“We ordered from you some 90th birthday gifts for my mother in January and they were excellent also arrived next day so I ordered some 50th birthday gifts for my wife in july as there was none in the shops were we live and they also arrived next day and the gifts were again excellent we have found you seem to have gifts for nearly everything which shops do not seem to have so will definately you use again .And very good service”

“I ordered photo frames on two different orders and different dates. Both times the delivery was prompt and the goods arrived well packaged. Unfortunately on my second order the packaging had been damaged on delivery and therefore the glass in the frame was broken. I emailed A1 and received an immediate apology and enquiry to whether I wanted a full refund or replacement goods. As the frame itself was exactly as the picture and met my expectations I opted for the replacement. Again this was received by return. A very impressive customer service.”
