“Only problem was trying to leave the carpark - the machine told me that I owed c £50, so had to call for assistance. Person I spoke to was very helpful, and opened barrier for me.”

“Great arrive at airport parking machine pops out receipt welcoming you to airport by name good touch and there you go . Quick and simple like it should be .”

“Priority booking has been organized in advance and paid for by card .Even though all was confirmed for 1 day, after picking up the car a charge of 2 days was registered again on the credit card. There were 2 problems: 1 .Was charged again for a booking that was already paid online 2. For some reason 2 days were registered on the APCOA ticket although the car was picked up the second day (therefore 1 day charge should have been charged) 3.Trying to get in touch with the Airport Priority Car park Customer Service to report the issue ,no one answered the calls .An email was sent to the contact email address presented on the site and although was labelled urgent ,an answer has been received the next day .”

“Easy access, close to airport, regular bus service. Only downside is spaces are tight for larger vehicles.”

“Generally good experience. I have always found the shuttle bus drivers very helpful but on the return from our trip I thought the driver quite difficult - it was raining very heavily and he didn't offer to stop as we passed our car but continued to the official stop some distance away & we got soaked. Whilst I'm sure he was sticking to the "rules" it was not particularly friendly nor helpful”

“The Early Bird upgrade to the short stay car park was excellent and saved the usual hassle of moving luggage on/off the car park commuter bus, especially in inclement weather, of which Aberdeen gets its fair share. I did have to park my car on the outside parking although I could see there was space available on the upper levels. I did find the signs confusing and would suggest they could be improved.”

“I was very impressed with the set up. I booked a weeks parking online and on arrival was given a welcome by the ticket machine which I thought was pretty slick. The parking area is well lit, clean and has a good road surface which helps when pulling a suitcase. Best of all was the friendly bus driver who took us to the airport door. I will certainly be using this car park again David Taylor Inverbervie”

“It was great to be so near the terminal - especially for coming home. However, I felt that the instructions for leaving didn't prepare me properly as I used the Pay Machine to call for help and confirm my actions but no-one answered after 5 minutes of continuously pressing the help button. It would assist "first-timers" like me if some instructions were on the payment machines. I then decided to leave and see what happened but nearly had a heart attack when it came up on the exit that I had to pay over £83!!!! I had already reversed to go and find someone before they came on the intercom and asked questions to confirm my prepayment. Not trouble-free, but I'll know better if I decide to use it again.”

“Very happy with service and will be using it again in October . Also fast service for the long stay shuttle bus that was waiting when we arrivied ,and in our return just used phone at terminal bus stop and arrived in about 5 minutes . Good service”

“Barrier went up ,on entry ,without giving a ticket...this lead to several telephone calls to allow exit ...took longer than expected!! Taxi collection at airport was very good.”
