiencing a frozen screen with my internet provider, The item I wanted to order was personalised and therefore I needed it word perfect, Whilst talking to the lady taking my request I asked for her opinion too to give me a fully informed choice, This was given freely and was most supportive and appreciated. Even my enquiry of alternative colour was facilitated. After making the order I was concerned and called again and the gentleman that took this follow up call was just as supportive and understanding. Therefore, I will not hesitate to use A1 Gifts again and would most definitely recommend this site to others.”
